Breakfast included and pretty good variety, short walk to beach, evening check-in staff member (Mario) excellent, breakfast staff very friendly. They are clearly trying to upgrade the hotel, foyer, dining and pool area nice, although pool closed when we were there. Rooms clean, decor nice (although small - but adequate for a quick overnight stay.) There appeared to be lots of eateries nearby.

Rooms are quite noisy (paper thin walls) and you can hear other guests. (Also building works happening nearby at present - woken by jackhammers very early - not the hotels fault, but hard after a very late arrival and also being kept up by party in adjacent rooms); difficult to find on-street parking. Not sure about the neighbourhood - we arrived very late, but it felt a little dodgy in parts. Lifts very slow - we even wondered if they were working at one stage, they are so slow 🤣🤣

Staff were all lovely and helpful and spoke and understood me easily. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There was a wide selection of food, something to suit everyone. Sometimes the food wasn’t warm enough for my tastes, however, the Hotel had a microwave I used to heat my food to my liking. The location is really good and only a short distance to a beautiful beach and a selection of shops and cafes. The pool is not really a swimming pool really a plunge pool but the area surrounding it is very comfortable to relax in. I would have no hesitation in making a return to the Mediodia

Some noise caused by football supporters due to the Final of Dortmund and Real Madrid during our stay in the surrounding streets. This was however resolved by wearing ear plugs during sleep

Check in and check out was very easy and quick. The food was very good for the price, and there was always a great variety to choose from. Staff were very friendly as well!

The staff didn't speak English all that good. However, although it took a bit longer, in the end the communication was always successful! The people behind the hotel bar were always friendly, but it did always take a while for drinks to be prepared.

The room was a good size although. The breakfast was excellent, lots of choices and tasted amazing. I was also suprised at how quiet it was given the rest of the reviews, it could just be the time of the year that I was staying but it was very quiet at night and I had no problems with that. Overall I was a bit nervous about staying here because of the other reviews but I was pleasantly surprised

Beds were a little hard for me but that might just be my personal choice. It was by no means uncomfortable though. AC also wasn't particuarly strong but it wasn't really needed.

The hotel is allocated in the center of the city in front of the sea. The personnel were very helpful, special thanks to Suly from the dinning room that is an amazingly positive person. The hotel room was very clean and had everything that was needed to have a great stay. The food was very good and had a variety of international plates. In general our stay was incredible. Thanks to all the staff.

The bar in the dinning room is not the best one, beer and wine had very poor quality.

Location. Price. Hotel stuff. Hotel room. Hotel food. Hotel was near to the centre of Mallorca / shops / bus stops / restaurants / to the everything what you can need.

Dining room was during dinners regullarly busy. It was not possible to find the unoccupied table. (I would recommend to the hotel director to offer to the customers a dinner booking in advance in order not to wait for dinner 20 min and more). During the night there were extremely noisy hotel customers. Sometimes it was not easy to get asleep.

The location - about 20 steps from the front door to beach. It was in the heart of the resort- although harbour end, rather than Megapark. It was next to a supermarket. The hotel was clean and the rooms were cleaned daily. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were friendly. For a 3 star hotel, there was plenty of food and the eating hours were long to give flexibility to the day. We personally liked having the sheltered lounging area near the pool as well as the sunnier areas and the bar was inside to give shelter from the sun. We found the German party goers fun, however the week we went -1st week of July- it is German 18-30 partying in the whole resort and everything - shops, bars etc is geared for this.

Due to the current heat wave and humidity, there are mosquitoes in the areas without air conditioning eg foyer, restaurant. The pool was a bone of contention. It is about 5m long so more like a plunge pool, than a swimming pool. Theres no sunloungers around it so if you want to lie by the pool all day - not for you. You can sit at the tables/ be in the pool but it's tables and chairs.

Location was perfect- 3min walk to the beach. Staff was very friendly and spoke multiple languages. The rooms were clean, and change of towels was daily! Accommodating at checkout- had a room to leave your luggage and showers on the first floor (useful after a day at the beach)

Slow lifts- had to queue all the time. One of the lifts was out of service for a couple of days (there’s only 2 lifts) The food was good but could do with a bit more flavour, however they do give you sauces. And maybe a bit more variety. The menu repeated every other day (what they had on Tuesday, they had it again on Friday) I requested a single room with no balcony, but ended up having a double bed with a huge/massive balcony. My friends required a doubled bedroom with balcony, they got a 3 bed room with a tiny balcony. So this was a bit confusing not to know what you’ll get. But for me it was fine, not so great for my friends who purposefully asked for balcony and got a tiny tiny one.

Very helpful and friendly staff at reception and in the kitchen. Requested a quiet room with a sea-view for my group aged +55 years old, and that's what we got - was amazing!! Excellent and varied food choices at breakfast and dinner. Overall, excellent value for money. Thank you!

Just one point to mention - would have been nice if we had the choice of buying a drink in the dining room when having dinner.
