Very chilled pool area great location great staff

The room we had has no balcony and pictures on website do not show you that room from walking in the front door and looking at room from that angle as you will instantly know there is just a window with trees and a out building roof as your view! For the money I think them rooms need to be a lot cheaper as your not getting the full experience from the room having no view or balcony we stayed in room 103

Swimming pools were poor,they should make into 1 pool...could have been more choice for dinner.

The location of the hotel is ideal; right next to the beach, handy for the bus stop, and even in low season there was a number of restaurants and bars open close by. The staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly - Aylin on reception, Alberto, all the housekeeping ladies - everybody was great! The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed; coffee machine, kettle, fridge, hairdryer. We also found the beds super comfortable (very firm). Excellent shower - huge cubicle and good water pressure. The pool area was well maintained. We were able to book the private spa area free of charge on a couple of evenings which was a real treat! The private spa area had a sauna and warm plunge pool. When we used the spa area we were given bathrobes too which was a nice surprise. The buffet breakfast was excellent, there was everything you could want; bread, pastries, cheese, meats, salad, yogurts, pancakes, full English, eggs to order, porridge, cereals, cakes, amazing fresh fruit selection - it was always perfectly ripe and beautifully presented - plus loads more. All the breakfast staff were lovely and very attentive. Thank you all for an amazing stay :)

The reception lady on May 29 during our check in at around 21:00 was not friendly. The lady during the day was amazing. The pool surrounding can be improved. Towel exchange only two days per week was annoying.

The location was very good (near the sea with a big clean beach). Several restaurants and shops were located nearby. Comfortable transport infrastructure including public transport and several free parkings. The room was not too big, but it was quite comfortable. Delicious breakfasts and dinners. Very friendly and polite staff. Two water pools and plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Good working internet / wi-fi. Clean enough rooms. Spa was available w/o extra charges. Everything was as good as we wanted. We were there in the last decade of October.

Water in the pools was chilly (not heated). The rooms are in need of renovation, with visible signs of use. There were some dust on walls (room cleaners didn't clean the areas close to the ceiling)

The location. Perfect. Immediately across from the beach, located on the main strip, where everything is located, restaurants, shops. I’m very easy to get a taxi if needed. The breakfast was buffet and fabulous! Well worth the charge. I stayed at a five star hotel downtown for one night and their breakfast buffet was laughable in comparison.

The mattress was a bit hard and the AC was fixed temperature, but I understand that is with most hotels. Unfortunately, the sauna required a reservation , one elevator happen to be out and one night we lost hot water for a few hours.

Location, staff, breakfast and bed room all excellent.

Pool area OK for lounging and sun bathing but pool(s) very small. Not suitable for swimming.

The hotel is in a great location and was spotless. Easy to travel into portals, palma and also magaluf and other locations. We only had breakfast, this was gorgeous and plenty of choice. The food for half board also looked lovely in the evening. Hotel rooms lovely and clean. Lovely little touch in reception the reception area under the pool and there is also a lovely garden area for drinks. Staff all amazing. Javier was great and gave good advice on beaches near by to travel to. Would highly recommend and will be back next year!
