well located (close to the beach, shops, bus stop), good breakfast, the pool was small, but also very nice and has enough space for all guests, nice common areas at the ground floor to chill

there was noone at the reception at night, it was impossible to make a complaint (some drunk people were extremely loud in the night), even during the day it was difficult to spot someone except the bar/kitchen staff

The hotel is newly renovated so it's lovely and clean and fresh. Rooms a little small but ample cause you don't spend alot of time in them and beds are comfy. The breakfast brunch was great with plenty of choice. Location is perfect short walk to the beach and loads of restaurants and bars in the area but is not noisy at night so is easy to get a good night's sleep. The bus stop is only around the corner for easy travel to Palma bus104 or the airport bus A11.

Nothing really I that a lovely stay and would recommend this hotel.

The staff , the facilities such as pool , laundry , brunch , the location . Everything was perfect !

The brunch from 8 - 1.30 is an excellent idea. It was very good and we were allowed to go in as soon as we arrived at 11.00 am. Checking in was very efficient and the staff were lovely. The air conditioning throughout the hotel was amazing and very welcome. The beds and the shower great.

Not enough shade or beds around the pool . It was extremely warm and we couldn’t get a bed or umbrella. Hard to get comfortable in the lounge on bean bags. Ok if you’re young but we are 71

Fabulous hotel. Friendly and hard working staff. Rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfast served until 130pm daily was a real treat. Little one slept most days until 11am, so meant we didn't miss out. Always a great selection of foods and fresh fruit. Pool area lovely and peaceful. Lots of beds for everyone.some pool rings also available.small bar too. Closes at 7 but you can still buy drinks from inside and takenthem out to poolside in the evening. small section of pool for kids was great. Hotel well maintained and so clean. In the centre of palma nova, just a 2 min walk to beach. Lots of shops near by. Brilliant hotel and a long breakfast time makes it very unique.

Bedroom doors could do with some oiling as quite squeaky and a soft close would help prevent the banging. Very trivial though. All in all a great hotel

Amazing hotel for the cost! Perfect for a group of friends travelling. Great pool that had a bar. Brunch was good quality with lots of variety and served until 1pm! Central to the beach and strip of bars and restaurants. Very close to Magaluf and Santaponsa also. The only negative experience we had was that the hotel seemed to be short staffed. It took us some time to check in and check out, even with self-service kisoks available.

The room was small but nothing was missing. Very well designed. Great breakfast, I would improve the coffee quality but this is the only thing for improvement. Check out 12pm, possibility to leave the luggage in separate room, breakfast until 13:13 👌🏻 Great location of the hotel and area. Cleaning ladies are top.

Coffee for breakfast could be stronger. But maybe it is just my preference.

The property was quirky, modern and in a great location; only a 5 minute walk to the beach and 20 minute drive from the airport and a 10-20 minute walk to Magaluf made it easy to get around. The breakfast/brunch times were great and they were not limited at all, between 8-1:30 it was all you can eat and drink (coffee, tea, juice and water) which was great for us.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable, my partner and I found it hard to sleep, the mattresses were hard and the sheets/blankets were light and thin compared to our preference. The air conditioning did not work, even when set to cold, only blew out heat, which wasn’t awful because of the temperature when we were there, but could have been awful in the middle of Summer. The breakfast was okay. With hot and cold options, there was something for everyone but, personally, we did not like the hot options.

The rooms were clean and tidy with comfortable beds. The bathroom was a good size and had shower gel and hair drier. The pool was beautiful and so relaxing, I think it looks bigger in the photos on here but that wasn't a problem for us. There were free inflatables to use (not sure if they had been left by other people in previous weeks but i really enjoyed it!). Pool towels are €15 deposit, which you get back. Food was delicious! Pool bar staff were very friendly and the sangrias were refreshing and pretty cheap. Great location, just walk across the road to the beach.

The coffee in the buffet was the only thing about the hotel I didn't like. Everything else was great! Also, we couldn't figure out how to use the safe as it said it needed a key, we could have asked if it was a major bother but we were both too relaxed to care at the time!

We liked this hotel. It’s a 3* and I’d say that’s exactly the right rating. Good value, friendly staff and tasty food for your ‘brunch’. We only stayed for one night and didn’t really get to experience the full amenities, but the room was clean and functional, balcony part overlooking the pool, and nice restaurant with buffet breakfast food until just after lunchtime. We saw the pool which looked nice but didn’t get to use as the weather wasn’t great. Self check in is efficient and reception there to help if needed. Location is excellent for the beach, restaurants and local lively bars (reflex and banana joes is a very short walk away).

The negatives are very picky as it was a good experience at a good cost. We weren’t convinced by the whole ‘room key using your mobile’ thing. Lagged a lot when trying to get in your room and could be frustrating, and problematic if your battery goes. Also, no evening meal options (which is a shame as the food is good), but there are lots of local restaurants in the locality and along the front, so you’re not stuck for choice. Overall though, I’d recommend. And we will be back! We preferred this one to another 4* we stayed in during our stay there.
