Great food that changed every day. friendly and very helpful staff. Simple but cozy rooms. Comfortable beds with extra pillow. A lot of older people staying at this place, so that means it was calm compared to the hotel next to us where a lot of young UK people stayed. Beach just 10 min away.

Very thin walls. During night lady next door was sick in the bathroom and it sounded like she was right next to us. A bit traumatic, but I guess we were just unlucky with our neighbours. Shower head broken and kinda fixed with a tape that did not work. Car rent that they offer is per day, something like 8:00-20:0 not per 24h. Since we wanted to drive full day with a sunset we would need to rent it for two days from the hotel. That’s is why we rented a car elsewhere in a car rental in Magaluf centre.

Everything was good except the way the organised the restourant area and the service there.

At dinner.Waiting 10 minutes for them to seat you at a table and there are 15 empty tables. They put priority for people who eate and are waiting to pay for their drinks than to give you a seat toa table.And 20 people are waiting in line for nothing,to be seated...Also one time they say go buy drink from the bar for dinner becouse drinks are not included and the next time they say you can't bring in drink(watter I bought from the hotell bar),need to order on the table instead.I said okey so if we now can't bring from bar I will ordere on table tomorrow now I alredy have watter let me drink it.The waitrees said let me ask the boss and never came back with an answer.Like mid stay you change how you want us to pay for drinks and where...

The location was good - close to the beach, you can easily find the place and get there by bus from the airport. Nice stuff. The price/quality ratio is right. We booked the hotel I believe in February for June and payed for 7 night for 2 people with breakfast and dinner around 740€ which is very decent price compare to Mallorca.

You need to be ready that Magaluf by itself is very busy and noisy area. So, while we have been staying there were lot of young teenagers in the hotel and in the hotels next to us. You can hear the noise in the room. Since we were busy every day we just fall asleep fast and didn’t hear much but you need to buy earplugs if you are sensitive to sleep. Regarding the food - breakfast was the same all the times. Nothing special and don’t expect a high quality of food. Diner was better. More verity what to eat. But still - for me it was average food, but you can find smth to eat for sure.

Hotel has everything you need, powerful shower, comfortable beds, nice pool and view from balcony. Great location as was a 10 minute walk from the main strip. Our stay included tasty breakfast and dinner. There are lots of free parking places in front of hotel. Not a noisy place to stay.

Slowly wifi connection on the room. I recommend the hotel to add fridge to the rooms - which is missing during our stay and will be very helpful to have cold drinks. :)

HSM Don Juan is definitely good value for the money. The breakfast was tasty, and it had a lot of options to choose from. The room we stayed in was clean, and everything worked. The AC is nice, and the beds could be more comfy. The walls are thin, and you can hear someone snoring next door, which is unpleasant. The staff could also be more friendly. There is a big parking lot across from the hotel which is free and there is always parking which is just perfect. Overall a nice stay.

As I mentioned, the thin walls through which you hear someone watching TV or snoring or whatever. The beds are not the comfiest. As I also noted, there is a male receptionist whose name starts with an "R" who can be more friendly.

1.Very good food. Fresh fruits and vegetables. Large assortment of salads. Find: Pork, chicken, beef, lamb, fish, etc.! Very different food. 2. Very friendly staff. We made new friends. 3. Very clean in the room. Clean pool . 4. Good location, very close to Magaluf beach and Portals Vells. The famous ILLETA restaurant is 15 minutes away by car and there are other beautiful beaches nearby. 5. thank you to the hotel for the birthday and engagement day surprises. 6.very exciting show time for all ages with Alessia and Ruby. I want to highlight these two people Ruby and Alessia who are the soul of fun in this hotel. Thank you very much for what you organized for us! They are one of the reasons I would go back.

There is no feigider in the room.

very good location on the beach, delicious and varied food, if you are lucky with your neighbors you can sleep, otherwise the walls are thin and you can hear the conversation from the next room, room cleaned every day, close to the bus stop, great free hotel pool, The hotel was helpful when I needed something in advance at my room ,just ask them

Scam on cola at dinner .. if you are not Lucky and have some drunk teenagers next to your room RIP to your sleep

Excellent quality-price ratio. The food was good and in general it was varied enough, with different options. The possibility to stay at the hotel after checkout time, and enjoy the pool as well as the possibility to use a courtesy room to take a shower was great and appreciated. The staff in general was nice.

The rooms are in need of some maintenance and renovation, but it was still ok. Overall we had a good experience.

I have been to many half-board accommodations before, but the food here was very diverse and delicious. Of course, the staff was also very kind.

Many young people don't know where they are and don't respect the relaxation of others, but I know that it is not the hotel's fault.

Very thin walls that you can hear what the neighbors are talking about. Unfortunately we had ones who were extremely noisy in the early morning hours and woke us every day by shouting. It would be nice if while settling the receptionist separate couples and couples with children from those who are partying.
