The host was very friendly, even though we came in the middle of the night, he was there to give us the keys. (Not to mention that when he found out one of us had birthday, he gave us a little gift as a welcome ! :) ) He also helped us to find good affordable taxi to go to Palma for our flight home. There was no problem with taking extra day for parking a rented car. Even though the building is located just at the busiest street of Magaluf, it is safely guarded.

The air condition would be very nice addition - but we got 2 extra fans in the room and with windows opened, we got nice breeze. In general it was ok.

The location to the beach close, also the main street with clubs for young people. The staff was good, they offered us an umbrella for the beach and a hair dryer as well.

There is no air conditioning, it was too hot, but there was still a regular fan left in the room and that helped a little. Next, the parking, we had to pay extra for parking and that is not right, in my opinion it should be free, because we are already paying enough for the apartment and we should have some advantages.

Perfect Location, beach a minute walk. Lovely balcony, very sunny a bit later on in the day & evening.. nice size apartment & very secure, allowed us to check in early 👌 big bonus! Bars & clubs across the road, open till 4am / 6am .. the sound from them didn't really affect our sleep. Night life here is endless! Bus from airport (the A11) took 35 to 40 mins & only a few euros, it stops less than 10 minutes walk from apartment. Lovely restaurants around the area. Shops & takeaways every other shop.. not to mention tattoo studios, most are open all night long. I would stay here again 😊

The 6 or 7 young girls next door (who turned up on our 2nd night) partied all night, loud music, screaming, singing & dancing , we could hear everything. Their dancing on the balcony was thumping through the whole apartment.. resulting in no sleep at all. Cant understand why they didn't just go to the club/bars across the road 🤷‍♀️ No reflection on the actual apartment though. We're in our 50s and still like a good party but these girls were over the top, we were so glad to get home & have a good night sleep 😴

Stayed here for 4 years now. I have the landlord on Whatsapp so he called me the day before and we arranged a check in time. You arrive and it's a locked gate to get you in to the apartments - very secure. He then checked us in quickly, taking payment in cash or card. Rooms clean, towels changed on day 2, big apartments, very basic. Cheap and cheerful, does the job and the landlord is helpful and attentive.

No air con, not many kitchen appliances. But not the end of the world.

Close to the beach and bars, excellent location, in the middle of everything, enjoyed sea view and that it’s close to everything. It’s simple apartment but the price is in balance with the value and actually you have everything what you need. Noisy place but it’s no surprise if you know that you booked in the strip of Magaluf, party places are very near what was an advantage for us. Manager is welcoming and friendly.

Very easy. The gentlemen on the reception desk - We have know for 3 years now as we visit the same time every year. He is very polite and helpful. The rooms are cheap, but are very good. Everything you need are in the rooms. There is 24 hour number to call if there are any issues. The receptionist also runs the little shop right outside of the hotel gates, so there is always someone around if you need them for anything. Secure, with physical keys and you get a set each. There is big gates at the front of the Apartments, so it is secure. Safe in the room and WIFI you need to pay extra but that is ok.

I wish we could change the towels after 2 days. We were there for 4 days, 3 nights. We had a towel each and 2 hand towels which is great, but I wish they were changed so we had fresh towels for the final day. But it is not a major issue. The floors in the room are also quite dusty - which I know is difficult when people are using the room day in and day out, but I would say to make the rating go from a 8 to a 10, would be to have fresh towels after 2 days, and for the floors to be mopped and cleaned. Everything else was absolutely spot on!

The host is very friendly and helpful! The place is in a great location with view to the beach and very close walking from Platja de Son Maties and Palmanova. Many bars, beach clubs and restaurants too and the best, the main bedroom is behind the apt and you can’t hear any noise from the streets!

We had to buy things to clean the dishes as we couldn’t find any available (soup, sponge..) but it’s not expensive as well so no big deal for us at all

The men who meet us for check in at the apartments was very friendly funny and polite also helpful, the apartments was clean and well looked after it had everything we needed and also we got supplied with hairdryer and iron which was super as we didn't bring our own also loved that it had a lot of towels. Location is perfect for party's as soon as you walk out to the main street is clubs and pubs around also beach is in front of the apartments which is nice too 👌

It was really close to basically everything and to travel to the bus stop, you used this beautiful road through the park just beside the apartements. And from there you could travel to palma for just 5 euros with bus!

If I must say anything it would probably be the lack of dish washing products and/or soap in general for showering. It could’ve been cleaner.

I enjoyed everything, everyone was very accommodating and it’s the perfect place to stay

Maybe a fan or an aircon unit in the bedroom as it was hot but other than that I loved it will definitely be back
