Perfect location. You can see the beach clearly from the balcony and it's a 5 minute walk even with small kids to reach it. But far enough away that you don't hear the raucous at night. Apartment 42 has the best view in the building, but 41 was also very good. The staff was great and very quick to answer any question, night or day. They also loaned us a beach umbrella and toys for the kids during our stay. Quiet times are enforced from 9pm to 9am--which we appreciated as a family. The kids were able to sleep well at night without being disturbed.

The fans in the kitchen could be a bit quieter ;) Otherwise, everything was great!

When we arrived, we were shown to the apartment and everything was explained to us from how the cooker worked to the air-conditioning which was perfect. The apartment was cleaned daily and towels changed. Location was spot on, one street back from the beach front and in the middle of all restaurants and bars, again brilliant. Restaurants close at around 12/1.00 am leaving a couple of places open if you want a later drink, or a 15/20 min walk into Magaluf if you want the night and late late drinking so you have no worries about noise around the apartment. All in all a lovely apartment in a perfect location.

The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Even though there is no 24-hour reception, the owners were always reachable by phone. We requested a new frying pan, and the next day, we were pleasantly surprised to find not one but two brand-new ones waiting for us! The apartment was cleaned daily, and towels were changed every two days – a fantastic touch. There are seven parking spaces directly in front of the apartment, but even if those are taken, parking nearby is hassle-free – free street parking and a large public parking lot are just around the corner. The WiFi worked flawlessly throughout our stay – not a single interruption, which was fantastic! Overall, an excellent value for money – highly recommended! The owners are very friendly and patient. We were a big group arriving at different times and they did their best to accommodate us even though it wasn't a simple check in process. The apartments are big and spacious, the pool area is a lot of fun. Super easy to park (for free). Rooms had great facilities. Location is excellent and it is quiet at night.

The stay was great if I had to find some areas of improvement it would be that there were some ants in one of the apartments and that one of the apartments was significantly smaller than the other three, meaning that two guests had to stay on sofa beds.

Location of accommodation was great, atmosphere and cleanliness was on top! Flat is simple, has everything you need. We got fresh towels very often. Also our host were super lovely

Cleaning times caused some issues, like we were having launch, or just taking shower when they came to clean. Neighbours were super loud at night, not respecting house rules and quite times. Also would be nice to use outdoor activities after 7.30pm like ping pong, and billiard.

The location is perfect. The beach is just 2min walk. You can access to all restaurants. You need to drive 5min to a bigger supermarket. Cleaners come every day to refresh the apartments. The owners are fantastic and helpful with anything. The small garden area with Table tennis, snooker, pool and darts was perfect for our kids. Parking is limited, but there us a free public parking from 1min from the apartments.

Marina Apartments are all you and your family need. Lovely staff went above and beyond, the lobby is very clean and smelt clean everyday. The apartments are fine like I said everything you need, nothing over-ally bouje just basic needs. Good size bedrooms, big bathroom and nice living area. Kitchen fully equipped for making all food. Beds were comfy and balcony was spacious with lovely sea views. Pool area suited us perfectly. Enough sun beds, nice pool and water with both shallow and deep ends- clean all round. Some old but useable pool table and ping pong table. Location was faultless for us, one street back from the sea and main road so quiet enough at night - only thing is the hill to and from the beach is quite steep but only for a short distance. Staff were incredible, so welcoming and friendly. All round brilliant thank you.

During our stay the only 2 improvements I could mention were, the shower head and its pressure. It wasn’t very powerful however I think this could be an easy fix. Also the bath towels could do with renewing and some were abit rough and scratchy, again a minor and probably inexpensive thing to fix and improve the washing experience so much.

The beach was huge and so close and very white and soft sand was unbelievable, the beach volleyball was great to play there. The apartment was close to restaurants and shops. We liked the apartment very much as every day was cleaning, fresh towels and plenty of toilet paper what is usually a problem in apartments. We really recommend this apartment as the personal is really friendly and helpful. Thank you, we had a great holiday.

The apartment is in a great location. The beach is a 3-4 minute walk away, there are markets, restaurants and shops nearby. Parking is easy to find (at least in May). The apartment has two beautiful terraces, overlooking the sea. They brought us clean towels every day.

The apartment is solid, although the building looks wow modern, the interior of the apartment is older. The beds are not the most comfortable.

the apartment was spacious and well equipped. Good air-conditioning there was a lovely view from the balcony to the sea. the apartment was close to shops, bars, and restaurants.

Bathroom was dated, and we had an issue with the toilet leaking through whole duration our stay, and thete was an issue with the bathroom toiletwe had notified management. However, nothing was done to fix it, which was disappointing.
