Quite modern and nice stylished rooms. Beautiful environment - nice and cozy main hall, good pool zone. Nice to have sauna in the hotel. Restaurant offered higher level food which was nice although service level was changing in different days from very good to average or opposite.

We marked selection to get double bed but we had two separated beds which even was on the wheels. I understand that hotel do not commit to it but as we saw that hotel was half empty it seemed strange... The hotel all in all is not very cheap so is was strange that there is practically no ventilation in WC room and we didn't have toilet brush as seems little bit unhygienic. Water pressure was low in the shower. Also we missed such small things as example shoe spoon in the room. Internet connection also was average. Everything with pool bar was great and fast until one last day when more guests arrived, it was very hard to order something. All in all hotel is a good choice and above marked things is not so big but I marked it comparing as price/quality relation.

The pool and facilities were great. We like the 24/7 gym which gave us a lot of flexibility to work out. Food was good for breakfast. Access to the beach was great.

Room was ok for the price we paid. Thought it would be nicer for a five star. I could hear footsteps from above us and we faced the street level and can smell the food from the restaurants. If we booked again, we would have to book ocean view to enjoy the experience.

The room including the bed and airconditioning was excellent. The breakfast was great and the pool area really good including the pool bar and the plentiful sun lounges. The senior staff and client liaison people are outstanding as were the staff at the breakfast, cleaning staff and pool area staff. The location is absolutely ideal and near good restaurants and just across the raod from the beach.

The electronic check-in was cumbersome and should've been emailed to me 24 hours ahead of arrival not a few hours ahead of arrival when I was already on a plane. I saw many folk in the lobby struggling with it. The main complaint I would raise is in respect to the restaurant and evening bar area. The restaurant food was too expensive and way to fancy with salads that people like me with nut allergies could not eat and there was no more normal mains such as chicken, standard steaks etc. In the evening when trying to order drinks it took over 30 minutes to even get served and only after I raised hell to get some service. Given many clients are English speakers the grasp of English by the restaurant/bar staff in the evening was very poor - not good enough for a top hotel.

The hotel is stunning, it is in excellent condition and has a great vibe about it. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel, we would sit there for 2 hours eating the best omelettes and baguettes and the pastries and ensaimada were better than any bakery we visited outside of the hotel. The room and pool were great and Boso pumped on Saturday afternoon.

We unfortunately didn’t like the area the hotel was in, the hotel is way too good for this position so we had to travel everyday to enjoy the beaches. Cala Comtesa is the closest and best beach about 15 mins from the hotel and you must visit it!

Hotel is stunning, chilled, beachy vibes. Loungers by the pool are really comfy and service is great. Rooms are modern, clean, and have everything you need for a good nights sleep - good blackout curtains, air con and fan and comfy bed. Hotel is clean and staff are attentive. There a gym with lots of classes, daily activities and the spa. Right next to the beach with lots of shops nearby. I went to celebrate my 40th birthday and we were very well looked after!

No complaints - the only thing I’d mention is that there is no privacy for the shower in the rooms so depending on who you are sharing with you may want to consider that.

The hotel itself was gorgeous! Rooms were beautiful and perfectly clean. Breakfast was delicious! Loved that it was also right on the beach. The hotel is very aesthetic and perfect for nice pictures. Also liked that there was free parking nearby - there is no need to get paid parking at the hotel as there is a free lot within 4 min walking distance.

While the hotel itself is perfect, the location of the hotel is not the greatest. It didn't have that "European feel" at all, and was just strips of souvenir shops and bars. The restaurants weren't bad, we even found a great little Italian spot with great authentic pasta, but the area itself just didn't feel like I was in Europe and more like I was in the US. The beach front property made up for this fact - and if anything you can just rent a car and go to nicer areas for dinner if you like.

I loved my stay at Hotel Zel Mallorca! The location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach. The hotel has a stylish, modern vibe that feels fresh and inviting. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety. A perfect spot to unwind and enjoy

While the hotel itself is lovely, I personally felt the staff could have been more attentive and guest-focused. Perhaps I’m comparing it to my experience at Castillo Son Vida, where the warmth and personal touch were exceptional. Still, overall a stylish and comfortable place to enjoy Mallorca. I enjoyed the style and setting, I’m not sure I’d return I missed the emotional connection that makes a hotel stay truly memorable.

The rooms were absolutely stunning. When people say this hotel is an interior designer’s dream, they are NOT lying. The lobby was huge and had so much to look at. They even had games laid out in the lobby to play - chess, tic tac toe, connect four. The staff are so so friendly, especially every member of the experience team who went above and beyond to help us when needed. They gave us a WhatsApp number to contact them on if we needed anything, and replies were always friendly and fast. For the price we paid for this hotel, we did have quite high hopes, and it absolutely exceeded them. Everything was perfect, and this hotel was an absolute dream come true. The pool was lovely, and actually way less busy than I expected it to be. Staff around the pool were super friendly and happy to help, the sunbeds were super comfy and had gorgeous views onto the beach. As for breakfast, this was the only time we ate at the restaurant as it was included in our stay but they had so much variety. Parts changed every day so there was always something new to try and something that would work for everyone. And I have to say, of everything at the breakfast, the watermelon was the most gorgeous thing I have ever eaten.

The hotel was completely renovated in 2023 in a kind of urban-mediterranean chic style. Everything looks really lovely, from relaxing area in the lobby, to breakfast area. We had a junior suite with terrace and it was a beautiful and spacious room. Breakfast choice was very good.

Giving all the amenities the hotel has to offer, we found it quite expensive. The pool and the wellness area are quite small, also pool area is in complete shade right after 4pm (during our stay). Pool is not heated, water was too cold to swim. Bar and restaurant offerings are quite expensive in comparison with the surrounding restaurants / hotel bars. Very restrictive as to check in / check out hours. Our flight arrived early and we asked for a bit earlier check in but were not allowed to the room much before 3 pm. We enjoyed our stay, but I think for the service and amenities offered, the price was just set up bit too high.
