The cleanliness of the rooms, the helpful staff, the small fridge in the room, the bed was comfortable, the en suite bathroom was well equipped. Nice location, though it is up on the slope of a hill. The varierty of the dinner I liked very much, though it is mostly focused on visitord from the British Isles.

While I was staying there I bet all the children in the world younger than 6 were there in the hotel. It is a family oriented hotel, peace and quiet was hard to find during meals and especially in the evening due to the shows put on for the youngsters. If your main goal is to stay in an enjoy the services of a hotel, but you do not have children, this might not be the most convenient place to stay for you.

We took all inclusive, the food, except for the snack bar, was very tasty and varied. Friendly and smiling staff. Good location, if you do not take into account a small rise from the sea to the hotel. We were with a two-year-old child and children's entertainment was very important for us, there is 5+ with this. If it wasn't for the snack bar and the lack of toiletries, I would have given it a 10.

The snack bar was very "poor", very little choice. Room cleaning was average. There were no toiletries. There was only one bottle of soap on the wall near the washstand and one in the shower. For a four-star hotel, this is a shame, it was possible, at least, upon arrival, to put miniatures of shampoo, shower gel, balm, sponges, ear cleaners, etc.

The hotel offers an ideal location, with the beach just a few minutes walk away. The rooms are tidy and equipped with reliable Wi-Fi, ensuring a comfortable stay. The reception and staff are friendly and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Guests show respect toward each other, which adds to the pleasant environment. Everything needed is conveniently close by restaurants, stores, and a great variety of food options. The overall atmosphere is nice and relaxing. One minor downside is that access to public transport requires a bit of a walk, which may be less convenient for some guests.

The hotel is located on a small hill and parking is available in nearby streets (not reserved for hotel guests). It is a 5-minute walk to the beach. Comfortable and very clean room. The room has a mini bar, kettle and coffee maker. A small children's playroom and an area with games (extra charge). The hotel has three swimming pools (including a pool for the youngest). All inclusive includes free drinks only during meals (not at the pool bar). The food was very tasty, but quite repetitive.

Weaker insulation, so everything can be heard from neighboring rooms and corridors.

The food at this hotel was amazing and definitely the highlight of this stay (even though I am not a 'foodie'). Every breakfast, lunch and dinner there was an extensive plethora of choices for food and very nicely presented. Their paella was super delicious and the fish was cooked so nicely! The actual hotel was good value for money, a little outdated in places such as the pool area but overall, it was a great stay and my son enjoyed it thoroughly. There was always a place for us on a sun bed near the children's pool and the shallow pool at the back was where my son spent most of his time, having lots of fun.

When I first arrived, I was greeted by a staff member who I found quite brash - he kept bending and looking through my passport which I did not appreciate and felt it was not needed. I understand that you need to scan a passport as part of the check in process but you don't need to comment about my passport or its details.

The hotel is in a ideal location next to Palma beach and a magaluf. people saying it’s a big hill it’s a slight hill that’s a 3 minute walk. could be more strenuous with a pram but not a big deal for everything offered close by. The hotel is one of the cleanest all inclusive resorts we’ve been to on the island and we also stayed opposite at the ex Alua Hawaii. In the restaurant there is choice for everyone fresh meats, pasta, salads, themed nights and kids section i found it very varied daily and i’m quite fussy. you would struggle to not find anything. snacks served all day at the pool burgers, pasta, hotdogs chips and variety of soft drinks. we also enjoy to eat out of the hotel so there are plenty of restaurants close by we enjoyed Siso Beach. The entertainment team were fantastic massive thanks to sally she’s great with the children ! i think maybe be useful to have the disco and a bit more for kids earlier in the evening we found 8.45pm quite late but that’s just our preference, and maybe a bit more for the kids in the daytime but we stayed in june so not many kids present at this time i expect summer season they’ll be loads of children playing together etc. overall cannot fault our stay here we had a fantastic time & will be back next year!

I think the all inclusive would be better if included a limited amount of alcoholic drinks however the discounted prices on alcohol is a fair price 2 euros for a vodka/malibu coke,. 4 euros for a cocktail

What to say, we had an outstanding stay at Aluasun Torrenova. From the reception,to the Restaurant and the cafe. The food offering at this hotel is top class. Something to suit every taste. Every single member of staff was a pleasure to deal with, and I’d like to make a special mention for Valentino,Moha and the lady’s at the reception. Thank you very much for looking after us and made our stay even more pleasurable. The entertainment guys Sally and Valentino and the other guys as well are a credit to the hotel in fact all staff were brilliant, they can’t do enough for you.I would definitely highly recommend the hotel. Just a stone throw from the beach,shops and restaurants. Just cannot go wrong with it. I can’t find anything negative to say except that,out stay wasn’t long enough. We hope to see you all again next summer.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the beautiful beach (maybe the best one from all the beaches in that area). There are a lot of shops, markets, and restaurants nearby. I don't know how it is in the peak season, but at the end of September, the neighbour was really quiet. The staff on the desk front, restaurant, and the bar were professional, friendly, and very helpful. Also, the animation team was amazing, always in action with their positive vibe. Food in the restaurant was delicious, especially lunch and dinner (there were so many different choices). The water in the swimming pools was always clean. We had an amazing stay, and we will come back for sure!

We asked for doublebed, but we got two singlebeds, and when we reported on the frontdesk, their excuse was that they had a shortage of doublebeds. It's not the staff fault, but the management. Most of the guests in the hotel are families with children and small babies, so most of the rooms should be with doublebeds, not opposite.

Bedrooms and bathroom with balcony smart good size rooms and decorated to good standard very clean. Restaurant good fresh food and a large variety every night. Run very efficient with quick to clear tables and reset. All areas very clean. The 3 pools were dedicated for each group ie 1 for kids and 1 for adults and 1 for quiet area. All staff exceptionally pleasant and courteous and willing to help. Made the holiday. Location easy walking distance to beaches, shops, restaurants, bars.

very nice hotel for family rest with children. several swimming pools, good restaurant, a lot of activities for children. just as a remark - around 10 mins walk to the beach.

a little bit hot afternoon, coz sun is shining directly in the room, however air conditioning works well and no complaints to the hotel on this. would be great to make more dishes for children, simple soup or smth, but in general it was ok
