we loved staying here for a weekend and wish we could've stayed longer. we had the all inclusive option and all the food was great and the drinks were a nice addition. our beds were very comfortable and our room was huge which was a big plus!

the walls can be quite thin but we also had pretty loud neighbors. the bathroom doesn't have a latching door, but a glass door that doesn't latch shut so that was a little uncomfortable. the location is kind of iffy if you are wanting to explore more of the island, my recommendation would be to rent a car for sure as ubers are limited so they took a while to come and were expensive.

The all-inclusive package was great, there was a lot of variety of food every day, the location was perfect, close to everything.

The condition of the towels is not acceptable for any hotel, even worse for a hotel that calls itself 4 stars, they were in terrible condition, holes/torn, initially we thought it was a mistake, so we requested an exchange and they gave us an even worse one, they also did not respect the “do not disturb” sign, we put the do not disturb sign on the door and they still entered the room to clean, I considered this invasive and disrespectful since the client asked not to disturb by putting the sign on the door.

Food was great, travelled with my brother who is vegan and the staff couldn’t do enough to provide for him, he asked once and then was approached every time we entered the restaurant and asked if he would like specific meals cooking for him, this was incredible and the staff were amazing to make it so easy for him. Room was a decent size, but not huge. Good bathroom though with great shower, comfy beds and decent size balcony.

Very clean. Good range of food at meal times especially breakfast and lunch.

Most staff are friendly but older lifeguard extremely rude. Lifts very small and slow . Long queues at bar in lounge in evenings . Evening entertainment mostly disappointing.

The hotel is beautiful and spotless clean. The food, facilities and staff are excellent.

There are 3 lifts, but they are quite slow and dark smaller than expected for such a large hotel. They can be quite claustrophobic on very hot days.

Plenty of sun beds, food was lovely for all inclusive. lovely clean airy feel throughout the hotel. 5 minute walk to the main area of Palma nova, would definitely stay again

The 2 drink rule at the bar can be a pain and seems to make the queue worse, some of my group had their own cups from home and certain staff said that they class as 2 drinks and wouldn’t let them get another. There was often a queue at the bar and at the buffet too.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable, pool area was well maintained. Staff were efficient and friendly.

Food was good for the price but overall pretty average. Breakfasts were good however.

Pool area is good, never a shortage of sunbeds! Rooms were cleaned everyday! We extended our stay and the hotel let us remain in the rooms we were already in this massively avoided the hassle of having to swap rooms!

Only downside is the lifts take forever but expected when lots of people are trying to use them.

The gentlemen in the reception was very helpful, polite and nice. One of them booked us a taxi for us and it arrived in just a minute! Also, the happy guy in the bar (Miguel was his name, i think) was very service minded and funny! The Young guys doing water exercisers (ammunition?) was very fun. Also, the lobby was cool and smelled very nice!!

The beds were kind of hard. The elevator was very slow.
