Everything about this hostel was great. Very comfortable beds, lots of privacy with the curtains. There was a charger and a light by each bed, it was really great. Great working air conditioning. The bathrooms are clean and plentiful. The kitchen is well equipped and very modern. The common area is very nicely decorated, the sofas on the roof are great. It was very clean, someone was always cleaning something. I highly recommend this hostel!

The only downside, they should make a luggage storage like in all hostels and other establishments. There was always no problem with this in any hostel or hotel.. We had nowhere to leave our luggage and we were going to the airport only in the evening.

Everything was very clean ,my 1st ever stay in a hostel, and now not the last, great vibe, great staff, kitchen area sometimes,understandably was busy but Everyone super friendly and waited for people to finish meal prep/cooking. And I noticed that even though one of the communal frying pans hadn't been cleaned by a fellow guest, they have staff who are on point to clean up properly, awesome to be honest, shower rooms on each floor, no issues great shower and very clean. Mattreses good quality aswell, had good night sleep on both nights( i stsyed two days)overall very satisfied,more than happy to recommend!

Only that thete was 1 male shower room on each floor, but wasn't really an issue

The staff at reception were great always really helpful I had to speak to the boss about building construction going on down the road at 7,30 am, he was as surprised as I was He went and had a chat and due to his hostel for customers please start later, the boss also moved me to another room Really lovely welcoming all round The hostel was very close to the beach 10 min walk down the hill

The hostel is well located, close to the beach and the bus stop. Very clean, there was always someone cleaning. The kitchen was well equipped and the common space was great for integrating with other travelers. The beds were separated by curtains, each had its own socket and lighting. T Great view from the balcony. Everything was perfect, the air conditioning worked great. Front desk service very nice and helpful

The only thing missing was some pictures on the walls or something that would soften the harshness of this room. Unfortunately, there was also no space for luggage, we had to walk with backpacks all day. Usually in every hostel or hotel there is a place to leave your luggage. But it's a new facility, it's only been operating for three weeks and I'm sure they'll fix it soon and there will be a place to leave your luggage.

The hostel was incredible! So clean, and loved the privacy in the beds with the curtains. Appreciated the usb charger, light, all of it :) staff super great too. Close to bus stops which i liked! I also liked the roof top deck and that there was laundry facilities The area itself is like a german kuta party area hahahaha, i did not expect that!!! I thought i came to Spain, not Germany hahahaha, so funny! I hired a car so i'm grateful i was able to sleep in this nice place which was a great price, and drive alllll over the island. I prefer to be on the coastline away from the party goers :)

Sometimes the bathrooms were a bit messy, though understandable given the young party crowd. Mostly they were okay :)

I must say I was positively surprised. The reviews were not so promising but the rooms were nice with AC and lockers. Terrasse is nice with the kitchen. The price was pretty high but I assume thats due to high season. Just a comment: The hostel only comes up if you look for Palma even though it is in Arenal. Would be good to change that maybe? I am sure people are looking for Arenal so it does not appear.

No common room inside so you have to sit outside in the heat. Bathrooms were kind of smelly and especially the womens full of hairs everywhere. Shower quite small. I wished there would have been a femal only dorm. Mine only had mens and it was a lot of snorring plus some rude talking to me. Staff did not really explain a lot.

My only small "first world problem" complaint is the restroom/WC guest to bed ratio. Everything else is perfect, the staff is truly brilliant. Better than some 4 and 5 star hotels I've stayed at. New comfortable beds, your only two and a half blocs from the beach and party area depending on what your looky for. I'm maybe pushing my prime to stay at a place like this, but I highly recommend for young or middle age travelers, a truly great experience.

loved the energy, the people working there are really nice, the place is clean and with the courtains, you do get privacy :-) internet is quite fast (i had to take a zoom meeting while staying there) it’s really close to the beach, restaurants, and the bus stop

maybe the decoration is a little weird ajajsj but nothing that i care too much about

the guys from the staff were very nice, helpful and kind. The argentinean girl working was extremely unfriendly and had a sour face all the time, very unpleasant to be around. But the guys were wonderful

Very good clean accommodation close to beach and walking distance to everything needed. Curtains for beds which give privacy, usb charging and light. Mostly Germans in hostel however guests in room were very respectful of others sleeping

The lockers under the bed don’t line up to the lock and are nosy when you bring them out. Have to go down a floor to use toilets/shower.
