If you like it in Arenal, Planet Blue is located just perfectly for you. It's not a luxury hotel but for our four-night stay, it was a very fair deal for the price. The breakfasts (included in the price of the room) are currently served in both hotels - Planet Blue and the sister hotel Planet One, which is about 200 metres far from Planet Blue. However, the breakfast in Planet One are way richer and they also have a terrace where the sun is shining in the morning, so you can eat there in a very nice, warm atmosphere. Our room was clean, the staff was very nice to us - event tolerating my very bad Espaňol. Especially, we'd like to thank to Gabi, the barmaid from Planet Blue, for a very nice discussion during the last evening of our stay. We also recommend Cafetería Los Olivos that is close to the hotels. Amazing food. <3

The water was running out of the shower corner a little. But it's nothing. :)

The hotels location was very convenient to the beach and the breakfast had variety of choices which was included in the room rent. Also, the environment was very peaceful and I was able to find a halal restaurant just 1m walk from planet hotels blue which was very convenient for me.

Theres not anything that I didn’t like everything was perfect also it was very clean.

We had a very nice room with a balcony, breakfast has a good selection, wifi works great, the lady from the reception was friendly and I must say we did not hear any noise at all (we were in the third floor)

Very central and close to the beach, excellent breakfast with the possibility to have it there or to the other hotel of the same chain (larger choice of food!)

It can be quite noisy Bathroom very small: to brush your teeth you almost need to sit on the toilet!

Everything else was nice except that I mentioned them twice to change the blankets but they didn’t. The blankets were super old and without sheets. Other than this issue I liked this place.

The room that I got had the swiming pool right next to. They gave me some baguettes next morning to take with me since my flight was very early and I wasn't able to make it for breakfast, the staff was very helpful and attentive! The hotel was very clean and spacious, the room waa very comfortable 🤩

Only stayed for one night due to an early flight the following morning. Hotel is modern, on site bar is a plus, staff was polite and professional, room was spotlessly clean.

I wouldn't probably stay again in Arenal, it's quite a busy commercial area full of bars and restaurants but in 30 minutes you can get to Palma city centre by bus and it's 10 minutes drive to the airport and 5 to the aquarium.

Amazing and friendly staff, especially thanks to Anna the receptionist and her colleagues as well. The room was clean and comfortable with lovely sea view. Breakfast was great!

Nice staff, breakfast and aircondition.

A lot of water on the bathroom floor after a shower, which causes a bad smell in the room and requires airing the room even if the temperature outside is very high. I believe this is related only to our room, that it is not the case in the whole hotel.

O staff foi excelente! Muito simpáticos, dedicados e acolhedores, cheios de boas dicas de actividades e locais a visitar, principalmente o Jacopo e a Corinna na recepção, a rapariga do bar (que nem cheguei a usar) e as equipas de limpeza e do pequeno-almoço. Continuem o óptimo trabalho! / The staff was excellent! Extremely friendly, dedicated and welcoming, full of great suggestions concerning activities and places to visit - mainly Jacopo and Corinna at the front desk, the girl from the bar (even though I didn't even get to use it) and the cleaning and breakfast teams. Keep up the great work!
