We stayed from 09/07/2025 to 16/07/2025 Breakfast are next level! I have been to few all inclusive hotels and not a single one has ever come close to what this "little" hotel is serving. The reception is helpful and always smiling. Housekeeping ladies doing their best for your room to be clean and fresh Kitchen staff are amazing, preparing fresh ham & cheese omelettes, pancakes and fried eggs the way you like it. Good size and tidy rooms. Huge balcony Freezing aircon Spacious bathroom I would definitely use this hotel again It was a really positive surprise. If you find anything you don't like about this hotel, the breakfast will make you forget it.

No fridge in the room

Good value for the price. Before arriving, I read some reviews that made me think I had booked a terrible place—but I was pleasantly surprised! Excellent location: just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, with a bus stop to the airport or city right near the hotel, plus plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around. Yes, the hotel doesn’t provide shampoo, so bring your own. It’s a typical 3-star hotel for a budget trip—a great place to return to in the evening, take a shower, sleep, enjoy a great breakfast in the morning, and head out for the day. Obviously, it’s not a resort where you’d spend the whole day, but if you want something better, you’ll need to pay more.

A challenge at breakfast was getting pancakes—they disappeared as soon as they were made, so you might find yourself waiting in line with other hungry guests for the next batch :)

This hotel is perfect for (young) party people. For this target group, hotel is very good (clean, easy to find, lots of things to do, party’s). Staff is kind and breakfast is good. And it’s easy to come by bus from the airport. If you want to rest or have an other type of holiday, then this is not your hotel. I was with my 10y old son in may….and we could hear everything, really everything. For 2 nights, it was ok because we did a lot of sightseeing and were tired and just slept. For a relax-holiday I would choose a boutique accomodation.

You can hear everything, guest are (young) party people.

Great breakfast. Nice room. Had a balcony. Near a bus stop as well. Easy to get into Palma and further afield on the public bus. I went to Formater on the public bus, cheaper than any tour. Clean towels each day. Hotel staff friendly and efficient.

On arrival, checked in, then electric check in. It looks like there is one building on Booking.com, but on arrival evident that in another building down the road. Whilst some could go from their room for breakfast, I had to go out of building, down road and into the main building. Some noise at night and in the am, from young Germans. It seems this area is their party place, some extremely and drunk, but that's not the hotels fault.

Really good location 5 mins from the beach and literally next to the bus stop for the Airport bus. I read lots of reviews about tired rooms etc. the one I was in was brand new and it appeared all the rooms were like that. When I checked in the receptionist did say ‘you’re in this building’ (the main one where reception is) implying there may accommodation elsewhere. Friendly and helpful staff; I was experiencing a problem with my laptop logging into the WiFi (old laptop not poor WiFi!)and one of managers put me onto the staff WiFi. Simply act of kindness ‘over and above’ but allowed me to work when I needed to. Good buffet breakfast open til 11 everyday. Very impressed; surprised by the negative reviews.

Can’t fault it for the money

We were there for 2 nights and it was perfect for us! it was a clean room with a clean bathroom, and nice balcony. The room was also air conditioned. The location is quite nice as it's walking distance from a very nice beach and there's 24/7 supermarket right across, along with several shops and cafes nearby. There is nightlife in the main road area and we felt very comfortable. The staff was also super friendly, let us have a late checkout and kept out luggage until night. The breakfast was also great with decent variety. Perfect for budget travel and friends/students:)

Very satisfied with the welcome I received at this hotel. A special thank you to the Italian-Argentinian receptionist, whose name I unfortunately can’t remember, but who was exceptionally kind and helpful — she immediately found a solution for me. The breakfast was excellent and very varied, with a wide selection of sweet and savory options. Great location and the staff was attentive and welcoming.

I read a lot of negative feedback before but I had a good experience with them and would recommend if you are in a low budget stay. The place seems to be old but I found it quite comfortable. The hotel has different buildings, the breakfast is in the main building so you might have to walk there but they are close to each other. They cleaned the room every day and provided towels also. They have a wide variety of breakfasts. I think for this price range I got everything I needed and I had a good stay and sleep.

Even though they cleaned the room daily the shower could do some deep cleaning or refurbishing.

I was nervous because of the numerous terrible reviews, but honestly, regarding the price, it was totally fine for a night and very handy if you have an early flight the next morning - 9min by car and 25 by bus (bus stop right outside the hotel with departures every 15-30mins from 5:15 onwards) . The room was fine, could have been a bit cleaner, and you can request an extra blanket from reception because it was a bit cold.

In high season I can imagine check in can take really long, now in lower season we still queued for 15 min with just three people ahead of us. Also Quite difficult to find parking as it is a very busy area, but if you go uphill along the road there is a lidl which had easy parking if you dont mind walking a bit. Also the locals are very happy to help you parallel park 😅

My room was perfect! I love it very well, it was very possible to reach everywhere and even just 2 mins away from the bus station going to the Airport. The place is very clean and the staffs are very nice, they even speak German and English very well so it is very easy to communicate.

Nicht gefallen? Hmm there's nothing much, only the airconditioner in my room was leaking a little with water, I tried to bring it to tje receptionist and very nicely she offered me a new room but i refused, anyway I'm not always in the hotel, I was most of the time outside so, the leak didn't bothers me. :)
