A very nice hotel, a perfect location with great views. The staff were all really friendly and working hard. I really enjoyed the facilities and the pool. I really liked how the room keys were bands on the wrist. Fridges in the rooms too.

On the first couple of days there, the air-conditioning for the full hotel wasn't available and still on heating mode (1st and 2nd May) on request of Manager, but this was rectified after 2nd day, we could access the air-conditioning and rooms were nice and cool over night, much needed for Scottish rugby players in our party.

The hotel location is spot on a hill, it's clean and well decorated, the bed has a gd mattress, lift into the beach area, bit grubby area on the beach, but handy for the walk up that steep hill. Breakfast was hit or miss. No set standard of food items. Location gives you choice of various beaches As both bays face opposite ea other. Posh,or cheap.. Great locat: summer time would be awesome!

No inside bar, it was all outside. All good for hot night's. Steeper hill than normal. But with this I'm being picky.

We fell into a period of strong wind and could not sleep all night; The windows rattled heavily and made sounds both in the corridor and in the room. Poor sound insulation.

elevator - only 3 small elevators for hotel with 12 floors and many rooms (btw, at least one of them was still out of service!) The location is noisy during nights. 🫣🎉

Great position overlooking the Magalluf bay, beautiful rooms and great breakfast with vast choice. We stayed 2 nights with friends for a bachelorette party, we booked 7 rooms but still we were able to enjoy breakfast together Good services with elevator bringing you to the seaside

The good location.It is near the beach, which is free of charge, just take the lift, and it's secured with a password. The food was very delicious and various. We have booked half pension, which is only breakfast and dinner (drinks are not included in the dinner).The view from the balcony was very nice. The reception was friendly and 24 hours available.

We had to pay daily fees for the safety box. Seldom parking places, which cost 20€ per day.

All the staff was very lovely and the gym was open at 7am which was great for working out before having breakfast :) They also gave us pool/beach towels in case we didn’t have any

My room always had dirty floors even after the cleaning staff being there. I used my bath mat to go from the bathroom to the centre of the room and it always came up dirty. Even though I understand the why, breakfast should start a little early (7:00/7:30)

Parking was difficult and would have preferred a double bed rather than 2 singles pushed together

We were there with my friend in October. It is great time after main season. All services were very good. We came in midnight and man was waiting for us in reception. Personal are friendly and helpfull. We loved breakfast and dinner. We can choose from a lot of options (eggs, pancakes, pastry, fruit, youghurt etc. for breakfast and seafood, pasta, potatoes, pizza, salad and sweet bar etc. for dinner). Everything was so delicious.
