We have enjoyed the stay in the hotel. I cannot confirm the feedback dealing with noisy environment. It was rather quiet and comfortable. The both beaches (north and south side of the small headland) are just few minutes away. Personally I preferred the south one - Magalluf Beach (many less people enjoying the sun). The hotel staff was nice and approachable. Available for any question or request showing full commitment. They help me with the dinner for our anniversary.

The timing for pool could be extended little bit (as I am usually early/morning bird) - this is however not contributing to the overall feedback to any extend.

The location is perfect. Very short distance to 'The Strip'. AC works great, Wifi is very fast. The staff speaks English very well. The hotel is a little loud in high seanson, but when i booked it i've alredy known that this is Magaluf i what Magaluf is. So i've known that i'm taking room in party place and it was good for me.

I bought HB (breakfast and dinner). And even you when you pay for HB you have to pay for each bottle of coke to dinner. I think when you take HB you should have soft drinks included in dinner.

The view from our room was beautiful, the room was clean and had everything we needed. The food at the restaurant was delicious, there were everything we can imagine: seafood, different meat dishes, paella etc. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The location was perfect, 5 min to the beach and a lot of supermarkets near.

The only thing we didn’t understand was that there was no free water for dinner and you have to buy it. Drinks were quite overpriced.

the guy on the pool bar was very rude, tried to close at 3pm instead of 4pm, there was a que full waiting to be served for food and he kept turning them away. my sister asked for chips he stated there was none, he told her salad only (she's a larger lady) then served other customers chips for upto an hour after! when I told him I was going to report him to reception he changed his attitude!

The Location, breakfast, dinner and view from the 7th floor were nice! Bed was okay From the 7th floor, the sound from outside at night wasnt bad. Price is fair for what you receive, and cheaper than many other same quality options!

Could had more pillows! 1 per bed is short.. The Shower always flood water, no matter how much we tryed not to

wonderful hotel, I would give four stars. Recently refurbished, great location. You consider living on the beach, two minutes walk. Very comfortable rooms, cleaning twice a day. Towels were changed daily. The choice of food is good, there is always something to eat. Special thanks to the staff, wonderful friendly guys, always ready to make concessions. I rested with my seven-year-old son in July, and we want to return in October. We do not consider other places.

It's a big hotel with a good option of food for breakfast.

A hotel doesn't have towels for the beaches. Also, my room didn't have a fridge. It was available for extra pay. 1 week for 50 euro. It didn't was any transfer from the airport to the hotel for solo travellers. My flight was delayed to Majorca and there was a huge queue to taxi at night and didn't have any night buses.

The location was excellent in terms of being close to all amenities. It's away from the main strip - more torrenova than magaluf, which was better for me.

Ear plugs are a must. Noise levels on a weekend from both inside and outside were high not particularly the hotels fault though so armed is forewarned.

Really nice friendly staff. Hotel was nice and practical for a solo traveller.

Was a large group of lads causing a bit of noise but to be expected in this area, was overall a nice experience and staff made up for any negatives.
