Location was fantastic

Only complaint I had was not enough Umbrellas round pool

The location is great, with a back gate leading directly to the beach, which is less than 100m away. The staff are very friendly, especially the pool area team. The hotel was pretty quiet and had a great view. The rooms were very clean, but kitchens didn't have any staples like salt, oil or vinegar so we had to buy all of these just for a short stay.

The beds weren't comfortable so didn't sleep great. Also on the first night the airconditioning didn't work, but this was quickly fixed. Our kettle also did not work so couldn't boil water to make coffee.

Such a great hotel. Location is fantastic. There's a gate at the back that takes you out onto the main road and across the street is the beach & lots of restaurants and bars. The pool bar sells good quality food at reasonable prices & the service is excellent. We had a pool view room which was very comfortable & well equipped with a kettle & toaster, microwave, hob and fridge. Shower was very good with lots of hot water and good water pressure. Everywhere was very clean. I would definitely stay again.

Great location, really good pool and so nice to be able to have an early morning swim or one late evening in a heatwave. Adults only so after pool "closed" you are able to swim at your own risk. Really good option! 2 singles - would prefer a double/king but never mind

The pool bar (only on-site facility to purchase food) stopped taking orders at 3.45pm - bit of a shame when by the pool but location is fabulous for shops, bars and restaurants

A nice, clean hotel in a perfect location between Palma Nova and Magaluf. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops right outside the hotel. Beds were comfy, although we did have to ask for extra pillows. The kitchen area was well equipped with everything you need to make breakfast or a quick meal. Showers were piping hot and with decent water pressure. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The pool area only ever had one small part that was in the sun. We went in October and only used the pool once as it was too cold in the shade. We had a ground floor apartment meaning the balcony wasn't great, but I'm sure if you get a room higher up it would be much better.

The pool was large so never overcrowded. Plenty of sunbeds. Staff by the pool area were lovely always smiling and approachable. The pool was very accessible for people with disabilities. The use of inflatable sun loungers and rings were allowed. Very relaxing atmosphere in the hotel in general. Location was perfect right in the middle of plenty of shops just a 2 min walk from the beach. There is a back gate by the pool which you can use to go to the beach which was really useful. Rooms were modern and very clean.

We were on the ground floor so view wasn't great and more pillows for the bed would have been nice. There wasn't any bar with entertainment open in the evenings.

Pool, room size, cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, adult only, good view of pool and sea from balcony, lifts, lounge areas.

No double beds, only singles which split apart during the night, so not great for couples that sleep in same bed. Air conditioning in our room was not very good, it worked, but quite slow, hard to keep room cool. But better than nothing. Sometimes too many large groups of stag and hen parties can be a little overwhelming round the pool if they are loud and reserving all the sun beds early. But generally most of ok and just enjoying their celebrations.

Great position, clean comfortable rooms

Huge lounge in level 2, completely waisted space. Would be nice to have a bar in there. Had quite a loud group of young men check in, the day before our departure. Who completely took over the pool. At no point did any member of staff step in to request that they calmed down a little. Also noticed quite a lot of sun beds having towels left on them all day, with no one using them. There was often a shortage of sun beds, this was only because they were being reserved while people seemed to go out for the whole day. We noticed the double sun beds with canopy both had towels left on them for a whole day , absolutely no one went near them and staff not removing towels after a couple of hours if not being used.

The location of this property was excellent, the room was clean, fresh towels every other day and the corridors, pool area, pool bar area all exceptionally clean. I liked the back gate entrance which took us out onto the main area for bars, restaurants, beach etc

The view from our balcony was very poor. if I were to visit again I think the bit extra for a pool/beach view would be worth it.

Very close to the beach and a large selection of varied and lovely restaurants. Spotlessly clean throughout. Nice crisp white sheets and fluffy towels. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Lovely clean pool with adequate number of sunbeds. Large bedrooms and balcony.

Too many people smoking around the pool sometimes made it unpleasant - I noticed that other hotels had designated smoking areas. Was sometimes quite noisy in the corridors and balconies late into the night and I was embarrassed at how some guests treated the staff.
