After I read the reviews I was a bit sceptical about being noisy but everything was great, there was no noice from other rooms but I guess this also depends what kind of people are staying in the rooms around you. The staff was very nice, the room was cleaned everyday, in the lobby there are umbrellas for the beach that you can use free of charge. The bathroom and the room were a good size, also a big balcony. This hotel was one of the few things we liked about El Arenal.

Property is great, but the whole area is mainly for drunken Germans. Best decision we made was to rent a car. The island is so beautiful, loads of great beaches.

cute hotel very clean good furnishings staff Barnado and Amin were very helpful , helping me to charge my phone when my socket wouldn't work barnado even printed me off a timetable for a day trip Amin thankfully woke me o n my last morning when I overslept very close to the beach and bus stop but away from night time noise comfortable beds I slept well Great shower lots of hot water

Hotel average is quite good with lift to 4th floor . On bottom floor only coffe machine so can't make even tea in morning. Unfortunately area is very noisy but i hope all Arenal is this same. Staff very friendly and helpfully can't say any word. Can order taxi for airport. In my room shower very small I dont now if this is a standard but too small.

We had a delightful stay at Garau Petit Hotel. The hotel has a charming atmosphere, making it feel like a home away from home. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. Was in a great location, out of all the noise of the busy street but close enough to walk to the bars and restaurants. We had a big room with a balcony which was nice.

Walls are very thin, in the morning you could hear people opening and closing doors and talking through the stairwell. There also isn’t a lift, so climbing three levels of stairs with suitcases was a work out! Because we stayed for only 1 night all check in was virtually. Unfortunately we had issues with receiving our check in information and there was no reception open when we arrived, so we waited out the front for a good 1hr. Luckily reception re-opened and someone was able to assist us.

Great, cheap hotel right by the beach (1minute walk). Automatic check in and luggage storage is very helpful and easy to use. Room was very comfortable with a great balcony for evenings. Many supermarkets and bars around.

Room is cute, clean, minimalist, balcony is a plus, shower is sufficient. The reception guys were super nice! I forgot my locker password and almost had a breakdown thinking I was going to miss my flight, they opened it for me remotely when I called them on an intercom outside the front door.

We got visited by ants at night. They were everywhere for no apparent reason. We didn't have food in the room.

My friend and I had a great stay at this hostel in Mallorca. Close to the beach and local spots. It was an ideal base for our trip, and we'd definitely return!

The massive sun terrace on the 3rd floor rooms are brilliant, the hotel was clean and really worth the money paid!

Bed was a little hard, had some trouble checking in as the machine crashed, but once it was rebooted, everything was fine.
