Quite modern and nice stylished rooms. Beautiful environment - nice and cozy main hall, good pool zone. Nice to have sauna in the hotel. Restaurant offered higher level food which was nice although service level was changing in different days from very good to average or opposite.

We marked selection to get double bed but we had two separated beds which even was on the wheels. I understand that hotel do not commit to it but as we saw that hotel was half empty it seemed strange... The hotel all in all is not very cheap so is was strange that there is practically no ventilation in WC room and we didn't have toilet brush as seems little bit unhygienic. Water pressure was low in the shower. Also we missed such small things as example shoe spoon in the room. Internet connection also was average. Everything with pool bar was great and fast until one last day when more guests arrived, it was very hard to order something. All in all hotel is a good choice and above marked things is not so big but I marked it comparing as price/quality relation.

The room including the bed and airconditioning was excellent. The breakfast was great and the pool area really good including the pool bar and the plentiful sun lounges. The senior staff and client liaison people are outstanding as were the staff at the breakfast, cleaning staff and pool area staff. The location is absolutely ideal and near good restaurants and just across the raod from the beach.

The electronic check-in was cumbersome and should've been emailed to me 24 hours ahead of arrival not a few hours ahead of arrival when I was already on a plane. I saw many folk in the lobby struggling with it. The main complaint I would raise is in respect to the restaurant and evening bar area. The restaurant food was too expensive and way to fancy with salads that people like me with nut allergies could not eat and there was no more normal mains such as chicken, standard steaks etc. In the evening when trying to order drinks it took over 30 minutes to even get served and only after I raised hell to get some service. Given many clients are English speakers the grasp of English by the restaurant/bar staff in the evening was very poor - not good enough for a top hotel.

The hotel is stunning, it is in excellent condition and has a great vibe about it. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel, we would sit there for 2 hours eating the best omelettes and baguettes and the pastries and ensaimada were better than any bakery we visited outside of the hotel. The room and pool were great and Boso pumped on Saturday afternoon.

We unfortunately didn’t like the area the hotel was in, the hotel is way too good for this position so we had to travel everyday to enjoy the beaches. Cala Comtesa is the closest and best beach about 15 mins from the hotel and you must visit it!

The rooms were absolutely stunning. When people say this hotel is an interior designer’s dream, they are NOT lying. The lobby was huge and had so much to look at. They even had games laid out in the lobby to play - chess, tic tac toe, connect four. The staff are so so friendly, especially every member of the experience team who went above and beyond to help us when needed. They gave us a WhatsApp number to contact them on if we needed anything, and replies were always friendly and fast. For the price we paid for this hotel, we did have quite high hopes, and it absolutely exceeded them. Everything was perfect, and this hotel was an absolute dream come true. The pool was lovely, and actually way less busy than I expected it to be. Staff around the pool were super friendly and happy to help, the sunbeds were super comfy and had gorgeous views onto the beach. As for breakfast, this was the only time we ate at the restaurant as it was included in our stay but they had so much variety. Parts changed every day so there was always something new to try and something that would work for everyone. And I have to say, of everything at the breakfast, the watermelon was the most gorgeous thing I have ever eaten.

The hotel was completely renovated in 2023 in a kind of urban-mediterranean chic style. Everything looks really lovely, from relaxing area in the lobby, to breakfast area. We had a junior suite with terrace and it was a beautiful and spacious room. Breakfast choice was very good.

Giving all the amenities the hotel has to offer, we found it quite expensive. The pool and the wellness area are quite small, also pool area is in complete shade right after 4pm (during our stay). Pool is not heated, water was too cold to swim. Bar and restaurant offerings are quite expensive in comparison with the surrounding restaurants / hotel bars. Very restrictive as to check in / check out hours. Our flight arrived early and we asked for a bit earlier check in but were not allowed to the room much before 3 pm. We enjoyed our stay, but I think for the service and amenities offered, the price was just set up bit too high.

Breakfast is very good and diverse. Outside area overlooking the seaside is marvellous. The hotel design is trendy and gives the hotel a relaxing vibe. I read a lot of comments about too loud music in the hotel lobby during the evening, but I have to say, the music vibe was nice, we enjoyed it!

Palmanova itself is not a romantic idyllic location, would not want to stay here in summertime if you do not like the night club life. But the hotel, as a starting location to visit the island with a rental car, is a perfect choice. We also drove to Palma city each evening to enjoy some great restaurants (20min drive and plenty of public parking in Palma)

It’s THE best property location, building , greenery, view , cleanliness, style and smell. I’m sorry to elaborate further but the hotel smells so nice from the entrance through to the elevator and the corridors. I had a sea view room and I don’t think there’s better hotel positioned in the entire cost like Zel Mallorca hotel. This is because it’s only 4 floors, so you are in the zone , to the point that’s hard to leave the balcony unless you really have to 😊. When it comes to staff and services , they are second to none, trust me, you will be amazed. Last but not least , the hotel has a classy looking vibe that make people turn and stop to look at it while strolling along the beach”wishing they have booked their stay in it ”, which gives you that feeling of satisfaction , I’m the lucky one 😄. Ooo, I’m not done yet.The sleeping part is the core thing that makes a holiday a good one. So basically the entire Palmanova beach shops and few bars shut by midnight. Then nightlife kicks in 15min walk away at Magaluf beach. This means you only hear the Mediterranean waves when you go to bed. Sorry but I almost forgot about their perfect breakfast available from (8-11am). So once you have their generous and full of variety breakfast in their exquisite dining area looking at the beach, you will basically be good until you are ready for early dinner at 4-5pm somewhere in the back street ( hotel entrance side) where you have the best Indian restaurant that equals to top Indian restaurants in the UK when it comes to food quality and fresh ingredients. You will have it all in one if you stay in this hotel I think.

After a long deliberation, I found nothing and I mean it, absolutely “nada “.

Very pretty, great amenities, one of those hotels you don’t even need to leave during your trip. Right by the beachfront. Not far from the airport which is great. Food is excellent, best breakfast I’ve had on holiday and it’s until 11:00 everyday so you you’re not forced to wake up early!

No full length mirror in the rooms, we went early May which is probably not the best time to visit Mallorca as it’s still quite cold. The hotel doesn’t have central heating so we had to ask for a heater which helped. The hotel is on a strip of road with random touristy shops which aren’t so great (but this is the back of the hotel (still main road) which is fine) but you can live with it. Parking is EUR20/day at the hotel which is ridiculous but there’s free parking nearby so you can live with it. Jacuzzi and some amenities close early like 7:00 which isn’t ideal. The sound proofing in the rooms is not too great by the bathrooms from room to room . Our neighbour was throwing up all night and we heard everything and even the drunken loud talking.

The vibe!! ❤️ The decor / interior / exterior design made you want to spend time there. The gym. The yoga studio. The size of the room. The staff around reception were great, so friendly. The fragrance of the lobby / reception.

The room was always abit too cold. The breakfast had a great variety but the ‘hot’ buffet was always cold (we had cold fried eggs every day). They need a lunch time / light snack menu at more reasonable prices, 18euro for 5 croquettes is a lot (they are 8 euro in Palma restaurants), meaning we had to head out of the hotel for snacks / lunch.
