The location is brilliant, right on the front and easy access to the beach/ bars etc. the breakfast was good with a nice choice and freshly made omelettes.

The room was a lot smaller than expected, the bathroom is a strange set up with a small glass door on the toilet and shower. The door didn’t always close properly on the shower so it flooded the room. We had a swim up pool which was lovely and convenient, however there is nothing to stop any other guest using this pool and sunbathing at the section at the end, which is think is wrong for the additional price you pay for the privilege of having this swim up room access.

The location of this hotel is outstanding. You are directly opposite the entrance to the beach, bus stops and taxi rank with a handy supermarket in the same vicinity. I would definitely return to this hotel and I travelled with family including my 81 year old Mum and it is ideal for people whose mobility isn't as good as hers!

The hot drinks at breakfast aren't great and the fruit juice tasted as if it was watered down......... I am being picky though as everything you might wish to eat for breakfast was available. No other faults for me!

Overall we had a great time. The location is perfect for a relaxed, chill holiday. The area is not too noisy or busy, there are plenty of stores, bars and restaurants to go to. The bars look like cafes, almost all are sport bars with TVs and screens and are closed by midnight. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. We got a Deluxe room with a view and access to the rooftop pool - never regretted it. The view is stunning and while the downstairs pools are usually crowded, you can always find a spot at the pool upstairs. The food was nice and varied, the restaurant was clean and well maintained.

During our stay, the room was not getting cleaned very well and there was no ventilation in the bathroom. During breakfast you can have water for free but in the evening they are charging you for it, which I thought is unnecessary.

The hotel and its facilities are very very clean and its location is close to everything. The room is very clean and has all the requirements and the area in which the hotel is located is beautifully quiet and the beach is 1 minute walk away. The staff are also very friendly, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Also the breakfast and dinner in the hotel are very delicious. I wish I could extend my stay in the hotel but unfortunately it is fully booked and 5 days in Mallorca is not enough at all. It is better to have at least a week with a car.

Nothing at all, one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

Absolutely dreamy stay. The staff were so lovely & helpful. We had a very kind waiter in the restaurant who couldn’t do enough for us. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he is an absolute asset to your team. The privilege room was so worth it, incredible sea view and the access to the sky bar and rooftop was very useful. Bedrooms were cleaned throughly every day. Perfect location, clean swimming pool. The breakfast buffet was super delicious so we ended up paying for the evening buffet for a few nights which didn’t disappoint and felt was good value for money. The adults only part of it was of course the perfect finishing touch! We will be returning, thank you!

Very good and various breakfast. Pleasant and helpful stuff available 24 hours . Great location - a sea across the road. Despite of many bars and restaurants close to the hotel it was quiet in the room. Everyday cleaning. Comfortable bed. And room is quite big with everything needed. Nice spa zone. Different activities in the evenings. A bus stop right down at the hotel (25 minutes ride to the center of Palma)

Wifi was very poor in the room, but at the rest territory it was fine!

The location is great, just in front of the beach with several stores, bars, and restaurants around. The main entrance of the hotel is on the upper street, but you can access the beach through a private gate; you just need to use your card to open it. The bedrooms on the second floor are big, with comfortable beds, great air-conditioning, and a minibar, but I missed having a coffee machine. Having access to your own Balinese bed is a plus; however, if you can't stay in the sun for long, like me, it’s not worth it because the Balinese beds are not fully covered, so you don't have the option to stay fully shaded while enjoying the outdoors. The rooftop has nice views but needs improvement. There are too many chairs (and you need space to turn around as the sun moves) and no shower, so if you want to refresh yourself, the only option is the pool. Also, it’s the first time I have stayed in a priority lounge that doesn't offer extras like coffee, snacks, fruits, and refreshments. The menu offered isn't interesting and food is just ok, nothing that worth the money. The access isn’t very private because if someone leaves the door open or has extra friends, they all come in. For example, one day, a group of eight girls arrived, and only two of them had cards to open the door. The hotel requests that guests don’t leave towels holding the chairs, but since they don’t enforce this, people keep reserving their seats. For instance, despite arriving at the rooftop at 10:05 am, all the Balinese beds were already occupied by towels. They have a small but nice gym for cardio and free weights. They offered entertainment every night, and it was nice to have the option to stay at the hotel for a few drinks. The food is abundant, but unfortunately, some of the ingredients aren’t of the best quality. It’s a real pity that they cut costs on something as important as meals.

Large room ,large and comfortable bed, facing sea, wide selection at breakfast, pool area was cleaned often, great location for busses and restaurants, sea was only 3 mins walk across the road.

The room cleaning was not 100%, often towels were not replaced,or forgotten, could be improved. The breakfast supervisor/manager was not friendly, did not bother to talk to customers at all, we spent 10 days and not talked to us at all! Other staff were ok and friendly ,helpful.

Staff were friendly and nothing was a problem, the hotel was really clean and tidy. It’s our first time in an adult only and for the time of year we went it was quiet which suited me and my wife.

This is only a seasonal issue but we were hot in the room on the night time and we couldn’t get the central heating to come on in the room, to be firmed that it is still heating season and the air on was not switched on, they kindly gave us a fan and worked wonders. A pet hate for me is that there is a dress code for meals where swim shirts and flip flops were a no no, at the start this was adhered to but then it wasn’t addressed when people coming in with them on. I appreciate the code is at the discretion of management however if you are dining wear the right clothing.

the location was perfect for us. breakfast was very good, and the hotel was very clean plus staff were really nice.

I paid extra for a sea view room, which ended up putting me into the building across the road. which then I could see the sea between two buildings. I expected a sea view from the main hotel.
