Final Review: Rating: 4/5 Detailed Review: The hotel is extremely well-located, right on the beach, offering a perfect view of the sea from the terrace. However, there is no direct beach access from the hotel itself. Instead, guests must use a set of stairs located next door, at another Leonardo hotel, which is a short walk away. The room was cleaned daily, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness, even with the inevitable sand brought in from the beach. Hats off to them for managing this so well! The air conditioning, though effective, was a bit loud. One day, it caused a serious odor issue in one of our rooms, even leaving a lingering smell on the walls. Fortunately, once we reported it, the problem was quickly resolved. The food was heavenly, with different themed dinners each night—Mexican, Asian, Italian, etc. There was also a "joker" menu available for those who preferred something else. The rice with clams was particularly divine, and I'd love to get my hands on that recipe! We didn’t use the wading pool, as our kids are too old for it, but the second pool was always at a pleasant temperature. Unfortunately, the constant crowds made it difficult to enjoy fully. Despite the posted rule against reserving loungers, many guests would sneak out early in the morning to cover multiple loungers with towels, only to return later. By the time the pool officially opened, not a single lounger was free. If I were the hotel, I’d consider regularly collecting these "reserved" towels and placing them in a lost-and-found to prevent this issue.

Nice hotel, good selection of food; we stayed All Inclusive. Staff were friendly for the most part, one person in reception a little abrupt but hey, maybe were having a bad day. Would recommend the hotel, however, be forewarned re Balearic All Inclusive / alcohol rules in place, only beer/wine, 3 drinks and must be served with lunch/dinner. Wasn't a deal breaker but did come as surprise. That said, you can buy additional alcohol so the rules aren't really meeting the objective of curbing excess drinking ... anyways, that's a govt. policy and not the hotel. Good value for money on AI, even with the above restrictions.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The view from our balcony was AMAZING, we were very lucky to have a corner room looking over the bay. The location was really good, very close to beach, restaurants and shops. Bus stop for Palma a short walk away, the uses are good value and easy to use with a tap on/off system. Food was good but after a week was a little bit repetitive but they are feeding the masses so understand they have a menu to stick to. All the staff were friendly and accomodating. Housekeeping cleaned room everyday. I would definitely stay here again.

The view was excellent (sea view), the staff were super helpful, the food was varied and plentiful and pleasant area to eat (half board), the rooms were clean and practical, with comfortable beds the hotel is ideally situated between calmer Palmanova and energetic Magaluf, both within walking distance, the activities were great inside the hotel and out we went scuba diving with Big Blue Diving which was almost directly below the hotel on the beach. Overall the hotel is fantastic..

The hill, is quite steep going towards the hotel, so be aware if very old or infirm, the room though clean could do with updating (tired looking IKEA ish furniture)

Good location to beach and bars. Friendly staff, helpful. Amazing view of the sea from our family room balcony. Great kids entertainment in the pool. Supermarket attached to hotel. Can hire beach towels so don't need to bring any. Key safe 5euros. Family room easily converted into 3 single beds, plenty of room. Didn't miss not having the sofa. Small freezer compartment very useful. Plenty of cupboard and shelf space. Rooms were quiet.

On the lower floors there was a unfortunately a drain smell coming through the bathroom sink but staff were quick to help. This can't be helped really I understand it's an old hotel. The electrics repeatedly kept tripping which wasn't ideal as phones didn't charge the night before flight. I understand this was a problem with the electrics in the area rather than the hotels individual fault but I think the staff should've been more proactive in flipping the switches back on for each individual floor rather than waiting to be called by guests. The Aircon wasn't really fit for purpose and didn't work really at all in the main room.

Location of the hotel is really nice, magnificent view to the Palmanova bay, extremely nice and clean beach is 300m close by. Pools in the hotes are small, but enough space for guests. Especially we liked the baby pool area. Food was nice, however, a bit unsalted, especially boiled pasta- tasteless. Tematic evenings were nice with wide selection of different dishes and it was really good. During the dinner, there were also basic drinks included.

Noice isolation in the hotel was poor, furniture in the kitchen was in a bad condition, there was no knives to cut the fruits. Cleaning was not excellent and quite late in the day, so we could not let our room be cleaned, because baby had a nap in the mid of the day.

Definitely the balcony view. It was almost suspended above the sea.

When booking the hotel we did not realize it's in such a party place. The hotel was very acoustic. We could not hear the street but we did hear drunken people coming back to their rooms in the middle of the night. It was also hard to find a parking spot.

The hotel has a great location, close to the beach. Our room also had a sea view. We also noticed that there are better rooms with more sea view. The room has a stove, refrigerator, microwave and kettle and server appliances. It is possible to prepare food and enjoy lunch. Very much liked the food in the restaurant, which included a diverse selection of dishes.

The room is small and poor noise insulation. The air conditioner hood was dirty and had dust and mold on it. There was also dust in the kitchen, especially under the microwave. The walls in some places were also not white anymore. So the hotel needs some cosmetic repairs.

The hotel itself is very good, room was cleaned every day, we had all facilities we needed. Staff is very nice and helpful. Location is perfect, you have beautiful sea view right on the terrace, Magaluf beach from the one side and Palma Nova and Son Marten (i hope the name is correct) beaches from another side. Hotel provides different activities and night shows for the guests every day, also they have themed dinner nights like Spanish, Asian and Italian nights

The guests are mostly teenagers who come there to party so be ready to hear drunk screaming of your neighbours in the middle of the night together with music and some garbage and cigarette ashes on the balcony in the morning. I wouldn't leave the clothes for drying there. And it's impossible to sleep with the open window or balcony because of the noise also from the street

Great location — about 10–15 minutes walking to both San Matias and Palmanova beaches. Beautiful sea view from the balcony — highly recommend booking a room with a sea view. Nice kids and adult pools — our children really enjoyed them. The pool bar area was also great for relaxing in the evening. Dinners were delicious and varied — something different every day. We loved the desserts, fruits, ice cream machine, even some frozen juice. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, even on the 6th floor in our room (685). Friendly and helpful staff. The room was cleaned regularly and bed linen changed upon request. Perfect for a quiet family vacation in calm Palmanova. Special thanks to the kids’ animators Anastasiia and Anna — both Ukrainian girls who were working with the children. Our kids absolutely loved them! They were kind, attentive, and made all the activities fun. That was a really lovely bonus during our stay.

The hotel is located on a hill, so after the beach it’s a bit tiring to walk back up — especially with a stroller. Breakfasts were almost the same every day. Coffee and tea machines were unavailable during dinner — only available in the morning, which was inconvenient for us. No laundry, no gym, no spa. For laundry you have to go to another Leonardo hotel nearby. No towel racks or dryers — we had to hang wet towels all around the room. Some noisy evenings: one due to a hotel event with loud music, another because of noisy neighbors partying late.
