very friendly to kids. 6 swimming pools and kids playground. there were interesting shows and activates in the evenings. food was ok. it was not top quality but thanks to many choices, you could always find something you want to eat. 5 minutes walk to the beach. free parking on the street. convenient store close by. 30 minutes to Palma city. it was a nice holiday for my family.

rooms were small. toilet smell bad. Walls were very thin. you could hear kids screaming in the hall way in the middle of the night.

The food was less than wonderful, chicken breasts uncooked. There was a lot of sickness going about when we were there. In the 10days we were there we didn’t see anyone adding chlorine into the pools or testing the water, which was quite concerning,

That no iron in room and. Having to ask for large towel every day and they didn’t change beds in one week plus I was charged extra for ocean view wat was disgusting tbh the room was close to rd id asked to be moved away from the noise as light sleeper was told to pay but wasn’t offered. Option to view room before being charged plus no we’re to buy food in hotel in day if u wasn’t all inclusive plus the pools are far too cold it should be heated little at least plus no disabled. Bars in shower incase ppl fall lifts are a night mare

The breakfast was outstanding! It was a real treat with an incredible variety of fresh and delicious options. Choosing the all-inclusive option was a fantastic decision, as they provide the crème de la crème! It was a dream come true for the kids—ice cream, sweets, cakes, a chocolate fountain, an ice cream machine, and crepes! My children were beyond excited! Honestly, just for this incredible experience, I’d return time and time!

Unfortunately, they were unable to fulfill my request to upgrade the room, as I had booked a standard room, and the air conditioner was not functioning properly. However, I completely understood the situation since the hotel was at full occupancy. The manager did everything possible to assist us and provided a fan, a nice bottle of champagne, and juice for the kids, which made me feel truly valued.

Excellent for the kids. Slides were a real hit!! Staff were all friendly. Great location, only a short walk to the beach and main restaurants. Good variation of food. Clean and spacious rooms. (Family of 4)

Constant noise and disruption. Parents at the hotel letting their kids constantly scream and cry with no consideration for other guests, nothing the hotel could do about it but it meant that meal times were not enjoyable. Lift situation was pretty bad, considering this is a family hotel, it doesn't cater for prams. 3 lifts for 12 floors, often left waiting a long time. (Over 15 minutes). Breakfast was the least favourite meal of the day, same foods served everyday. By no means a bad hotel but not enjoyable for us, we would not return.

Food was good and fresh fish cooked in front of you in the evening. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is amazing. Children’s pool/water land is amazing!

Kids club is closed all day everyday. It’s only open 10:30-12:30 then closed until the evening 7:30-10:30. That’s great if you are out all day but we had a couple days rain and it would have been great to have that to entertain our toddler. Also if you are spending the day by the pool and lunch at the hotel. You might want somewhere for the children to play. Also the pool closes at 6pm. That’s too early since it’s still so hot at that time.

The entire experience was fun yet relaxing for my family and I. My 6year old boy enjoyed the kids club especially. There was great variety of food each day but the taste could be better. After few days there we got tired of the food. The pool area had enough sunbeds for everyone and we spent a lot of time sunbathing. Also few minutes walk to the sandy beach was a place. Great location with supermarkets and food places nearby. Also buses to palma city and airport were constant.

The pools were cold. And food got boring after a while. The drinks also weren't great. But overall you wouldn't go hungry at all thanks to the snacks in between meals if you booked AI.

The staff was great - particularly the animation team that works at the pools. They were awesome with the kids. There were lots of food options, but not a lot of choice for vegans unfortunately.

The rooms weren’t very comfortable and not that clean (I had sand inside my bed when I checked in), the pools were in need of maintenance (several broken tiles), and there were lots of queues for the lifts.

Decent breakfast with everything available at all times. Nice pool, many activities for children (football/basketball, mini disco, kids pool,..). Good location, parking on the street available and free. Clean rooms

Rooms are outdated. Noise from the hallway, balconies and rooms next to you is just too loud. From 8:00AM the whole hotel is awake, as children are running on hallways, crying/screaming/playing and thin walls are not helping.

Pool schedule is too short to be able to enjoy. From 11am to 5pm in a place where there is sun until 9pm will cut a lot of the best time to enjoy it.
