👍The food and drinks and entertainment amenities were very good. The room was clean and spacious - also the bathroom. The staff was friendly and supportive. Especially the supper/dinner. The beautiful (enough shallow and sandy) beach enabling a bit of snorkelling is close, as well as other restaurants and shops. It’s a hotel mainly for families, but couples can enjoy it too (be mindful of a lot of noise though ;)). It’s possible to do the laundry and dry it with coins or by card. Also iron is available. While checking out you can leverage luggage room and courtesy room and use still other things except main meals.

👎 There’s only one snack bar available with quite limited selection of food. The coffee from coffee machines is really untasty - not made with grains but some ready (probably artificial) liquid. The breakfast was the least satisfying out of all 3 main meals. Lunch could be improved as well, but was okey. It would be could the hotel offered some bracelets for some of the older the kids with chips in it (and not separate card rooms). Also using most of attractions is with adults company only which isn’t always convenient (especially the splash area).

Everything for children was great - pool, slides, softplay, animation programme, theme park, etc. Beach was close and wonderfull. Staff were kind and helpfull. Transfer to airport and back was very good as well.

Food could be of a much higher quality. Rooms were not very spatious, but sufficed. The room was very noisy - we could hear very loudly everytime somebody talked in the hallway, also all of the noise and music from the stage area was very loud. The first two days, there were also renovations going on in rooms next to ours, which were very loud and went on all day.

The resort is very child-friendly, from the entertainment choices, to the fun house, play areas, and the water park. The staff's attentiveness to the children was fantastic, and everyone who interacted with us genuinely seemed to enjoy what they were doing. The buffet meals had nice varied options, from salads to grilled, sweets and the usual fries/pasta/nugget corner. The hotel was also very clean for a place with so many children - the table staff at the buffet was very kind and active, public toilets and areas were constantly cleaned up, and room service very quickly tidied everything up.

Unfortunately, one side of the water park is not properly anti-slip, so we had an unexpected ER visit due to one of the children falling. Maybe it's a bit picky, but the grill area was not of good quality. The options were quite diverse but I think to the detriment of cooking it properly - the meats were hard, the squid was squishy. It would've been better to keep it simpler but with foods more suited to that fast-paced grill environment. Last but not least, the rooms facing the event area can get noisy, as the activities can run past 22, 22:30. The lights in the balcony also bizarrely do not go off until midnight, which in our room was annoying. These are not terrible things but worth mentioning.

Great location very close to very good beach and local restaurants. Great facilities for children with live shows, 4d movie theater and other thematic areas. The food/buffet, for those having half or full pension booked, is pretty decent.

The standard room should be slightly bigger for the price. There is little-to-no sound proofing in the rooms and it can get noisy at some times.

that swimming pool is open only until 18:00 also that where is golf playing need to pay extra we didn’t want to play golf but we want to have a look that area and Its not allowed to enter that area

Kids facilities are just perfect! The staff was helpful and the rooms were nice and cleaning was every day. As for food there was a wide choice and we could easily find what we like. Hotel offered nice animation and sometimes offered Soft Play open for kids, while the parents could enjoy the animations. Te pool was very nice and tidy.

This is not a place for people who do not like noise. There there are very noisy frogs and the guests can make some noise too. But this was still ok for us as after full day of activities we would not mind so much. A pity that the water is not heated in the splash park.

Excellent location, great in-house facilities, friendly guests and great staff.

The only negatives I can think of are; some of the food was a little under-done in my opinion and the hotel should provide irons in the rooms or have enough available. I tried asking several times but was unable to get one and nowhere locally sold them. To avoid this, I’d suggest bringing a travel iron with you or request one is provided when making your booking.

the hotel was nice, it was worth it because the free and unlimited access to the park. We went at the beginning of May so it was not crowded at all. The water park is not too big, I guess in the summer it can get overcrowded. The room was basic, but clean, the breakfast had everything for everybody's taste. All in all, I think it is a good deal for families with kids until 10-12 years old.

The room was rather small for three people.
