Everything. Spent 2 weeks , July 27th to August 10th. Location perfect. Quiet and peaceful. Fantastic supermarket 100 metres away, Chemist 50 metres away, local coffee shop beside it doing lovely coffees and light snacks, ideal in the morning. 100 metres the other direction a little strip of bars and eateries. Indian , Chinese, British, all very reasonable and beautiful food. Special mention to Archies Bar, and to Leanne, Andrea , & Amy. So welcoming , helpful and friendly. Hard working girls and couldn't do enough for you. Beautiful little cove about 300 metres away with another selection of bars and restaurants. The main Palma Nova front a leisurely 10 minute stroll from Martha's, offering untold amount of food choices and lovely friendly bars. 3 beaches all offering sun loungers and umbrellas. Martha's itself was great. Rooms perfectly adequate. Lovely comfortable mattresses, we'll stocked kitchenette with microwave, fridge ,toaster, kettle , cutlery etc. Reception staff so helpful, ordered taxis immediately on request. Fixed and minor query immediately, and cleaning lady was a pleasure . The pool is lovely , and never a problem getting a sun lounger as they are plentiful for the small amount of apartments, so relaxation in lovely quiet surroundings guaranteed. Absolutely will be going back again next summer, cannot wait !!

The location is just perfect, close to a big supermarket and to the main road but still quiet as it is in a side street. The room is in general not bad, but as other has said should get a good refurbishment, but it was more than enough for two of us, with the see view. We had flat screen tv, couple of pots, plates and cutlery, kettle, small cooker and microwave. There were radiators and AC but we couldn't turn it on either of them, but we didn't need it anyway. The cleaning ladies came every other day to change the bed and the towels. All the staff member was very nice and helpful. In the kitchen which is very small anyway was washing up liquid and in the bathroom were toilet rolls and soap. By the entrance is a nice size of pool, we didn't try it due to the not too hot weather but some kids did it and enjoyed it a lot.

The beds were awful and the pillows. I ended up sleeping on the sofa as when I got in the bed in the bedroom I felt I'am lying down in a bath. I had terrible back ache on the second day, that's why I slept in the livingroom which was much more comfy. To be honest, I did not ask for another room because everything else was ok, so I could carry on not sleeping in the bedroom, especially because of the walls were tiny and from there I could hear the neighbours snore. :D

We had an excellent stay, kids loved it too, the guy at the reception, Alejandro, who was there most of the time, was extremely helpful and went an extra mile for us. If we return to the area the hotel will be our first choice for sure.

It would be handy to keep the bar at the reception functioning even in the low season, as well as to have more stuff in the kitchen, e.g. sponges and dishwashing liquid, buying a whole bottle of that for 5 days is quite a waste objectively.

rooms perfect for what we needed..only issue we found was the steps to get into the apartments. Not very good for lifting heavy cases and with mobility issues..need a ramp or somebody to get your cases for you..not even a hand rail to hold onto..really needs looking into..dangerous..enjoyed our stay though and really love the area as we know it very well

Location was great as very short walk beach and big supermarket nearby. Easy to get free parking on the street so that was handy. Friendly reception. Great value for money.

All great although 1 of the pans was really scratched so could only use one too cook but that wasn't a big deal.The neighbours had kids that were very loud early in the morning and but that's not the fault to the apartment. Unfortunately the pool was closed due to the time of year despite being quite warm.

Reasonably priced hotel in Mallorca. I chose it for its price, but I must that everything else was very good too. The swimming pool had a perfect temperature, I was always able to find parking around the area, personnel was very friendly, and the room were very comfortable. It was easy to get to Palma or to any other place in Mallorca by car.

If you don't have a car, the location of the aparthotel is not ideal. The wifi was working well in the reception, but not in the room.

The Pool Area was the best aspect of these Apartments as it was very quiet. No fighting for Sunbeds . The Location was good as well as it only took 10 minutes approx to walk into Palma Nova Main strip and Beach . Big Supermarket close by as well and a selection of Bars and Restaurants only 3 mins away also . Alex was very very helpful who worked on Reception and had excellent English but in general all the Staff were very obliging and friendly . Its easy get a public bus to Palma Airport , A11 Bus is 3 minutes walk from Apartments.

The property could badly do with upgrading , especially the Bedrooms . The shower was pathetic and leaked down the side of the bath . Abit of Silicone would have sorted this so Maintenance would need to be improved as a lock on our door was falling off which only required 2 screws to fix it . Basic Maintenance would improve the rooms dramatically but refurbishment in the long term is required . Bar by the pool did not have much of a selection of Drinks but was adequate if you wanted basic Drinks . Pool Area never seemed to be swept as Tissues and Hair could be seen on a Daily basis that was there from the day before which should be put in the Bins by the Guests if they were not so lazy but failing that at least be swept up every evening by the Cleaning Staff. and the Pool Area washed .

The apartment was pretty big, clean and close to the bus stop. Nice location and parking was free. The apartment reception was available 24 hours and the person was always there for any help and provided lots of information about the tourist places in Mallorca...

Sometimes Wifi was not working..

Friendliness of the staff, nice quiet location but plenty to see & visit close by including a Mercadona supermarket 👍 Great ground floor studio with modern walk in shower room!

Nothing to dislike, just kitchen area needs modernising but it served the purpose as is. But I’m informed that there’s on going improvements. It didn’t deter from a great stay!
