Everything was absolutely perfect! I stayed there for two weeks, and by the end I knew all the staff by name — and they all knew me too :) The apartment was clean and cleaned regularly. I had a beautiful view from both the window and the balcony. It wasn’t noisy at all because they gave me a great spot — the windows and balcony faced the lounge area. You could really feel that everyone cared about you. They even surprised me with little thoughtful gifts like discounts or a glass of prosecco on the house. The hotel has everything you might need: a gym, a restaurant, and a convenience store. You can rent or buy anything you forgot to bring from home. What truly made this vacation unforgettable were the people who work there :)

Rooms were great, pool deck was perfect, location is so good. Staff were amazing, I never got to say goodbye to Antonio, if you see this thanks for everything! Really made our stay special from the moment I got there. It was a busy day when we checked in and there was no parking left in the private hotel parking so Antonio moved his car and let me park there. He catered to my and my gf at the pool deck. The check in staff were fabulous, the pool deck staff, all around a special level of service that you don’t get many places anymore, especially coming from a terrible experience from the staff at NYX Madrid. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Nothing. It was above expectations.

Staff were brilliant. Very welcomed by Enrique and all of the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The lifeguard was a ball of energy and so happy to speak to all the guests. Rooms were large and well equipped with full kitchen. Pool area was lovely, clean and modern. Plenty of sunbeds available every day. Drinks were nice from the pool bar. Would stay here again.

Our bathroom glass shower screen was dirty and broken (cracked) the wooden door to the bathroom was also rotting at the bottom. The heating / air con was set to 30° and the temperature could not be changed. We also didn't have cleaners to the room and had to ask reception for more towels as they needed changing. Non of these issues would stop me from rebooking. The location is great if you can manage hills or don't mind paying for taxi to get up the hill if you have mobility issues.

We had a very pleasant stay at a very affordable price for value. The apartment had spacious rooms, pool, gym and everything else needed for a great beach holiday. Good location on a walking distance to Magaluf and Palmanova beaches. Breakfast being available until 3pm was a great plus. Super friendly and helpful staff.

Charging extra for the poolside towels I found surprising, and the fact that breakfast only included one plate and one hot/cold drink (its great against food waste I guess) was not what I was used to see before, but not a big problem.

The location was very nice, the apartments are nicely equipped, we enjoyed the pool view. It's a good place if you want to have fun and be close to the beach and party areas. If you want to relax, this is not the best place. It all depends on hat you're looking for!! Overall, we enjoyed our stay :)

The other clients. The clients are mostly young group of friends and some were very poor mannered and loud at whatever time of the day and night. The walls are not super sound proof so you could really hear everything, which was a shame.

The facilities met all our needs, there was always a good energy within the restaurant, pool, bar and lounge area. In particular the receptionist Wanda was so helpful and friendly and i always felt comfortable asking any questions. She made the stay even more special by recommending us places to go and asking us how we were and what we had been up to. She went above and beyond just her job she was the shining star of sotavento. The barman Antonio was a real entertainer and made sure all of us were accommodated to quickly while making jokes. He perfectly created friendships with all of us and remembered all of our names which showed how good he is at his job.

There were no complaints on the stay it was perfect.

Our whole apartment was absolutely spotless, and we had everything we needed. Loved the shower, and the beds were very comfortable. We arrived late in the night due to a delayed flight, but check-in was so hassle free and quick. Thank you, Sam. There was a security guard on patrol every night to ensure only residents entered the hotel. You are given a wristband at check-in, so you are easily identified as a resident. Really enjoyed the breakfast here, too. Nice selection, and it was very well presented. Erika was the standout for us here. Very friendly and top-notch at her job. The pool area was lovely. Music is playing in the background and sun shining down.... What more could you want? I can imagine, however, in the height of the summer season, it might be a bit hectic with pool parties and whatnot. But if that's your vibe, this is definitely the place for you. You are very close to the Magaluf strip here, as well as Palmanova. We took the airport bus (A11) to the resort for €3.50pp and it dropped us about a 10-minute walk away from the hotel. Great service and great value for money. The only minor drawback of the hotel is that it's up a hill. Cardiac Hill, as the locals call it! But honestly, after a minute of huffing and puffing, you have reached the top, and it's worth it. As Sam, on reception, said if you want to reach the castle, you must climb the hill. Really enjoyed our few days here. Would definitely recommend and we will be back.

This hotel is amazing! Very swanky & very clean with a great vibe. Dj by the pool and lovely cocktails. Right at the top of magaluf strip but out of it enough to be not kept up by noise. We have stayed in hotels as groups a lot of times but this is by far the nicest one for the price. Staff were great food was amazing. We had the Bali beds the day we arrived which are great value for money included Prosecco and fruit kebabs.

Pool and bar area was great, music played most of the day. Hotel reception area was really nice and rooms were spacious and comfy. Nice view from our balcony. Breakfast included was quite nice.

Hotel was quite quiet which was nice but was expecting the music/bar/pool table area to be open later than 8pm considering it's close to the strip as was nothing to do but go in your room from about 6pm.

What a great stay. Came as a group of 8 girls (mid-thirties) and had a great time. The apartments are stylish and clean, the staff are so friendly (big shoutout to Antonio at the bar who was the best waiter) and the pool area is really fun and vibey, with good music, big pool and tasty drinks. It was also perfectly located, 5 minutes from the main bars but far enough away that it wasn't too rowdy. Would absolutely stay again and it exceeded my expectations of Magaluf.

The aircon didn't work very well, which was fine in May, but imagine this would become a problem in the hotter summer months.
