The property is located in a great spot away from all the noisiness and chaos of Magaluf but still close enough to the beach and the shops. It’s cleaned everyday and it’s generally maintained well.

The lack of parking was painful because everyone coming to Mallorca generally rents a car. Additionally not being able to park at the hotel meant that we had to park almost 2 kilometers away from the stay. The vending machine only accepted coins (we are in 2024 ??) and only had snacks while the hotel had a fully equipped lobby shop. Would’ve been glad if that available to us too as it’s barely any additional effort.

Clean and tidy room in a quiet location off the beaten track, friendly staff

The young man on reception at the sister hotel was a little Arrogant. I told him WiFi wasn't working at the hostel.. for some reason he wanted me to walk back to the Hostel and phone him to check it still wasn't working 🤷‍♂️ it hadn't been working the previous night either.. I asked if there was a phone at the hostel and he said YES but there wasn't.. all other members of staff were so friendly

Room was simple but airy and light, nice to have a balcony, small but convenient, reasonable price. Staff at 24hr reception very friendly and helpful despite very late/early hour.

Just few small things but didn’t affect the stay too much. Shower very small but still usable, couldn’t get wifi to work and there wasn’t any information card in room about the property and if able to use any facilités at the Hotel Florida.

How close it was to the main hotel complex where you have access to the facilities and breakfast. The view was pretty awesome from the balcony, especially watching the sun rise from the water! Room was very basic, only a bed and closet. 2 chairs and a table on the balcony, but it was sufficient. Bathroom was clean and spacious.

A little noisy with the other guests in the building, but I am used to living without neighbours. Oh and watch your head going up the stairs, the low ceilings might catch you if you are a little taller.

It was a pleasant stay, the accommodation was clean, nice and simple. Small room with balcony and view on the sea. I recommend it to everyone who plans to spend a vacation here and will not spend a lot of time at the accommodation.

Lack of storage space, but regarding to size of the room it is understandable.

The Hostel belongs together with the Hotel Florida which is about 4 minutes walk away. This is great, as it means all hostel guests can use the splendid hotel facilities, such as a swimming pool and multiple terraces with sunbeds, there is direct access to swim in the sea as well. Furthermore, there's great breakfast available at the hotel, a gym, a games room (table tennis, billard, etc, ) and many more facilities all for free use.

There is not reception and barely any facilities at the hostel itsel. Check in is at the hotel & if you need anything you need to go there as well. Furthermore, there isn't really any common area at the hostel, no kitchen, etc. Only 2 small fridges are available in the tiny dark common room in the ground floor. However, this room was always locked when I tried to get there.

The shower curtain is a bit short, so the water sometimes flows to the bathroom floor Thin walls, so don't expect to sleep well if you're a light sleeper A bit of an uphill walk towards the hostel from the beach, not too bad though

Only adults means party-bos/girs at late night, so nights were not so quiet when they arrived from partys BUT no party in the hotel (so this was good :) )

I liked the location, it was near Magaluf beach and the bars, restaurants and also Palmanova beach. 5 min walking from both beaches! Also near bus station to visit Palma.

the bed was really discomforting, every morning we woke up with back pain.

The room was perfect, great balcony with amazing view, clean and spacious. The staff was also very nice and super helpful.
