I had the best 10 night at this hotel🥰first of all i want to thank the perfect stuff they were so friendly and so amazing with us,the views are perfect from the room you can enjoy the view of island and the sea and just staying in your balcon and enjoying it,the location is perfect 5 minute from the city of magaluf and the beaches but a lot of times we stayed just in pool and enjoying it,the food was perfect the breakfast was amazing you had all time someone that makes fresh eggs and pancakes infront of you and i want to say hi to sonia she was so friendly and lovely woman she made everyday for us with love food, breakfast was so fresh you can chose everything and i think i have 4 kg plus i eated a lot,the first day we tried the dinner and we loved it later we ate everynight dinner were different types of salads,pastas,meat,rice and everything else! Im beyond grateful with this hotel i had the 10 best day of my life i cant wait to go again! The last day we went in 4 am in airport and they let for us the breakfast ready i was really emotional for that! Thank you so much hotel florida 🥰

Judging by the price we expected a moderately good room, restaurant and general amenities. What we found honestly exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet, the food was amazing (both breakfast and dinner), personnel was always there to cater to our needs and as much as we try to be rational in this review we cannot find a single thing to criticize.

That we had to return home after this experience. Five nights were certainly not enough for us.

FYI if you take the bus from the airport, it is a walk up a hill to reception level (I’d recommend a shuttle that drops you at the hotel entrance, trust) The hotel is great, rooms spacious, little balcony to dry your towel and bathers Another fyi, you don’t get a room key you have a wristband attached to you, not gonna lie it was odd to us but I definitely understand with the ‘Brits abroad’ in the area why it’s done. Just be prepared to be tagged The rooftop had spectacular views. You can even catch the sunset. The pool was great and going into the ocean off your own cliff was cool Included breakfast was great

This property is absolutely gorgeous! Our room had a beautiful view of the sea and sunsets! They have a great location and you are able to get into the sea without going to the beach at the hotel. The staff is beyond AMAZING. They were sooooo accommodating and so helpful. The day we left our flight was super early in the morning and we had breakfast included and they opened the kitchen early for us at 6am, so we could have breakfast before we left. Very thoughtful! I would absolutely stay here again. The only reason I gave them a 9 is because the beds were not comfortable.

Great location with amazing sea view from the balcony and the pool, nice Dj music during day and pleasant live music in the evening, close to the beach, delicious food (I would highly recommend the dinner as well, not only breakfast), very clean, strong wifi, large confortable rooms with AC and there is also a very spacious lobby area, where you can even work from if needed. The staff is very polite and strict when it comes to drunk tourists (Magaluf is full of them unfortunately), so that you can really relax and enjoy your stay. Overall, great value for the money.

Groups of noisy guys interested only in showing off and getting drunk at the pool. But I guess this is unfortunately specific for Magaluf.

The staff (literally everyone) was very polite, friendly, and helpful. They'll try their best to make you feel welcomed and offer any help you might need (how to get around, assist with renting vehicles, suggest meals, extra towels etc...). The hotel has all the facilities you need for entertainment and leisure, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed. It is a clean place. The food in the restaurant was excellent, and a pleasant surprise was the International cuisine at dinner, which was themed differently every evening during our stay. The location offers a great sea view. It is a little bit uphill, but away from crowdy and noisy streets. Anyway it is just a few minutes walking to the centre of Magaluf and the beaches. I would definitely recommend it!

I’m absolutely delighted with my choice of this hotel. It’s not too far away from nightclubs, cafés, and restaurants, yet set apart, perched on a cliff with outstanding sea views. The hotel features interesting interior design and offers delicious breakfasts and dinners at very affordable prices. There’s also a bar by the pool where you can have lunch if needed. Every day, the hotel hosts various events: lounge music by the pool with live saxophone performances, a DJ playing covers of popular hits, and evening shows featuring musicians and dancers. The staff are lovely and go above and beyond to help with everything (even opening the restaurant at 4 am on the morning of our checkout). Everything was perfect. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

I wouldn’t call it a major drawback, but due to the location, the hotel doesn’t have its own traditional beach. There’s access to the water via steps, but the options are either to jump straight in or enter over a rocky bottom. When the sea is calm, it’s not difficult at all. However, if the sea is rough, you need to be careful while entering to avoid slipping or getting injured.

The most beautiful location on a cliff with a wonderful view. Rooms nice and clean. The view from the room was breathtaking. Breakfasts very tasty with a large selection.

A double bed made of 2 mattresses, but unfortunately almost everywhere in Majorca has such. A hole forms in the middle while sleeping. 20 minutes before check-out the room card was blocked and after returning from breakfast we had to go and ask for an extension - completely pointless. But overall I rate the stay very positively. I recommend it, probably the best choice in the area.

Very good food and quite a wide variety to choose from. The view from the sea view room as well as from the hotel restaurant, bar and skybar is WOW. The staff are very nice and smiling and are always ready to help you with any problem/information. Overall the hotel is very nice.

If you travel by car, it can be very unpleasant because the parking lot is very small for the hotel's capacity and is always full, and besides that it is not very cheap (18euros/day), and it is impossible to park next to the hotel because it is very full , and in many areas parking is prohibited and the police pick up cars. Check-in can only be done after 14:00, which can be unpleasant for those who arrive there in the morning. What was an unpleasant surprise was the fact that there wasn't even water waiting for us in the mini bar in the room, something I've never seen before in 4-star hotels, even the 3-star hotels I've been to had at least a water in the minibar

After a short airport transfer by taxi €38 we arrived at the hotel. Our first impressions were It was clean , felt open and airy with the most spectacular views . The beds & pillows were comfortable, rooms cleaned each day of our 4 day stay . A bonus of a fridge , kettle and hairdryer as well as the option to log into our Netflix account gave it that extra special touch. Worst band allowed us to enter our room without having to carry around a keycard . The breakfast was plentiful, plenty of options and highly recommended. We ate in one night out of 3 and we would go half board if we came back . Pay the extra for a sea view , it really is worth every penny . Soothing 10 -15 min walk the nightlife of Magaluf , bars of Palma Nova as well as San Matias Beach which was our favourite. There’s something for everyone . A slight walk uphill back to the hotel depending on your mobility .

There are no negatives I can think of
