well located (close to the beach, shops, bus stop), good breakfast, the pool was small, but also very nice and has enough space for all guests, nice common areas at the ground floor to chill

there was noone at the reception at night, it was impossible to make a complaint (some drunk people were extremely loud in the night), even during the day it was difficult to spot someone except the bar/kitchen staff

Excellent location in the heart of palmanova, a stones throw from the beach. Our balcony had a partial view of the sea which was a nice bonus. Hotel has a lovely relaxed vibe with cosy lounge areas. Loved that you can pop in and out of the buffet until 1.30pm. Good air con, tv had good choice of English channels and you can also cast from your own device. Staff were very friendly. Pool was nice and well maintained with good number of sun loungers.

Some issues with cleanliness in our room. On the balcony, dirty makeup wipes had been left on the floor. During our week stay, although the maids made the bed every day, they didn't change the bottom sheet at all which meant it felt sandy and bitty. Being tea drinkers, we would have loved the option for a kettle even if we had hire one.

Brunch until 1:30pm with unlimited access was brilliant, being able to go for both breakfast snd lunch was a lifesaver and meant we could treat ourselves to nicer dinners in the evening. Rooms were great, cleaned and towels replaced everyday. Reception arranged a taxi for us to the airport quickly and arrived on time. Amazing location too!

Only thing not making it a 10 was the food was slightly repetitive, which is expected, but if more variety each day would have been a 10/10.

The property had all amenities needed for a short stay. The brunch until 13.30 is ideal, you are able to return as many times as you would like until finished. The location is great, plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. There are shops directly across the hotel with a cash machine also available. The hotel was clean and good value for money based on the lower price compared to hotels in the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and helpful upon check in. Bar prices are great. €3 for a glass of wine is a steal! Towel hire is €15pp for the duration of the stay in which you get the deposit back upon check out.

Nothing to complain about. You get what you pay for. Hotel amenities were great for a cheaper stay.

Some other guests had brought their own tea bags which I thought was funny! (but understandable - the tea bags on offer were very weak.) The room was nice if quite small, the view was great. The location is amazing for palmanova, and handy for getting into Palma or Magaluf or Portals Nous etc. 104 & 105 Busses depart from nearby which take you into Palma, and there is a taxi rank very close. I went in June with my primary aged child and we had a blast - the pool was wonderful, and they sell ice lollies. The other guests were not rowdy, and the Friday and Saturday night was pretty quiet. Having brunch available until 1.30pm was fantastic, and I would stay here again.

Upon arrival you have to check in yourself with a self-service machine, I was not expecting this, and even though two staff members were sitting nearby at the reception desk they refused to check us in. I had been travelling quite a few hours by this point to arrive with my primary aged child, and was not pleased to have to put in all our details from both our passports on a self service machine. If this had been communicated beforehand I would have been more prepared.

First time travelling to Palmanova and travelling solo and the staff were so so welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help me. Staff were very informative about how to travel around and very friendly staff. Hotel is in a great location, less than a 5 min walk from the beach and bus stop. Very easy to travel around Palma on the local metro bus. Local shop opposite the hotel. Lovely pool and bar area! Breakfast is delicious and great to have it for lunch in the package. Very clean and Instagram(able) for all photos. Lovely design of bedrooms and balcony! Great price!! Will definitely stay here again

No kettle, tea/coffee in the bedroom

The rooms are very nice and clean, the breakfast/brunch is also very nice. The best thing about this hotel is the pool! The location is also very good, we could move easily with a car and also there was always a free parking somewhere around the hotel. We used a gym twice also, which had the mostly used equipment.

The check in we didn't like. The machines used for it are hard to use, and not very accurate. For example you scan a passport and it reads numbers and letters wrongly. And at that point there was a woman at the desk who could help us, but she was not interested in.

The staff , the facilities such as pool , laundry , brunch , the location . Everything was perfect !

Nothing that I can point out , I stayed more than a week there and it was very comfortable.

The location was amazing, close to so many restaurant, bars, a supermarket beaches and bus stops!! The hotel had amazing air conditioning, the pool was perfect and there was always more than enough sun loungers for everyone. The staff by the pool were always so friendly and helpful!! And Jose in the bar was absolutely fantastic, he was so friendly and polite and extremely helpful! And made the best cocktails 🍹

The rooms are quite small but manageable!!

The hotel is newly renovated so it's lovely and clean and fresh. Rooms a little small but ample cause you don't spend alot of time in them and beds are comfy. The breakfast brunch was great with plenty of choice. Location is perfect short walk to the beach and loads of restaurants and bars in the area but is not noisy at night so is easy to get a good night's sleep. The bus stop is only around the corner for easy travel to Palma bus104 or the airport bus A11.

Nothing really I that a lovely stay and would recommend this hotel.
