Breakfast was really great, the room are always crowded but because of that the staff always brings new and fresh food. There was a lot of options, delicious. Rooms was really spacious, new furniture, clean, view to the pool

do not recommend if you want some quiet. We went to Mallorca for traveling, That was our bad that we did not made better research on the town Magaluf, It was too crowded, too loud music and a non stop party

Great value for money, very clean hotel and friendly staff. Great location too, as the main bus stop gives you access to airport and palma. Free parking for our rental scooter, massive clean pool and great breakfast. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Too much noise in the morning, due to constant checkouts and checkins

great location, right on the strip and next door to the big BCM club and across the road from Panama Jack. takeaways, restaurants, Burger King, kfc and McDonald’s all within a 2 minute walk. No need for transportation, everything is walking distance unless you are leaving Magaluf and going to the Capital which is Palma. While I was there, early April 2023, you could get the bus A11 directly to and from the airport to this hotel. Staff were also super friendly and helpful. the Hotel also has activities throughout each day like rifle shooting, dancing, archery etc available to guests for free if you want a relaxing day or don’t feel like leaving the hotel. 10/10 would recommend this hotel!

online it says additional meals like dinner or lunch are €12, maybe it’s not been updated but it’s it actually €15. Not much of a difference but it would be much to have the right information. If I had to nitpick, I’d also say breakfast could start a little later or run until 11, instead of 7:30am-10:30am. if you buy the inclusive breakfast bear in mind that you’ll have to wake up early from your night out to get any or you should just skip it if you’re not interested in waking up early.

The guy on reception Juan Rubin was very friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on his face welcomed us on our first day which was a nice touch (need more like him in hotels). hotel was spotless, pool area was great lots of loungers and great view from our room. Beach and bars just around the corner. All inclusive was good local drinks but good. Tbh hard to fault the hotel all very good and we would definitely stay again.

The food at the restaurant was good but not very varied and a bit of a manic free for all so don't que. A few of the restaurant and main bar staff were miserable and unfriendly ,Big guy behind the main pool bar ignorant unfriendly and in the wrong job. Evening entertainment ok day time activities ok but in fairness the guys worked super hard to entertain

A Wonderful Stay at Hotel Samos! I recently stayed at Hotel Samos and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and spotless, with a comfortable bed and a great balcony view. The amenities were top-notch, especially the pool area and the bar, which made for perfect lazy afternoons. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options to suit every taste. We recently stayed at Hotel Samos for two weeks, and we were thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. The hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways, especially with its excellent food and the variety of activities available throughout the day. Whether it was lounging by the pool, taking part in water aerobics, or enjoying the evening entertainment, there was always something to keep us engaged and entertained. The hotel’s animation team deserves special praise – they were incredibly friendly and energetic, making sure every guest felt included and had a great time. Their enthusiasm truly made our holiday unforgettable.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable space to relax after a day full of activities. However, we did notice that the shower could benefit from a bit of cosmetic refurbishment. This minor issue aside, everything else in the room was more than satisfactory.

I liked the view from the balcony. The meals were very good, great variety. I liked the pool table but one game was 2euros, a bit expensive. The bar of the hotel was great, nice drinks. The hotel was beautiful in the outside, simple but good in the inside.

I did not like that the double bed consisted of two 1 person beds and they had wheels. The two beds never stayed in their place, it was impossible to cuddle with my husband comfortably (this was our honeymoon). But the bed itself was comfortable, nice matress. It would have been nice if there were tissues in the bedroom and instant coffee or tea.

The rooms were clean and spacious - they were cleaned daily. The view from the rooms over the pool was lovely. They were more than adequate for 2 people to sleep and get ready in. The food was nice, there was a large selection of buffet style food, and several stations with chefs cooking in front of us fresh food, like chicken and fish and paella. There were plenty of sun loungers so we never had to wait around. Hotel is within walking distance of pubs, restaurants, shops and the beach - which was also very clean. The lady at reception was very helpful and called us a taxi whenever we needed one. All the staff are very polite and helpful.

Our only negative of the holiday was the alcoholic drinks - we booked all inclusive thinking that included alcohol, but it isn't available all day. Juice, soft drinks and hot drinks are, but included in our package was 3 alcoholic drinks at lunch and another 3 with evening meal. Alcohol is available to purchase and was not expensive, so didn't ruin our holiday - we just were expecting all inclusive to mean all drinks.
