Everything was great but little cold in the night and the tv turned on every morning around 7:30 and played music😖

everything was fine , beach was near , great food

some drunk kid , punched my rental car on hotel parking

location and cleanliness, plenty of sun beds

shower wouldn’t drain properly and when we tried to get another room they gave us one next to the elevator which we specified not too, first he said there were a few room then when we wanted to move again there were suddenly no rooms, we had to deal with a leaking shower for 3 days because of this,we asked for a incentive like a free meal but got nothing, they never followed it up! also food and drink was too expensive. not much selection at breakfast, not very tasty

The kids club and activities were beyond amazing, the breakfast was great and the pool was very nice with lots of areas to lounge

The beds weren’t very comfortable, the room size very small specially with kid bed set up there was barley space for our bags, also we kept getting awaken all hours of the night by young group of guests whom were drunk and loud sometimes even shouting in the corridors outside our room. But we understand it’s a party island so it wasn’t as a big deal for us.

The room was a sufficient size for 2. It would be on the small size with 3 people in but doable. The big pool is a great size, 2 additional smaller pools one excellent for children (one undercover). The smallest pool is perfect for families with smaller children and the perfect size for them. The staff was very attentive and helpful especially the entertainment team went over and beyond to make the stay super fun and achieved it. You can't fault breakfast at Sol Guadalupe. You have had so much to choose from you could not go out hungry and it was delicious too.

The check-in process way takes way too long. The kitchen needs someone who knows how to cook/bake potato dishes as we didn't think it's possible to spoil but the kitchen managed to make it not nice every time hence there are not many takers for it and everyone tends to end up with eating fries/chips if they want potatoes. The pizza didn't even look right we regret tasting it - avoid. It was a lottery with the rice dishes sometimes really nice and other times burnt or undercooked so start with a small sample and take more if nice. Everything else was absolutely delicious and plenty of.

Breakfast was good with lots of fruit, with cold meat and cheese platter with freshly cooked hot food. The pool was also clean with organised activity. Rooms were cleaned every day. I thought the location was excellent, close to the strip but not over loud.

I thought the rooms were slightly small but also thought that a hotel like the Sol Guadalupe would have a USB port somewhere in the room or even in the reception area

breakfast was very good although they did run out of Sugar Puffs in the second week--pool was large and well maintained--the room was great BUT only had a couple of English speaking tv stations i had a lot more when i was there in June

Great location, really clean, fantastic entertainment. Gym, fun activity by the pool all different age groups, so good for families to a point vast range of breakfast options Would definitely stay there again

Can be noisy at night as people are coming and going., because of the age range We went beginning of June, could get very busy by the pool height of summer?

It is a good place near the beach and the shopping area. Stuff was really friendly and answered all my questions. The room was spacious and light. We had a balcony with a view on the garden, but it was also ok. The pool area and a hall were huge and comfortable. There were a lot of elevators. It was really useful in the "rush our" in the morning.

It was a little bit noisy at night because of "active" neighbors, who had some conflicts. In general, I had no problems with the hotel.

Great breakfast and dinner and really close to the sea and the bus stations.

Some residents where reality noisy during the night and they were wondering in the hallway, waking us up. In my opinion ,the hotel should have had security service, checking who is getting in and out, as well as maintaining the hotel rules.
