-friendly staff -variety at breakfast -good location near beach and Magaluf -option to leave suitcase -good quality towels, clean -we arrived late at night and received a complementary sandwich and rice +drink as welcome

- pool closes at 18:00 -low quality toilet paper - you receive a bracelet which is recommended to wear during the stay - little vegetable options at breakfast for my taste

This hotel was amazing, facilities were great the fact you could pour your own drink without waiting to be served and continue to do so throughout a day, the pool was amazing and refreshing especially when it is very warm to cool off, the food was amazing especially the deserts! It was great located as it was near a few bars and restaurants that were down the road and lovely shops for needed essentials. Would definitely recommend.

Great location near the beach, supermarkets and public transport. Room was clean, modern and spacious with plenty of storage and fridge. Bathroom was clean and modern. Food was nice and plenty of choices with drinks included at dinner.

I’m not a big fan of Palmanova as it’s quite a noisy lively place, I prefer more quiet but if you’re after a good nightlife then this is the place to be.

We were only staying one night here, having spent the previous week in a villa. We had a wonderful warm welcome and the reception staff were able to offer our room for early check in. Super facilities and the food was really great.

Loud british guests around the pool! But that might just be me getting old.

Rooms very spacious, bed comfy, balcony big size, shower was great always had fresh towels daily.

Sun loungers too close together along the length of pool wasn't easy walking through to get too pool

Lovely hotel , spotless clean and all the staff especially the guy on the nightshift at reception who welcomed us and was so friendly and helpful . The buffet had lots of options and the rooms were comfortable and clean . We are planning to return in Sep .

Quieter location, but just around the corner from the beaches, bars, shops and bus stop, also airport bus.
