It was very family friendly and very clean

Restaurant was fantastic, great variety. Pools were nice also and kids area was lovely. Staff were all so so lovely throughout the stay. Great location we walked to the beach with our toddler in less than 10 minutes!

Room felt really dated, had not been hoovered properly. That was the only downside of the whole stay. The value for money comes in where you trade the room in for the great staff and restaurant and location in my opinion. For this price I think it's a great place to stay with a family.

All Inclusive was a great benefit, food was great and the staff was great in managing the rush hours. We were traveling with two teenagers and they also enjoyed the overcrowded pool :) and the evening animations. The beach Platja de Palmanova (Es Carregador) was very nice and clean in the morning, in the afternoon some seaweed, trash etc., during summer weekends crowdy.

We booked one room with the pool-view and one with the garden-view, I would not say that the pool-view is better choice as the poll area is very noisy, also in the evening, but when you close windows the room was quiet.

The hotel is very good, the rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The food is very varied, with many options of salads, vegetables, fish and meat. In addition to fruits, desserts and unlimited drinks.

I believe there may be a way to avoid wasting food every day at every meal. Mainly because it is all inclusive. Of course, guests need to be aware of this, but the hotel could also control this. Also regarding the adult pool, the Germans take over ALL the sunbeds before 8am, making it almost impossible to get a sunbed in the adult pool.

Wonderful staff with loads of enthusiasm when communicating and organising activities. A lot to do for children, recommend for families with children. Very clean pools with lifeguards sitting next to them. Good variety of food and drinks. Nice decor in the hotel, daily maintenance of rooms that kept them very clean. Close proximity to the beach.

Air conditioning wasn't working in the room, so it was very humid in the room at night. Staff offered extra blankets that kept us warm.

The hotel is situated not far away from the Palmanova beach, about 200 metres. It is a good choice for everybody, but as we have noticed there were pretty much older people and families with children, which is good if you are searching for a quite place :) we have slept very well in this hotel, even though there was a music outside the room, on the pool. The soundproof is very good. The food was also good (all inclusive). We can consider this hotel as an option when we will be back to Mallorca :)

Friendly helpful staff, excellent food and dining area, really good drinks selection, lovely big pool, kids pool in separate area, comfortable, quiet rooms cleaned every day by maids. 10 minute walk into town was nice or 5 mins into Sol Caliu worth a visit.

Smoking area right outside the front door of the hotel didn't give it the best first impression, walking through a cloud of smoke every time you left / entered the hotel, maybe needs moving to around the side of the hotel.

The food was tasty and a different menu was given every day. The staff was really friendly and helpful, and especially the entertainment team was amazing!

We were advised to not drink tap water, but we were not told that once the pool bar closes we could not get water through out the night unless we bought it at the vending machine.

Amazing hotel. Like for me it was the best hotel. My daughter was super happy and enjoying the swimming pool so much. Food was really, really tasty. People who work there are greate🫶 they doing amazing job. Thank you very much ❤️🌸
