The hotel is being refurbished and on arrival the room that we had booked was one of the old rooms ,which was very tired so we requested and paid an additional cost for refurbished room ,which was great . There was only 1 left and the room was lovely on the ground floor by the pool . We has 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms There were a few issues one being the shower ,which was flooding the bathroom and needs adjustment .There was no full length mirror, which all woman require !! They were all teething issues as the room was new .The staff were absolutely amazing nothing was too much trouble and very responsive to the small issues . The apartment is a great location in a very quiet area overlooking the beach .

It could do with some updating but the bed was very comfortable with clean linen The shower was very powerful and there were plenty of clean towels provided

Our stay at Roc Portonova Apartments exceeded all expectations. The apartment we stayed in had been completely renovated recently, and it was immediately noticeable in both comfort and style. The modern touches and spacious design made us feel right at home. Access to the pool was incredibly easy—especially convenient for families with children. The entire property was clean, well-maintained, and peaceful. What really made a difference was the staff: every team member we encountered was kind, helpful, and genuinely dedicated to making guests feel welcome. The location is undoubtedly one of the hotel’s strongest advantages. We initially chose it because it’s just minutes away from Vilas Tennis Academy, where our daughter attended a summer tennis camp. But during our stay, we realized it’s also very close to everything else—beaches, restaurants, supermarkets—all within walking distance. All in all, Roc Portonova has become even more comfortable and beautiful thanks to the recent renovation. It offers a fantastic stay with great access to all Palmanova has to offer. We’re already looking forward to staying here again on our next visit to Mallorca!

We were very pleased with our new room. Plenty of space and air con in each room - 2 bathrooms - decor was nice all round. Clean and fresh - great view of the harbor. Beautiful location - Quiet - a 2 min walk to the beach and strip for shops and restaurants. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Nice clean pool, lots of umbrellas and never had to fight for a bed.

The only negative thing we noticed, was that during the morning, only one staff member was working at the pool bar - far to much to do for one person from 10:30 am onwards- but they smiled through it all.

Good value, great location, spacious apartment, comfortable bed. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Decor is dated and some and it could maybe do with some renovations but I would definitely stay again.

Bathroom ceiling , shower over bath, Kitchen wiring. All electrics need upgrading More sockets are needed in the kitchen A sharp knife and chopping board would be helpful if you are cooking, and small pots. Waste baskets are needed in bedrooms.Apts are being renovated soon, so they should be very good then .

Everything was so easy, from booking to check-in. Reception staff helpful and friendly. The apartments location is perfect, seaview with a small marina. As this property is at the end of the resort it is very quiet. Great supermarket round the corner. The apartment itself is big the beds were comfy. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom, iron and ironing board, safety deposit box in the wardrobe. It was spotlessly clean. Really enjoyed our stay and would return. Bonus of an indoor pool. Lovely pool area with bar serving food and drinks.

Unfortunately the apartment is old and in great need of updating. The main problem being the old wooden patio doors, really hard to close and open. This apartment could be amazing with some TLC. Definitely needs a new sofa. We weren’t disappointed as previous reviews led us to believe this would be the case.

Location quiet residential area nice atmosphere we got a real Spanish experience

The paintwork was old some discrepancies about furniture and doors. It was old. The noise was too loud from next door! I would ask for a quiet room next time.!! Finally the air conditioning was there but outdated and not strong enough. It didn't feel cool enough inside! Also I just feel it's a fantastic layout bit the whole place needs an update in paintwork and carpet where it's worn on stairs etc. I feel this would upgrade this hotel.

We were the first customers to stay in the newly renovated suites. The suite was immaculate and very modern….perfect for me and 4 boys. It had 2 beautiful bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, lounge kitchen and dining double balcony with direct access to pool. Staff were very helpful providing travel cot. These apartments are amazing!

Staff were friendly. Beds were comfortable. Room was cleaned everyday. Indoor pool was available to use. Top end of Palma Nova so it was quiet.
