The hotel offers absolutely breathtaking views — waking up to the scenery each morning was truly a highlight. Our apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

However, there were a few downsides worth mentioning. While the pool looked inviting, it was unfortunately very cold as it’s not heated — something we were aware of beforehand, but it’s still a bit of a pity given the otherwise great amenities. The issue, however, was the noise. The area seems to attract a lot of stag and hen parties, and on several nights it got very loud due to drunk neighbors celebrating into the early hours. One night even involved someone vomiting across balconies, which was quite unpleasant. Overall, the apartment itself is lovely, and the staff do a great job — but guests seeking peace and quiet should be aware that the surrounding area can be very lively, especially in peak season.

Beautiful views & very clean but what makes this hotel standout are the staff. So friendly & helpful & always smiling. Pool area was lovely & would highly recommend the hotel.

-The hotel’s staff are superb, very professional and polite, always cheerful and friendly. -Nice large apartment with terrace and sea view. -Good amount of sun beds by the pool. -over all well maintained structure.

-The bathroom smelled like sewage for the whole stay. -Any kind of coffee machine provided in the apartment. -The hotel it’s right at the top of the hill, with quite a steep road to reach the hotel from the beach, we knew about it, but wasn’t expecting this steep and with a baby and buggy was a bit of a challenge. - by chance I noticed some construction rubbish left over on the hill behind the Life guard post by the pool, would be nice to have it properly removed for respect of the environment.

We really enjoy our stay!!! The hotel looks even better in real life,the view from all rooms is breathtaking!!! Also you will enjoy beautiful sunsets.The whole place is spotless,it is so clean and smells very nice,especially in the lobby.Their customer service is on very high level.The front desk guy Vladimir is exceptionally great,he is extra attentive,makes you feel very welcomed and always ready to share any info you need about Palma .We are coming back for sure!!!

The view from this hotel is the incredible and every room has a sea view. All areas very clean and staff very friendly. The pool was lovely and opens early and finishes late which the kids loved. We really enjoyed the food and the 24 hour shop on site is useful. It’s so close to everything and the beach. The hill definitely keeps you fit! The pool was nice, not too big but never felt crowded. No rush for sun beds in the morning either.

There wasn’t much to not like apart from the Wi-Fi not being great and occasional noisy young guests in the night but we knew what to expect when we researched hotels near the magaluf strip so it wasn’t too much of a problem.

Awesome view, pool and position, very good room service, extra comfy beds and super pillows:) The accommodation was exactly as presented in photos, well sound proved and really quiet, despite noisy neighbourhood.

Huge increase of comfort with little money would be a kitchen towel and a microfiber, salt and pepper and even sugar and some tea bags. The positive impact on the guests would be worth the effort. No lighting in the kitchen area Another way to improve comfort with not much effort would be to apply to chair legs floor protection - would spare neighbours a unpleasant noise at night and in the morning. Linen a little worn out and stained, but nevertheless clean. Parking will definitely be a challenge, if you consider renting a car. Search for public municipal parking lots and be patient...

The best view. Our room was on the 12th floor and it was magnificent. The terrace is big. There is AC, fridge and everything you could need for your stay. Hot water all the time and spaciou bathroom. It was cold at the time we were there so we couldn't enjoy the pool but I guess in the summer it is very nice. If I go to Magaluf again, I would stay here.

It will be great if the stairs to the beach are restored, climbing to the hill where the hotel is situated is challenging in the hot weather. But the view worths it.

This was our 4th time at the hotel. As usual, Marie, Miguel, Monica and the whole staff were super kind. All rooms have beautiful view to the sea, the rooms are clean and fully equipped. The swimming pool is also nice and refreshing after the great breakfast. Everything is for the guests at this hotel.

Perfect location with a quick walk to the nightlife on one side of the hill, restaurants & bars on the other. The hotel is spotless with stunning views, the rooms are very spacious with plenty of storage space.

On the top of a very steep hill, not a problem if you keep that in mind before heading back after a couple drinks..
