Breakfast was the same daily, with good variety, and many options. The hotel is near the beach, and easy to reach, but there is no bad on the beach for the hotel customers. The pool is near the restaurant and hotel.

The pool for adults is opening at 10 am(there were days when it was open at 10.20) and is closing at 6 pm when the sun is still in the sky. In the room there was a continuous noise from the pool machine so we could not open the window and even through the window still heard the noise all night.

Great location, nice and clean rooms and pool with a beach front. The beach is clean and sunbeds are available, however a bit pricey during the high season.

The unavailability of staff to help during check out process as in my experience checked out early morning at 8 and they start duty later. The room service facility was mentioned to be available from 7am-10 or 11 pm but actually was not available between 10 am-12 pm as kitchen closes between official breakfast and lunch shifts. Some technical issues with the AC that was attended promptly but needs more attention for maintenance. Another issue with the tap mixers of both the shower and the sink that made reaching a warm water state a hard mission (however, I tried to manage without asking for maintenance)

The sea view room was amazing, definitely a good value for money. Location is very good, convenient to transfer from and to airport too.

The bathroom was really annoying, with separation with curtains in a room with 4 persons is really inconvenient. We booked Level but the staff played around and it was almost impossible to book the sauna, literally painful and not expected. The coffee and milk, the shampoos in the room were not filled so we had to call the reception and ask. These little things are really irritating during holidays. Breakfast is poor, coffee is really bad.

My favourite hotel in Mallorca. Amazing location, direct access to pool and beach without street in front. Next to Nikki Beach in case one likes a Dayparty. Magaluf night life is in walking distance, guests there are way more civilized compared to the trashy scene in Arenal. Overall, can highly recommend this hotel, best price for value in my view!

Unfortunately, this time i had some ants in the Junior Suite. The cleaning staff was doing there utmost to solve the issue - though it slightly affected my stay this time. The hotel is checking if they can grant a price reduction.

Great location, close to restaurant and clubs. Facilities are amazing, has most of the needs inside. Breakfast is amazing which has loads of options.

Be prepared for the fees to be charged for many things: Balibeds at the pool area, lounge chairs at the beach, balibeds at the beach, car park. And those fees changing daily according to busy times and the weather. While searching for the hotels, I filtered for private beach access. But its only a concrete platform next to public beach where no sandy beach belongs to hotel. They should have also marked it as additional fee on the booking page. At the arrival no body informs you about the facilities and these additional charges, about when the restaurants are open, between which times etc.

Seaside view room was lovely, we had half board included food was really good & had variety cannot complain , rooms spacious and the cleaners would come every day make our bed and clean around🥹, for my sister’s birthday they brought us cake Champagne and a lovely letter from staff which we didn’t expect, they had dance , cinema and other activities! Pool was clean and they had the one for kids and adults. Shops , party , exchange, beach right outside the hotel ! They sort out your taxi or car rent very smooth and easy!

The prices of the drinks left in the fridge i think a bit too expensive, we paid 200£ for 2 rooms and didn’t stay much in the room , some water & few cans in 6 days. Hope the TV had youtube or Netflix lol

The hotel looks fantastic and the location is great. Definitely head and shoulders above other hotels in the area. The staff are friendly and accommodating. We had a Junior Suite that was to a high standard and spacious for our family. Freshly cooked meat and fish from the chef at the hot plate was great. Fresh pastries and olive bread in the morning was very good too.

The WiFi was great everywhere, even reached the beach, except our room, where it only seemed to work on the balcony. The beds were too hard. I would wake up with shoulder pain each night and need to toll over. The bar prices are high, but you won't find it much cheaper anywhere. Unless you have booked the Level, which is the Melia premium option even soft drinks are charged at dinner.

Location and property

Breakfast was cold and less warm options for vegetarians. Also in dinner for vegetarians there were very limited options.
