A really hard working hotel that is definitely succeeding in making a great holiday. Good fresh choice of food both at breakfast and evening. Everywhere was extremely clean, including the rooms. Good air conditioning. Large Balcony was a nice bonus. The pool area was well laid out for children with other areas to be a little more peaceful. Plenty of sunbeds and parasols. The Staff were without exception very accommodating and helpful.

Maybe a little updating in the bathroom and the light shades a little tired. Nothing too serious that would not cost the earth but make a lot of difference. Our Mirror had lost its finish which just let it down.

The hotel on the whole is very good , room excellent, upgraded to an apartment suite and had 2 bathrooms 2 bedrooms and a small kitchen dining area also 2 separate balconies. slept really well , no noise etc kids club excellent , lovely heated indoor pool and spa ( which children could use for a couple of hours, fair enough ) All staff excellent throughout. Only a short walk to both Palma nova bay and magaluf bay.

nothing really bad …..but if had to be really picky …. room not cleaned every day ( hotel says it’s for the environment!! ) spa closed 1 day a week ( why ? ) dining hall could do with been bigger , lots of queues. breakfast food was often cold !! Certain drinks way overpriced ( €4.50 for a can of pop )

Drinks a bit expensive at dining, €2.50 for a bottle of their own water. Horrid smelling hand soap.in bathroom ! Ended up buying our own. Bar area needs to be more inviting a bit clinical

The food was excellent. In particular the buffet dinner with show cooking. Lots to choose from and a different theme each night. The pools were great. Especially the Sensiland area for children.

Some staff were very friendly and some were not. There could have been more consideration for wheelchair users. Our room was adapted and had an adapted bathroom but it was not any more spacious than the standard rooms. It was difficult to move around in it. The tables in the dining area could have had more accessible seating options or a designated area for a wheelchair with more space and comfort to get around.

With a half-board package, the food was great and fresh for both breakfast & dinner. Wonderful staff, all nice and helpful, especially Julio & Pablo. Amazing facilities, including a gym, spa (our favorite), indoor & outdoor pool, a small water park for children, and daily activities. The location of the property is fantastic, very close to the beach, malls, souvenir shops, and the mallorca casino.

The plates in the restaurant could be a little cleaner at times, and the room cleaning only taking place every other day are reasons that deduct a point from cleanliness. The Wellness Spa is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, which was a bummer as we stayed for 7 days, and could not use it for 2 days of our stay.

Great hotel . Everyone was friendly and kind . Swimming pool ‘s beautiful and big . Entertainment around the pool was great and the customer services at lunch time and dinner too .

Disappointed with the entertainment at night and that I had to wash the dirty plates in the room.

We liked almost everything. We spent 10 days in a studio-like room with an excellent balcony for sunbathing or just watching around and relaxing. Very friendly staff and an excellent buffet-style restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The food was varied and fresh for all tastes and dietary needs. The hotel pool and SPA are conveniently placed and very clean. But who can stay in one place here? Public transportation can help you a lot to visit the island without the hassle of driving around in crowded traffic. Lots of day tours are available for those enjoying group tourism. In summary - highly recommended.

In the restaurant(s): drinking water is not free, not even at the included breakfast or dinner - you have to buy it (you better buy a beer or a sangria).

There's a mini kitchen in the room which is very handy for families with babies. Very spacious room. Food was great, good variety and taste. Pool is good size for the amount of people and there's a separated children's pool area with slides.

Although there's a kitchen in the room with a sink, there was no detergent and sponge to do the dishes yourself and they didn't do the dishes when they came to tidy up the room. So I bought a detergent and sponge at Aldi because I also wanted to clean my baby's bottles. The children's pool is separated so you have a great size pool which is more used by adults but there's no entertainment on the adult's pool, not even some music in the background so for me it was too quite.

Everything! The hotel was lovely, great staff who worked so hard every day! Great food with lots of variety, good entertainment for the children, great, clean pools and lovely rooms 😁

The balcony lights on one side of the hotel turned off at midnight. The food in the snack bar could be slightly improved! The Pina Colada’s were not great and no straws in the hotel, not great when you have cocktails! It would be a lot better if there was more adult and children entertainment outside on the stage where adults and children would have more room.

The buffet breakfast and dinner were the real highlight of our trip. Breakfast was the same everyday but it has everything you want anyway for breakfast while dinner - it was different every single night for the 5 nights we stayed there and it delivered every single time. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and everywhere in the resort was clean. We were upgraded to junior suites so had great rooms throughout our stay, and the hotel is 5 min away from the beach and esplanade. Excellent location! We stayed at this hotel because it was recommended by a friend and we're happy to report that we had a great experience during our stay.

There was one dinner service where we noticed that they were severely understaffed. It just meant that table turnarounds were slower than usual and of course, more harried staff on the ground. The room above us was also quite noisy, as if furniture was being moved around all the time, but we were able to sleep through it. Its a resort for families so something to keep in mind if you're looking for peace and quiet during your vacation.
