The hotel location is spot on a hill, it's clean and well decorated, the bed has a gd mattress, lift into the beach area, bit grubby area on the beach, but handy for the walk up that steep hill. Breakfast was hit or miss. No set standard of food items. Location gives you choice of various beaches As both bays face opposite ea other. Posh,or cheap.. Great locat: summer time would be awesome!

No inside bar, it was all outside. All good for hot night's. Steeper hill than normal. But with this I'm being picky.

We fell into a period of strong wind and could not sleep all night; The windows rattled heavily and made sounds both in the corridor and in the room. Poor sound insulation.

elevator - only 3 small elevators for hotel with 12 floors and many rooms (btw, at least one of them was still out of service!) The location is noisy during nights. 🫣🎉

Great position overlooking the Magalluf bay, beautiful rooms and great breakfast with vast choice. We stayed 2 nights with friends for a bachelorette party, we booked 7 rooms but still we were able to enjoy breakfast together Good services with elevator bringing you to the seaside

Everything was ok until one of the waitress had to shout to us about a reserved table during dinner time,it was unpolite way the she handled the situation the table didn't even have a reservation tag so we thought it was a free table as usual, it dosen't mean you have to shout to the guest to get up and look for another table she could just have come closer to us and said it politely, we felt as if we were not a part of the guest in the hotel it was a horrible experience, Hopefully this waitresses can learn how to talk to guest politely without having to shout to them.

The good location.It is near the beach, which is free of charge, just take the lift, and it's secured with a password. The food was very delicious and various. We have booked half pension, which is only breakfast and dinner (drinks are not included in the dinner).The view from the balcony was very nice. The reception was friendly and 24 hours available.

We had to pay daily fees for the safety box. Seldom parking places, which cost 20€ per day.

We enjoyed staying at the hotel, the food was good, the room comfortable and the view was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great for sun and happiness. We will stay at Bahia if we come back to Mallorca.

There was a lot of noise during some nights because of partying on the beach. Nothing the hotel can be held accountable for but I do like the new policy on alcohol and look forward seeing how it will work out.

Good value for money. We mostly paid for the view, which was awesome, and did not have other big expectations. We had half board. The food was good and with a lot of options. Nothing to complain here. The room was clean and that's about it.

Like most buffets, other than breakfast, no drinks are included (not even water), but we expected this. BUT, they changed the towels Everyday although we always left them on the rack. So water consumption is not an issue for them. The biggest Disappointment was about the kettle. It wasn't in the room, but you could request one for 10euros +5euro DEPOSIT. Maybe because of the many brits that visit and they thought they could squeeze some more cash. The wifi in the room was atrocious. We were in last room on the hall, so maybe that's why (but that shouldn't be an issue). In the restaurant the wifi was ok. Keep in mind, that it's more of a tourist town, so a lot of bars around. Very small parking. If you're reading this, be considerate to other people when parking your car.
