The location and views amazing The staff were so welcoming and couldn’t have been more friendly and so helpful especially Helena and Victor

It could do with some updating but the bed was very comfortable with clean linen The shower was very powerful and there were plenty of clean towels provided

Good value, great location, spacious apartment, comfortable bed. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Decor is dated and some and it could maybe do with some renovations but I would definitely stay again.

Bathroom ceiling , shower over bath, Kitchen wiring. All electrics need upgrading More sockets are needed in the kitchen A sharp knife and chopping board would be helpful if you are cooking, and small pots. Waste baskets are needed in bedrooms.Apts are being renovated soon, so they should be very good then .

Everything was so easy, from booking to check-in. Reception staff helpful and friendly. The apartments location is perfect, seaview with a small marina. As this property is at the end of the resort it is very quiet. Great supermarket round the corner. The apartment itself is big the beds were comfy. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom, iron and ironing board, safety deposit box in the wardrobe. It was spotlessly clean. Really enjoyed our stay and would return. Bonus of an indoor pool. Lovely pool area with bar serving food and drinks.

Unfortunately the apartment is old and in great need of updating. The main problem being the old wooden patio doors, really hard to close and open. This apartment could be amazing with some TLC. Definitely needs a new sofa. We weren’t disappointed as previous reviews led us to believe this would be the case.

Location quiet residential area nice atmosphere we got a real Spanish experience

The paintwork was old some discrepancies about furniture and doors. It was old. The noise was too loud from next door! I would ask for a quiet room next time.!! Finally the air conditioning was there but outdated and not strong enough. It didn't feel cool enough inside! Also I just feel it's a fantastic layout bit the whole place needs an update in paintwork and carpet where it's worn on stairs etc. I feel this would upgrade this hotel.

We were the first customers to stay in the newly renovated suites. The suite was immaculate and very modern….perfect for me and 4 boys. It had 2 beautiful bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, lounge kitchen and dining double balcony with direct access to pool. Staff were very helpful providing travel cot. These apartments are amazing!

We were a group of 18 and had 6 rooms booked we arrived before our scheduled check in time 5 were ready and the 6th was approximately 15 mins later and the checking ran smoothly and payment sorted with ease with the member of staff polite all through The swimming pool both indoor and outdoor were clean and sun loungers and pool area well maintained and a nice little poolside bar for refreshments

I wouldn’t say a dislike but it could do with a bit of a modernisation but don’t let the bad reviews put you off it’s not a bad hotel at all if you want cheap and cheerful it’s perfect if you want 5 star pay for a 5 star hotel and not 3 star

Staff were friendly. Beds were comfortable. Room was cleaned everyday. Indoor pool was available to use. Top end of Palma Nova so it was quiet.

The location, the apartments where in front of the beach, plenty of nice restaurants, supermarkets, bus stop at 10 min walk, 20 min drive to the city.

Parking on the street is free but is difficult to find one and to park in the parking areas belong to the apartments you have to pay a daily rate that is not included in the booking.
