The location is very good. It's by the sea, with only a road in between. There is no private beach; it's open to everyone. You can rent umbrellas and sunbeds daily if you want (not belonging to the hotel). The sea is sandy and clean; I liked it. There is a large grassy area with sunbeds by the hotel's pool, so spending time there and going to sea for swimming and coming back is also an option since the beach is very close by. I didn't use the pool, but it looked clean. There are many restaurants and markets around the hotel; it's a very busy area. It's 10-15 minutes by taxi or 20-25 minutes by bus to the airport. If you want to go to the center of Palma, you can take the buses that depart from just ahead of the hotel, and it takes about 20-25 minutes. I stayed on a half-board basis. The breakfast was a buffet with a sufficient variety. The dinner was chosen from an à la carte menu, including a starter, main course, and dessert. The meals were generally tasty, and the portions were large. The room was quite small but comfortable. It had a balcony, a safe, and a minibar. Some people complained about the noise, but since my room was facing the back, I didn't experience any discomfort. However, there are unfortunately a lot of drunk Germans in the area. Since my room was above the reception, the Wi-Fi signal was also very good. The only issue was that the shower door was leaking, and the lack of a door separating the bathroom could be a problem for those going with a friend. The staff was polite and friendly. Overall, the hotel was clean.

I loved the fact that the hotel offered free yoga and Pilates classes every night. I think this could’ve been advertised more because this was probably the highlight of my stay and it was only by coincidence that I found out. The style of the hotel was also very contemporary and fresh! I loved the Scandinavian/minimalist/natural vibe.

There were a few dark hairs on the floor of my room. I also didn’t like that the spa area very very under-decorated. It felt industrial, hospital like. Not very relaxing. Put in a few plants and some lovely wooden benches!

Friendly, helpful staff (at reception, in cafe/restaurant, and cleaning staff). Lady at reception in the mornings and young German guy in the afternoon/evenings were both very kind, helpful, patient, and professional. They helped me with my rather bulky and heavy luggage without any complaint and allowed me to use a quiet area near the lobby for my work which was a great help. I appreciated having a room with a really great sea view from the room´s balcony on the top floor (5th floor).

Unfortunately, there was only availability for one night and the internet connection in the room was quite weak and kept dropping. Late at night, there was noise from people shouting and singing at the beach til around 1 am and this started again around 9:45 in the morning. I was a bit surprised to see that this nice hotel serves pints of beer to guests even at 9 am. It would be better if they could wait til at least noon and to not encourage binge drinking from the early morning.

Nice and clean hotel. Had a single room and it was well planned and spacious. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool area also nice and clean. A lawn in addition to the tiles was delightful. Bus stop into Palma just a few meters outside.

Unfortunately the hotel is located in an area full of party tourists all wearing their team/club t-shirt and wanting to eat their local or greasy food which the area accommodates for. This property did not match that clientele luckily but if you’re looking for a different kind of holiday I would not go to this area.

The hotel is very clean and comfy and the bar food was lovely. It was quiet as it was early in the season so we didn't make use of the pool or the beach but they look fab for later in the season. Directly in front of the beach. The buses were very handy and easy to use. A lovely hotel.

The bed is a little hard for me. I prefer a soft bed. Personal preferences.

the rooms are beautiful, you’ll have everything uou need: towels for the beach, shampoo, fridge, save etc. The spa is very nice and the backyard with the swimming pool is great to. the accomodation is in the german area right at the beach, it is located on the strip with lots of shops and a 5 min walk to the big supermarket, we didn’t experience any noice pollution. also, the cleaning ladies are awesome, they clean your room everyday, she even cleaned our shower everyday and the floor and we got new towels every day. They are also very friendly. you can reserve the spa for free! you’ll have to resever with the reception

the only thing i could think of were the beds, we were with a couple and the whole room was designed for a couple (like a see through shower), but the beds were seperate and had wheels underneath it, so everytime we wanted to lay closer to each other one of us fell through the gap as the bed moved away. the breakfast was a little too expensive for us to try (€30 for both of us each day, and the restaurant had little vegetarian options)

We had a seaview room, front side of the hotel, on the 3rd floor, and room and view was just amazing. We really liked the concept of the shower, which is in center of the room and with big windows you can watch outside at the sea while showering. Also pretty big balcony with great view of the beach. The room was pretty clean, we had a free use of safe, water kettle with coffee and milk, black tea (restocked with every cleaning service) for free, there is also a smaller refrigerator in the room for storing drinks or some samller amount of food, snacks. Not sure if tap water is drinkable, but in hallway there is a water refill machine in the wall, where you can refill your bottle with cooled water (very nice). The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also had a free use of the pool, wellness (sauna,...), fitness, they also offer free yoga and pilates 4 times a week. We also had 2 beach towels, that you can use at the pool or on the beach. Location of the hotel is also pretty good, right at the beach, with A2 bus line (airport), on the street behind the hotel, and city bus lines 23 in close vicinity and 25 to the city center up or down the street in front of the hotel.

Pricewise I would wish for the breakfast to be included, most people don't use other services (like yoga, pilates, fitness,...), 18 € for breakfast is a bit expensive, as you normally don't even eat much for it. Also would wish for a better sound proofing of the doors, you can't hear what is going on in other rooms, but people are returning to their rooms at random hours at night and it can be pretty disturbing, as you can hear them talking on the hallway, shutting doors,... . Maybe not enough storage space, it would be nice to maybe have an additional closet or at least some drawers.

- the room setup is a bit too simple and old for a 4 star hotel - the floor was dusty. I ended up wiping the floor with my alcohol pads - the surrounding is not the calmest, you can hear drunk people shouting downstairs sometimes during the night (but NOT in the hotel. The hotel has strict rules not to make noise, which is much appreciated!)

Wonderful sea view, we were on the fourth floor. We took half board and the food was more than expected. In the evening, you could eat in the restaurant by ordering food from the menu. The staff was very helpful, warm and friendly. Yes, the area is noisy, but it didn't get boring and I was able to walk on the promenade. The hotel is located near the airport. Google map helped guide me to a bus that basically went straight to the front of the hotel. The taxi cost about 23 euros

Fantastic Hotel with excellent facilities right on the beach with a great terrace bar and restaurant - easy to get to from the airport close to transport links and a great location to stay local or use as a base to explore Palma and the rest of the island.

If pushed to find a negative I would have to say the location was almost a bit too lively as our visit was in June during the football European Championships at a time when traditionally a lot of German sports teams travel together to the area and drink and sing all day but to be fair you can walk 5 minutes and be away from the hustle and bustle or go to the pool area of the hotel which we found to be quiet and relaxed - one of the advantages of an adult only hotel.
