The room is large, the balcony is large with two deckchairs where you can sunbathe.The bathroom and toilet are separate, which is very practical.The food was fresh and varied.The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were very friendly.The pools are fantastic.We were there at the beginning of March and we were able to swim in the pool on the roof, which is heated by the polar light.Every morning we had fresh peslikira.apart from a few minor complaints, I still highly recommend this hotel.The view is fantastic.Breakfast with a view of the ocean and the game of seagulls is beautiful. The hotel is huge.Very nicely designed and arranged.You can make many beautiful photos. There is a dress code for visiting the restaurant.Two outdoor pools and one indoor pool. Comfortable sunbeds.The view of the ocean is fantastic both in the morning and in the evening.

I didn't like that the walls are very thin and you can hear even the smallest sound from the next room. We could even hear the normal conversation of the married couple in the room next to us.The second thing we consider is the lack of a brush for cleaning the toilet salt.It is very unpleasant when you enter behind anyone and you find dirty toilet salt.Very unusual that such a small but very important thing is missing in such a modern hotel.And one more minus, there is no room service during the night. If you are hungry after half past ten at night there is nothing to eat or order.Very unusual.We had to order food delivery outside the hotel. I don't consider this a big drawback, I just want to help future guests

The staff at the pool bar were surly and not at all engaging . Some of the clientele were a bit rough - noisy, perhaps lots alcohol, shouting and wandering around the hotel in far too few clothes -- a lot of flesh and tatoos everywhere! sorry - but this is what I thought /felt

Lovely spacious room with balcony overlooking the sea. Reception staff were exceptional and so helpful. Had one incident with person in room next to us and noise levels but this was sorted immediately and not the hotel’s fault that we had an inconsiderate person next door

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily and spacious, the view of the sea was amazing. The pool area was lovely. Plenty of sunbeds and nice that they had loungers in the pool as well. The food in the restaurant was amazing. I'd seen reviews before saying it was poor so was worried however it was some of the best food I'd had and plenty of options for breakfast and tea.

Just a few bad points but not enough to put me off going again. The cocktails at the bar were a bit expensive we felt and the snacks at the bar restaurant. The shower and toilet were see through which is very awkward when you're sharing with a friend, I'd of even been embarrassed in front of my husband. Not much entertainment in the day. You had to pay for your drinks at tea. Felt you should get one soft drink or water for free and pay for any alcohol. No bar on the top pool so you would have to keep going down 5 floors to get anything to eat or drink.

View, breakfast and by car 10-30 min access to the beach For example Bella Dona beach . Walking distance to other beach is 5-10 min. Very good air conditioned room , spacious room , and comfortable beds. . Our room was Artemisa . Worthy to come back . Magaluf is party town , but hotel is on quiet and calm place . Car park 18euros a day in the hotel, can leave car outside on the street. Not far away to Valldemosa 25 min by car or Soler . Definitely good hotel and staff . Shop opposite hotel .

It’s a stunning hotel with amazing views and so lovely and clean! The reception staff were so helpful and friendly including Victoria, and we were greeted by Alejandro to happily help us with our bags soon as we arrived.. Palmanova has some lovely places to eat just down the street including SiSo Beach and The Olive Tree. I would come back to this hotel in a heartbeat! - Thank you Elba staff.

Only small downside was it was card only in the hotel bar, spa and Bow restaurant. however you can put cash on your room at reception and have them charge you that way.. (the spa is also lovely)

1) housekeeping was quite poor - took towels but didnt refill them, did not refill toilet paper when it was running low - had to ask reception multuple times to help 2) inside spa is super small and not worth paying for (feels like it should be free when you are paying 250 / night) 3) breakfast is mediocre - also one morning there was salmon when there was a quality audit on the property, never on the other days 4) TVs miss airplay functionality 5) restaurant quality was medicore - medium rare steak came well done

The view was amazing, the pool area was so nice, the roof terrace, open sea view etc all amazing. The room was nice, the view from the room very nice. The sea swimming place was unique. The view from the gym very nice. The hotel was nice and quite. Everything was super clean.

the open bathroom situation was a bit uncomfortable. At the dinner, it took many times too much time to get the drinks (usually when we were already finishing the first course) and there were no drinks menu available on the table.

Cocktails were very poor On upper pool deck, there was no service, you had to go down two floors to get a drink (which were poor quality cocktail-wise). The bow resteraunt was a great spot, however, never felt that comfortable eating there, couple of staff in there seemed unhappy which was telling on our experience whilst eating there, so never used it as much as we would have liked Pillows were not the best Fridge in room did not keep drinks very cool (room 329, did not report it)

Lovely stay! Good location, excellent amenities including two pools (one of which was an infinity pool), a gym, complimentary breakfast and dinner every day and direct access to the ocean where you can even snorkel. The view itself was amazing too, overlooking the ocean especially from the 8th floor The staff were all so helpful and polite, happy to tend to our needs as much as possible. I can't recommend this hotel enough - I think it's much closer to a 5 star rather than 4 star Value wise, the complimentary breakfast and dinner actually make it a very compelling offer. If you're ever in Mallorca, I definitely recommend staying here (please note, not all Elbas are of similar standard - Elba Madrid is for example one hotel I would not recommend)

Only complaint is on a couple of nights there were very noisy guests running and yelling along the corridor past midnight. Not the hotel's fault but one to keep in mind. Most guests were polite and civilised but given the hotel's proximity to Magaluf you're bound to attract a few bad eggs.
