I had the best 10 night at this hotel🥰first of all i want to thank the perfect stuff they were so friendly and so amazing with us,the views are perfect from the room you can enjoy the view of island and the sea and just staying in your balcon and enjoying it,the location is perfect 5 minute from the city of magaluf and the beaches but a lot of times we stayed just in pool and enjoying it,the food was perfect the breakfast was amazing you had all time someone that makes fresh eggs and pancakes infront of you and i want to say hi to sonia she was so friendly and lovely woman she made everyday for us with love food, breakfast was so fresh you can chose everything and i think i have 4 kg plus i eated a lot,the first day we tried the dinner and we loved it later we ate everynight dinner were different types of salads,pastas,meat,rice and everything else! Im beyond grateful with this hotel i had the 10 best day of my life i cant wait to go again! The last day we went in 4 am in airport and they let for us the breakfast ready i was really emotional for that! Thank you so much hotel florida 🥰

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel! The buffet had a great variety, and the room was comfortable with a beautiful sea view. It was just a short walk to the beach, and there was a supermarket really close by, which was super convenient. The pool area was cute and relaxing, with lots of different spots to chill out. I also liked the pool bar—it offered proper food, not just snacks. There was even access to some seaside rocks, which added a nice touch. And the rooftop bar with drinks was the perfect place to end the day.

Waiting times for taxis: The waiting times for taxis in front of the hotel were quite long during the day, likely due to the number of nearby hotels and it being high season. We had to wait over an hour for a taxi one time. I’d recommend booking a taxi a day in advance to be on the safe side. Taxi arrived on time when we booked the day before. Balcony light: The light on the balcony was very bright at night, and unfortunately, it couldn’t be dimmed or turned off manually. It only switched off automatically around 11–12 PM. It would’ve been nice to have control over it. Buffet food policy: It wasn’t allowed to take food from the buffet back to the room, which would have been convenient at times.

Judging by the price we expected a moderately good room, restaurant and general amenities. What we found honestly exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet, the food was amazing (both breakfast and dinner), personnel was always there to cater to our needs and as much as we try to be rational in this review we cannot find a single thing to criticize.

That we had to return home after this experience. Five nights were certainly not enough for us.

The hotel itself is excellent. Starting with the location and the sea view, and the staff who are always friendly. The food at the hotel is diverse and very tasty. Compliments to you—keep up the great work!

Pool towels are charged, which raises a question for the management—wouldn’t it be smarter to take a deposit and then refund the money to hotel guests? 2. Parking is a problem. For guests arriving by car, it’s very difficult to find a parking spot near the hotel, and the hotel’s own parking is full. 3. The beds in the hotel are very uncomfortable, and I can say that’s the only thing that really bothered me. Despite all that, it was a very nice experience—highly recommended from my side.

Food was delicious, very good variety. Different eggs, hams, cheese, fresh salad, vegetables, pancakes, fruits etc. for breakfast. Large varienty of meat or fish, vegetables, pizza, pasta, salads, fruits, ice cream etc. for dinner. Staff was smiling, friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were in very good condition, everything working perfectly and clean. Rooms had balcony with laundry rack to dry clothes. We also had kettle. Probably best location on the island, everything was close. Other places easily reachable with bus. There was also large (Aldi) supermarket quite close. Fantastic views from hotel. Last day we had early check-out and reception let us in to have very early breakfast, no other hotel would do this. Really appreciated to have this opportunity.

I think it should not be allowed to reserve sunbeds with towels. Way too many people reserved them this way and went for a breakfast (for 1-2 hours).. I was interested only in 2 hours of sunbathing at the pool in the morning, not the whole day. One-time slippers would have been nice.

FYI if you take the bus from the airport, it is a walk up a hill to reception level (I’d recommend a shuttle that drops you at the hotel entrance, trust) The hotel is great, rooms spacious, little balcony to dry your towel and bathers Another fyi, you don’t get a room key you have a wristband attached to you, not gonna lie it was odd to us but I definitely understand with the ‘Brits abroad’ in the area why it’s done. Just be prepared to be tagged The rooftop had spectacular views. You can even catch the sunset. The pool was great and going into the ocean off your own cliff was cool Included breakfast was great

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, and the property itself is beautiful. All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The breakfast was absolutely magnificent — so many delicious options to choose from, and it runs from 7h30-10:30am, which is great for those who like to sleep in a bit or wake up early. The rooms were extremely comfortable, spotless, and very quiet — perfect for a good night’s sleep. The view from the pool area was breathtaking, and the rooftop and pool stayed open until 11:30pm/00h, which was a big plus. Special thanks to Pitaj, who was especially kind and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to others!

- The view from the breakfast area is great. - The breakfast itself is great, they have chia, many types of yogurts, fresh, lemonades, smoothies. Many healthy options. - Rooms are quite nice, everything is clean. - The beach that the hotel sits on top of is rocky but it wasn’t a problem for us. The sandy beach is 10 minutes walk from the hotel. - I liked the idea that they have water filters (like in offices) on every floor where you can pour fresh cold drinking water whenever you need instead of having bottled water in the fridge.

- It was on top of a hill so a bit of a challenge.

The view, food (breakfast&dinner) and local city beach is very good. The gym is decent, overall facilities of hotel are good, rooms are cleaned every day if you ask for it.

The location is tricky as it is on top of the hill, therefore wherever you move its not an easy walk. The pool is not good enough, lack of sunbeds and shade, the pool itself is made for seating/standing and not swimming. Overall the pool experience is not worth it. Also late night guest returning from city can be very loud so you might end up waking up from the sleep.

Views are stunning. Rooftop sky bar is gorgeous of an evening. Super clean and comfortable. Could not fault breakfast- so well organised, well staffed and lots of choice. Beautiful to be able to eat whilst enjoying amazing sea views -it’s like being on a ship.

The location means there are some big hills to navigate to get to/from beaches etc. it’s definitely more geared up towards the younger crowd and I imagine could get quite rowdy (it was ok when we were there however, but there were quite a few big groups) The pool and pool area are too small for the amount of guests, making it very busy and often impossible to get a sunbed.
