Naika studios are basic but comfortable accommodation for a budget price in Palmanova. They were perfectly located for my requirements. The air con worked well and the cooking facilities were adequate.

The fridge was very poor, it struggled to keep food cold and didn't have a freezer compartment so I had to buy ice daily. The apartment didn't have a microwave which seems silly when these are so cheap these days, heating food on the stove top isn't so easy sometimes. Soundproofing is poor so you'll hear your neighbours, luckily I had noisy ones only on 2 nights.

I moved to the lower floor at my request, as I had a bike. The apartment is very well equipped, all kitchen utensils are available and there are enough dishes, I also asked for a microwave and they installed it for me right away. I was surprised that the apartment was cleaned every other day, and sheets and towels were changed. It is close to Mercadona and Lidl, and the beach is a few minutes away. I was also very satisfied with the price of the apartment.

Excellent staff at the Gabarda Hotel. We knew what to expect of the appts because we'd been there before but it was very good to see they'd been updated since the last time.

It would have been better if the fridge had been a fridge freezer, albeit the freezer would have been small. We like to freeze bottles of water to take to the beach.

Very good location, everything is close: the sea, supermarkets and a bus stop are a 5-minute walk away. A very beautiful embankment with many cafes and restaurants. A little bit small but very cozy and comfortable room with everything you need. Hotel has a very friendly staff who never refuse anything. If you need to rent a car, the hotel will help with this (with very good prices)

The owners could buy new frying pans because all the food burns on these. The room could use some updating, everything is a bit old. The shower was a bit dirty tiles and a bit old, but had good water pressure and hot water.

Comfy bed, clean towels every 2 days, heating worked, enough space , just to make a simple meal like breakfast. Plenty of hot water. Good to have washing up liquid , sponge and t towels

Soap by the bathroom sink would be good. More British TV channels . Some wine glasses would be good. Short stemmed.

Great place to stay location wise perfect for shops (Lidl 5 mins away) beach & buses Didnt cook there but used fridge Room good size Shower great Tv & Netflix a bonus on the day it rained Definitely stay there again if i went back to Palma Nova and recommend for others Great price too :)

Aircon noisy & leaked but we didnt need it the time of year we went (March)

We were very satisfied with all the assistance we got from the hotel reception, also positively surprised that they were cleaning the apartment every second day.

The water heater in the kitchen - bedroom is a bit noisy, but not frustrating if you are tired enough. Internet was not the most stable.

The staff were lovely and helpful.

It wasn't easily accessible for people with difficulties with walking. Majority of apartments are on higher levels with no lift. Had to request move to lower level which was accommodated on the 3rd day after arrival which made things a lot better.

The fact that is was a 5 minute walk to the beach; it was self contained and had everything that I needed for my stay. The lady that gave me my keys was friendly and helpful.

I would have liked the fridge to have had a small freezer section for icecubes. The kitchenette was inside a raised section, therefore the sink and hob were located quite high. I had to get my keys from a different location, which had a poster on the door saying the place was closed.

Super friendly staff. Very helpful. Decent breakfast with a good choice.

Wifi in apartment very slow. Air conditioning kept dipping in and out. Tv didnt work on arrival but maintenance did fix quickly. Room wasn’t cleaned or the bins emptied at all during stay. Apart from that we did enjoy to be fair 👍
