Final Review: Rating: 4/5 Detailed Review: The hotel is extremely well-located, right on the beach, offering a perfect view of the sea from the terrace. However, there is no direct beach access from the hotel itself. Instead, guests must use a set of stairs located next door, at another Leonardo hotel, which is a short walk away. The room was cleaned daily, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness, even with the inevitable sand brought in from the beach. Hats off to them for managing this so well! The air conditioning, though effective, was a bit loud. One day, it caused a serious odor issue in one of our rooms, even leaving a lingering smell on the walls. Fortunately, once we reported it, the problem was quickly resolved. The food was heavenly, with different themed dinners each night—Mexican, Asian, Italian, etc. There was also a "joker" menu available for those who preferred something else. The rice with clams was particularly divine, and I'd love to get my hands on that recipe! We didn’t use the wading pool, as our kids are too old for it, but the second pool was always at a pleasant temperature. Unfortunately, the constant crowds made it difficult to enjoy fully. Despite the posted rule against reserving loungers, many guests would sneak out early in the morning to cover multiple loungers with towels, only to return later. By the time the pool officially opened, not a single lounger was free. If I were the hotel, I’d consider regularly collecting these "reserved" towels and placing them in a lost-and-found to prevent this issue.

Nice hotel, good selection of food; we stayed All Inclusive. Staff were friendly for the most part, one person in reception a little abrupt but hey, maybe were having a bad day. Would recommend the hotel, however, be forewarned re Balearic All Inclusive / alcohol rules in place, only beer/wine, 3 drinks and must be served with lunch/dinner. Wasn't a deal breaker but did come as surprise. That said, you can buy additional alcohol so the rules aren't really meeting the objective of curbing excess drinking ... anyways, that's a govt. policy and not the hotel. Good value for money on AI, even with the above restrictions.

The view was excellent (sea view), the staff were super helpful, the food was varied and plentiful and pleasant area to eat (half board), the rooms were clean and practical, with comfortable beds the hotel is ideally situated between calmer Palmanova and energetic Magaluf, both within walking distance, the activities were great inside the hotel and out we went scuba diving with Big Blue Diving which was almost directly below the hotel on the beach. Overall the hotel is fantastic..

The hill, is quite steep going towards the hotel, so be aware if very old or infirm, the room though clean could do with updating (tired looking IKEA ish furniture)

Definitely the balcony view. It was almost suspended above the sea.

When booking the hotel we did not realize it's in such a party place. The hotel was very acoustic. We could not hear the street but we did hear drunken people coming back to their rooms in the middle of the night. It was also hard to find a parking spot.

The hotel view was amazing and beautiful. Staff at desk and restaurant part were very helpful and very nice all the time. Pool was very nice and the snack bar at the pool area. Plenty of space to enjoy at the bar and different levels of the hotel. Room had big lounge space and the balcony was also huge and very nice view to the beach. Clean areas throughout the hotel, staff were always tidying up all over the levels. There is a pool for kids, There are programs for kids and than live music for adults at the evenings and other activities that you can sign up for. Information by the desk. Nice lemon water at the lounge of the hotel for the residents, which is nice gesture. Plenty of water sports next to the hotel down at the beach. Which is about 5-10 minutes walk. Restaurants and shops next door and in the area. Its a nice place to go to, but be prepared, to walk a lot to the beach and it is up on the hill. Legs will be hurting in few days for sure. Good place and recommend it for families, couples, party places are close by.

Little noisy, room could do with a little update{flooring} We asked for cleaning one day and change of towels etc..., but they didn't clean our room, because the bedroom door was closed, only cleaned the apartment part. The next day they came and we had to ask again to change the bed linen and towels, to put toilet papers.. Food hasn't been warm enough at meal times, which was a little disappointment, because the food looked good, but it tasted different when it's not hot. There is microwave but that's not why you pay for holiday and meals. Would be nice to have the entrance to the beach so don't need to go all around to get down to the hotel beach.

The room allocated to us had no ocean view (or side ocean view), not at all as shown in the picture. The room was quite small but that was expected.

Hotel Overview: Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The staff were the friendliest people ever, always going above and beyond. The food and drinks were great, and the rooms were comfortable, air-conditioned, and impeccably cleaned. The location was a major advantage, situated on a mountain with breathtaking views from our room. The hotel was conveniently located just 250 meters away from the beach, making it easily accessible and not overcrowded. Room: The room itself was excellent, with a comfortable bed, large terrace, and stunning views of the sea and sunrise. It was peaceful and quiet, providing a restful atmosphere. The room had a kitchen equipped with a stove, microwave, kettle, cups, and tea/coffee supplies. Amenities: The hotel had two pools, including one for children, and various amenities like a kids' room and game rooms. The bathrooms were spacious and well-equipped. Housekeeping was satisfactory, with towels changed daily. Dining Options: The hotel's all-inclusive dining was great. While there was a policy of a three-drink limit called Mallorca low, it was not strictly enforced since the dining setup was buffet-style and self-service. The breakfast hours were from 07:30 to 10:30, lunch from 13:00 to 15:00, and dinner from 18:30 to 21:00. Additionally, the pool bar served drinks from 10:00 to 18:00, and the snack bar offered items such as burgers, pizza, chips, and ice cream near the pool between 11:00 and 18:00. There was also a snack restaurant available from 21:30 to 06:00. Additional Benefits: On the last day, guests were allowed to continue using the hotel facilities and enjoy the all-inclusive services after checking out until the end of the day. Moreover, there was a convenient shower room available, and towels were provided on request for free.

Everything was perfect food was delicious breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack bar. There is nothing we didn’t like to be honest. The only limiting factor was parking. Not much the hotel can do about it really. Normally we rent a car and travel all over the island but because parking was limited, we parked when we got a spot and basically just stayed in the area. Wifi wasn’t great in the rooms, so if you need to so some work, you need to go down to the lobby. Not the worst thing in the world. We still had a wonderful stay!

Great view of the ocean, good size room and living area and bathroom. Nice balcony. Awesome pool area with loungers for sunbathing.

The pool wasn't open very long each day so we didn't get to use it. Bedroom was a little bit dark but that is because it was at the back of the room, so our lounge/kitchen area got a lot of light. Also no car parks.
