Location couldn't have been better, hotel is right on the beach with wonderful sea views and beside all the bars / cafes / restaurants / nightlife. We booked a deluxe suite with a spa bath on the balcony (you fill the tub yourself so you can choose the temperature) and it was the best thing to chill out at night overlooking the beach and listening to the waves. Room was large, mostly clean and very comfortable.

Bathrobes were like gold dust, the cleaner kept removing them from our room and not replacing them and there were never any others available from reception which was annoying. Having bath robes available would have made a big difference. Fire alarms went off twice in the middle of the night during our 4 night stay. The hot food breakfast buffet was huge, but food itself was just ok - the sweet options were great though. Shower was not thoroughly cleaned between stays.

- No sunbeds on the beach (all-inclusive) - Really loud at night(bring earplugs just in case) - Not a wide variety of breakfast - No toiletries in the room(no soap, nothing except one big bottle for 2in1 shampoo and body wash which is inside shower)

The hotel was very clean , modern and comfortable and right on the beach. The room was spacious and beds comfortable. Towels were changed and rooms cleaned every day. The buffet restaurant provided a wide variety of food and a great salad area. The WiFi was obtainable in all areas and was excellent. The pool was small but adequate and no loud music playing round the pool area. Plenty of loungers. Beach towels provided and could be changed for clean ones daily with a 5€ returnable deposit. The location was excellent for both Magaluf and Palma Nova.

Not enough lifts for the size of the hotel so always a queue for the lift. Not really catering for gluten free diets. The coffee was very very weak in the morning. On a half board basis you can't have juice from machine only water at dinner. All inclusive you get 6 drinks a day at meal times.

Usually I don't spend my time for to write a reviews,this time is exepcional. Amazing location, beautiful view from the room. We stayed in sea view room. All pictures posted in Booking are real in life aswell. Easy to get there by buss from airport - approx 1h. Was easy check out and check in. Polite staff, from cleaning team to reception.They offered to leave bags at check out aswell, but we didn't need it. There is possible to get towels aswell, need to leave refundable deposite - 5 euros for 1 pc. Beach - 1 min walk, nearby lots of shops, restaurants. Highly recommend to take half board or inclusive deal with room. Lots of choise in restaurant, many dishes was delicious - European and Spanish kitchen. Add some photos to this review aswell. Water in half board is included, other drinks must to pay for. Wine glass - 2 euros, quite cheap. They have nice terass awell, can order drinks + other people watched football on TV. Outdoor jakuzi, pool / heated by Sun, lots of beach chairs nearby. Inside SPA zone / small, nothing special. Need to be booked in advance for to get in. We all been satisfied with this hotel.

It's not hotels fault, but at the night time, some weirdos screamed at the beach... Probably was too drunk. I season can be there a bit loud, because many cafes and restaurants are nearby. Coffee in breakfast wasn't tasty, option for to buy good one - missing. Maybe there was tea /coffee facility's awablility to get from reception, but I didn't asked.

Nice property directly on the beach. Nicely decorated fresh looking room. Lovely view from the room. Welcoming check in, the lady who checked us was nice and friendly. Towels are nice and white. Bathroom shower a good size. ATM outside the property. Supermarket directly across the road. Breakfast was good with numerous selections. The spa had to be booked which is good as it’s just you and your travel party using it exclusively.

The floor in bedroom needed a sweep over. I was asked if everything was okay but I didn’t want to make a fuss about the bedroom floor. Also the dinner food options were not great and the jacuzzi felt like it needed more chlorine, it didn’t have that fresh spa smell. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay.

Awesome hotel in Magaluf. Everything is near, you can party every day. There is very clear water for a sand beach, and it's right in front of the hotel. The hotel has a pool too, and if you feel like paying a bit more, you can get an awesome room with a private whirlpool on the terase. Sea wiew amazing. And if you feel lazy, you can always tan at the terrace. Right across the hotel is a grocery shop. Personal in the hotel is very nice and helpful. Specifically, Anna, the lady on the front desk, was very eager to help with our requests and wishes. Rooms are clean, and wifi works even on the beach, which was awesome since my friend actually had to work a bit during the day as well.. If I was trying to be picky, the only thing I would adjust is that there is no fish or seafood at breakfast😀. But I mean the buffet is very big, mostly American breakfast style, which I am not a big fan of. But that is just a matter of my personal preference. Honestly, we loved the hotel so much that we actually changed our travel plans and returned back to this hotel. And I definitely will be coming again. Thank you, guys, for making my vacation even more awesome. I totally recommend staying here.

The hotel experience was great for its price: breakfast and dinner included, close to the beaches and restaurants, only one hour by bus to the airport, the rooms were cleaned every day, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The dinners were pretty diverse, there was even ice cream provided as a dessert. The spa was worth visiting at least once. We were there during April, it is not a high touristy season, so we did not hear any loud noises at night. Oh, and the sea view from the room was worth every penny. Overall, we had a great time there!

The fact that there is no soap in the rooms is really disappointing for such a good hotel, only a shower gel. Some equipment was pretty old, like the hand and hair dryers. Coffee for breakfast had no coffee taste, I bought coffee from the bar every day. The spa wasn't working for some days, but after all, we managed to go there.

I did not want to leave! Stunning place and stunning beaches. The room was cleaned every day which made the stay even more enjoyable. I could really relax and enjoy the facilities and what the area had to offer. Breakfast was included which was a good deal and there was every breakfast item you could possibly ever imagine wanting!

I felt like the security of the building I was staying in could have been increased. The doors were left open some times and any passerby could walk in. I was a female solo traveller and this initially worried me slightly.

Nice 4 star Hotel in Magaluf, sea view room was like dream, We had room on last 7th floor with sea view, it was mesmerizing. Spa access made this trip more relaxed and satisfying! Nice gesture from Hotel staff as birthday wish, upgrading normal room to sea view room. Really appreciate it😇

Parking is extra charge, after paying big amount for Hotel, one has to pay 15€ per day extra charge for Parking. Also Parking is really small so if You are traveling in pick season, even after paying charges, there will not be place in their parking spot and you have to wait until staff finds another place to park, wastes your precious vacation time! Breakfast could have more vegan/vegetarian friendly option.

Very close to beach, beautiful view, very lovable personel, everywhere around shops and clubs. I am really sorry about the flood :(

The main disadvantage is quite expensive parking per night, but i understand that is because of limited parking place, and the other huge disadvantage are beds. They are too light and it was impossible for me and my wife to sleep together because they just move apart one bed left and the other bed right and i felt into this hole. It should be one two-person bed in such rooms :)
