Hotel has everything you need, powerful shower, comfortable beds, nice pool and view from balcony. Great location as was a 10 minute walk from the main strip. Our stay included tasty breakfast and dinner. There are lots of free parking places in front of hotel. Not a noisy place to stay.

Slowly wifi connection on the room. I recommend the hotel to add fridge to the rooms - which is missing during our stay and will be very helpful to have cold drinks. :)

HSM Don Juan is definitely good value for the money. The breakfast was tasty, and it had a lot of options to choose from. The room we stayed in was clean, and everything worked. The AC is nice, and the beds could be more comfy. The walls are thin, and you can hear someone snoring next door, which is unpleasant. The staff could also be more friendly. There is a big parking lot across from the hotel which is free and there is always parking which is just perfect. Overall a nice stay.

As I mentioned, the thin walls through which you hear someone watching TV or snoring or whatever. The beds are not the comfiest. As I also noted, there is a male receptionist whose name starts with an "R" who can be more friendly.

1.Very good food. Fresh fruits and vegetables. Large assortment of salads. Find: Pork, chicken, beef, lamb, fish, etc.! Very different food. 2. Very friendly staff. We made new friends. 3. Very clean in the room. Clean pool . 4. Good location, very close to Magaluf beach and Portals Vells. The famous ILLETA restaurant is 15 minutes away by car and there are other beautiful beaches nearby. 5. thank you to the hotel for the birthday and engagement day surprises. 6.very exciting show time for all ages with Alessia and Ruby. I want to highlight these two people Ruby and Alessia who are the soul of fun in this hotel. Thank you very much for what you organized for us! They are one of the reasons I would go back.

There is no feigider in the room.

I have been to many half-board accommodations before, but the food here was very diverse and delicious. Of course, the staff was also very kind.

Many young people don't know where they are and don't respect the relaxation of others, but I know that it is not the hotel's fault.

the whole experience was very much good value for money and I enjoyed it. Rudy is really cool.

It would have been nice to have more variety in terms of food options. Additionally the coffee and juice machines were only available during breakfast which was less than ideal. The food was often very oily and felt unhealthy. The elevators are also greatly outdated and constantly caused a lot of grief being as slow as they are, the elderly folk are particularly effected by this.

I found the room a bit messy. Once I got this fixed, the hotel staff were very helpful. They fixed the room right away and on top of that they gave me dinner as a bonus for the entire stay. I would like to thank Mr. Igor and Mrs. Nina for their special attention. Overall, the entire staff was attentive and caring. Breakfast and dinner are also great. Lots of choices and delicious food. Perfect location.

I traveled with my husband. The location of the hotel was very good, close to the sea and the main street. The food was delicious, breakfast was the same every day, dinner was different every day and very good, we also found seafood, sushi, lamb and beef steaks.Rooms were cleaned every day

we ordered one double bed, we got two singles, which were pushed apart during the night, it was inconvenient... There was no refrigerator in the room. I really didn't like that no drink was included during dinner, you had to buy water during dinner, and the price of beer was higher than in a cafe on the central street

The food selection was great especially for what we paid for the week stay! The pool was lovely and well kept not too busy! The staff are incredibly friendly and do anything to help you and very chatty :) The kids entertainer was very good also

Nothing as such the rooms where slightly dated but clean and comfortable so no problems for us, the lifts are a little dated but became a funny qwerk of the hotel haha!

Friendly and outgoing staff, early night events such as karaoke and trivia, ideal for some post dinner relaxation before hitting the town, alongside an overall pleasant atmosphere. We were hosted in a sunny, fresh and comfortable room, facing east, allowing us to catch quite a few sunrises! The swimming pool was clean and not crowded, bar and restaurant service were excellent, and the hotel is literally 6 minutes away from the closest beach. I would definitely pick this hotel for my next trip to Mallorca.

The value for money is very good! We liked the staff, the food, but the best thing was the location, which is close to the bus station.

As nearly everybody already said, the walls are thin and the phonic isolation is poor, which is anoying when you have noisy neighbors.
