room is ok and bathroom is big and comfortable, big balcony , nice bed , everywhere is clean and modern the beach near the hotel is clean and nice and the position is very easy to take the bus and go to Palma , also we liked the fresh fruits in the breakfast and the helpful staff . we recommend the hotel .

small changes to be done like no minibar at the room necessary for the water to be fresh , the bathroom towels were old , the lighting of the room at the night was not enough , also please change the breakfast , is a minus for your hotel , not continental at least , no cakes , only one kind of cheese daily just for toasts without toast machine , not vegan choices, no healthy options , only one style of coffee , juice so conservative, it was everyday the same like nobody cared about the people to offer something nice for example something local and fresh made . it is so easy to offer a better quality I think and upgrade the whole experience to your clients

A really nice hotel based one road back from the beach in Arenal. The room was comfortable and spacious. It had a balcony but it does have a building in front, so there wasn't a sea view but it was quiet enough to sit and relax. The communal area and restaurant was large and clean. The breakfast served was buffet and was sufficient for the start of the day. The staff that I encountered were really friendly and helpful. They give guidance on bus times into Palma and bus stop locations. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel bar closes at 23:00 so buy a couple of drinks at a local supermarket to drink on the balcony.

Cleanning staff was perfect

Maybe lack of bacon and sausages at breakfast. Elevator wasn’t working, but we had a room at 1st floor, so it was absolutely okay.

Fresh taste food Nice personel, everything clean, AC,safe box in room,good location very close to bus stop and about 20 minutes to airport.

The worst thing in the hotel is guests .every day, someone wakes me up at night by super laud music, conversations,laughs, and slamming door . I know it's not the hotel's fault but you should have restricted policy about nights silence

Super nice staff, great location, value for money

The reception staff and cleaners were lovely. The rooms were nice. Location was great. The bathroom was really nice and the shower was a good size. I like the view.

The lighting could have been better in the rooms. One of the night staff was a little rude - he was doing his job, but could have been more polite. One of my friends walked me home and wanted to say hi to a friend staying at the hotel, but the night staff member told us off. The tap in the bathroom is leaking. The breakfast was nice, but you could have more vegan options and the orange juice was kind of bad.

The staff were excellent and really helpful. Good breakfast choice and spacious room. Facilities were all new and close to the beach. I would give a ten out of ten just for the two male staff members who went out of their way to help us during the trip.

The pillows were awful as had disintegrated inside. The bathroom needs an extra door as there is one that slides between shower and toilet and doesn't give much privacy. The area at night is not very nice and can be a bit dodgy on the back streets, we saw people being arrested ect. Not the hotels fault but not a nice resort for families.

- staff were superb, always very friendly and going the extra mile - spacious, clean and nicely decorated rooms - great location - room keys were bracelets instead of cards - staff speak multiple languages, so communication was easy

- unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool area as the October sun wasn’t reaching it

Lovely friendly staff, super helpful and nice to chat with. Clean modern room with lovely bathroom. V good value! Excellent breakfast choices.

Unfortunately no sea view but is only 60metres from the sea front so all good. 👍

The lady at the reception was Polish and she was incredibly charming and lovely. The location was perfect - quieter than the rest of S’Arenal, yet still close to the sea and the main promenade.

Our room was on the east side, so it got quite warm in the morning, and the AC didn’t help much.
