I came with my mother, who is a person in wheelchair, when we arrived the room was not suitable for people in wheelchair , when i notified the staff they reacted instantly and even the manager came personally and made sure that things will be fixed, i thought that this will not really happen but for our surprise the hotel immediately made space in the room and also installed a handle in the toilet on the same day which was just amazing. The staff were super friendly and i mean all of them, the reception, the cleaning service, the staff in the restaurant, even the lifeguards at the pool always wanted to help my mom and make sure she is feeling safe and had an eye on her. Thank you for all the staff and for the manager i think his name was Jose for making it possible.

The hotel/apartments are very modern and clean. Its a big place with great facilities. Our 1 bed apartment was very spacious. Location is good, plenty of bars, shops and nice restaurants near by plus 10 minute walk to the beach and far enough away from the famous strip. The local pub right beside the hotel is great for a wee toastie and beer.

The staff at reception were terrible- might be an idea if they all could speak English abit better. The hotel is very very very noisy.

Extremely comfortable, huge sofa bed. Excellent breakfast with chef cooking eggs and omelets, great pool areas (one quieter for non-smokers), shop onsite with essentials. Amazingly helpful staff in reception that went the extra mile at check in, check out and during our stay. Modern chillax style with many sun beds. Apartment had all necessary cooking facilities, microwave and fridge. Soundproof bedroom to lounge. The general manager Carlos was caring and professional always making sure we were comfortable during our stay. 5 min walk to the beach and Magaluf strip.

All the services and staff were outstanding!!

Lovely place to stay, very friendly staff. We were running the Magaluf Half Marathon and only 10 minutes from the Athletics track where it started and finished. We had B+B, great breakfast. Plenty of space at the pools first thing as a lot of the younger clients still in their beds 👌🏼👌🏼 5 minute walk to the beach. Bed was super comfy.

On the last day, we had no hot water first thing just before checking out, so we could not shower that morning. Apart from that, all good.

Swimming pools are great 👍🏻 Everyone is great in the hotel.

Very bad room cleaning, really bad... Lots of people complaining about bad rooms cleaning. They cleaning your room for few minutes, what you can expect... Very very dirty towels !!! They change towels every day, but new towels are dirty also. All inclusive means - no limit on alcohol drink ? In this hotel you can take 9 alcoholic drinks (only beer, wine, and sangria. per day.) You can take only 3 free drinks for breakfast, for lunch, and 3 for dinner. Beer in a very small glass.

Lovely modern hotel. We had a 1 bedroom apartment which was roomy, modern & with a large balcony. Staff were happy & helpful. We didnt use the pools but the areas looked really well kept.

It is Magaluf so most of the guests were 18-30 but on our floor, our neighbours closest to our room were so noisy going out 10pm - midnight & coming back 2am - 6am. Shouting, screaming, football in corridor, banging & knocking random doors. No issues during the day as they were either in bed or by the pool.

Pools are fantastic with a different vibe at each. The value for money was incredible, we didn’t quite expect it to be as nice as it was! The room was a perfect setup with a breakfast table and double balcony. The breakfast was fantastic and had a nice selection of Spanish delicacies if you wanted to try. Staff were excellent and inviting.

I can’t think of anything better they could have done per se, except maybe making the pool available before 10. It is also a lively hotel, I probably wouldn’t stay with young children as there is a lot of drinking throughout the day and parties before the club. We went as a couple and for us it was brilliant entertainment.

The breakfast is really good. The hotel was fine. Also, they have a free parking lot in front of the hotel, so no extra cost.

Just a little noisy (a lot of tourists around, but we were already expecting this), but not much that the hotel was able to do about it. A lot of young people together, that´s what happens.

I booked a 1 bed apartment and was given a hotel room with no reference to it not being an apartment- when I raised it they said they didn’t have an apartment- and offered me their all inclusive package which I had no option but to accept- it was ok but did not suit my requirements so I didn’t really avail of it - my group was going out for meals so I was joining them and not using the restaurant .
