Breakfast included and pretty good variety, short walk to beach, evening check-in staff member (Mario) excellent, breakfast staff very friendly. They are clearly trying to upgrade the hotel, foyer, dining and pool area nice, although pool closed when we were there. Rooms clean, decor nice (although small - but adequate for a quick overnight stay.) There appeared to be lots of eateries nearby.

Rooms are quite noisy (paper thin walls) and you can hear other guests. (Also building works happening nearby at present - woken by jackhammers very early - not the hotels fault, but hard after a very late arrival and also being kept up by party in adjacent rooms); difficult to find on-street parking. Not sure about the neighbourhood - we arrived very late, but it felt a little dodgy in parts. Lifts very slow - we even wondered if they were working at one stage, they are so slow 🤣🤣

The hotel was very nice. We had all inclusive the food was amazing very good . The pool as well was pretty good. Most of the staff were very friendly and welcoming and helpful

They said they will provide the toiletries but i was very disappointed with that they give us one soap for both hair and body wash no separate shampoo and conditioners for the hair no toothpaste nothing. Also the cleaner was very rude the way she was speaking and the cleaning job she did it was very poor level.

Staff were all lovely and helpful and spoke and understood me easily. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There was a wide selection of food, something to suit everyone. Sometimes the food wasn’t warm enough for my tastes, however, the Hotel had a microwave I used to heat my food to my liking. The location is really good and only a short distance to a beautiful beach and a selection of shops and cafes. The pool is not really a swimming pool really a plunge pool but the area surrounding it is very comfortable to relax in. I would have no hesitation in making a return to the Mediodia

Some noise caused by football supporters due to the Final of Dortmund and Real Madrid during our stay in the surrounding streets. This was however resolved by wearing ear plugs during sleep

Check in and check out was very easy and quick. The food was very good for the price, and there was always a great variety to choose from. Staff were very friendly as well!

The staff didn't speak English all that good. However, although it took a bit longer, in the end the communication was always successful! The people behind the hotel bar were always friendly, but it did always take a while for drinks to be prepared.

The room was a good size although. The breakfast was excellent, lots of choices and tasted amazing. I was also suprised at how quiet it was given the rest of the reviews, it could just be the time of the year that I was staying but it was very quiet at night and I had no problems with that. Overall I was a bit nervous about staying here because of the other reviews but I was pleasantly surprised

Beds were a little hard for me but that might just be my personal choice. It was by no means uncomfortable though. AC also wasn't particuarly strong but it wasn't really needed.

The hotel is allocated in the center of the city in front of the sea. The personnel were very helpful, special thanks to Suly from the dinning room that is an amazingly positive person. The hotel room was very clean and had everything that was needed to have a great stay. The food was very good and had a variety of international plates. In general our stay was incredible. Thanks to all the staff.

The bar in the dinning room is not the best one, beer and wine had very poor quality.

Location. Price. Hotel stuff. Hotel room. Hotel food. Hotel was near to the centre of Mallorca / shops / bus stops / restaurants / to the everything what you can need.

Dining room was during dinners regullarly busy. It was not possible to find the unoccupied table. (I would recommend to the hotel director to offer to the customers a dinner booking in advance in order not to wait for dinner 20 min and more). During the night there were extremely noisy hotel customers. Sometimes it was not easy to get asleep.

It was very close to the beach and city. The kitchen was great, there was a choice of food! The Beach is very good!

The room was given on the top floor, the elevator only goes up to the 9th floor and you have to walk to the 10th floor. The top floor is very hot, the air conditioner barely worked.

I would like to express my deep gratitude to the hotel staff! The hotel is very good and the staff is very friendly! great variety of food! The rooms are very clean! The sea is very close! Supermarkets, shops, bars, cafes are all nearby. I am very pleased! I will definitely come to this hotel next time!
