Breakfast and dinner were perfect. Fresh, tasty food for all tastes. The staff was beyond expectations, very clean and beautiful in the rooms, as well as inside and outside the hotel. Many thanks to everybody. The big plus: courtesy room with everything you need in case of late flight.

It is not about the hotel or its staff, it is about its customers, Germans - young and old people who are so rude, drink so much and make a lot of noise all the time - day and night. I have never seen such behavior in my life before. Educate yourself! They were rude with the restaurant staff, too.

We enjoyed a lot staying in this hotel. It was our first time in Palma and really everything was amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff, attentive service during mealtime, great selection of food (breakfast and dinner), nice ambience of the room and hotel in general. As an addition, bus stops are located in a walking distance and very easy to get into the centre of Palma, shopping centre (FAN) and Airport as well.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay when there for Palma Marathon. All of the staff were friendly and extremely helpful despite the language barrier. The food was amazing and Juan and his co-workers in the restaurant were great. Daria was so lovely, every morning and evening a big smile and a lovely greeting when you went to her food station. The staff at the pool bar were also very friendly and made great cocktails. We had to leave the hotel at 4 am and when we asked about booking a taxi, we were asked if we would like a breakfast before we left. We did not take one but the staff would do anything for you. Met some lovely people at the expo as well. Communicating was difficult at times but any locals that we met had a translator on their phone so they used that to have a conversation. As the visitors were nearly all German it was difficult to get to know people as you normally would on holiday by the pool being the only two visitors from Northern Ireland but we had a great time anyway.

The only thing I did not like was that the bedsheets were not changed during our stay.

the location, just a short walk to the ocean and stores. the boardwalk can get unruly at dusk, we encountered a lot of drunken tourists. the location of the hotel is perfect though for a stroll down to dinner. the location to the airport was ten minutes. the lobby was immaculate and the room had a great balcony where we could watch couples dancing by the bar down at the pool.

the pool could have been bigger and warmer but delightful nonetheless. also, towels at the pool. not sure if i just missed them, but that would have been nice.

The hotel was very close to the beach, only 2 mins walk. Plenty of stores and restaurant nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have a holding room luggage. The rooms are clean and modern. The television is also working. Great balcony view. Facilities are amazing. They have gym, outdoor and indoor swimming pool. The breakfast buffet was amazing, plenty of food variety. I just wish they have a longer serving time.

The wall between the rooms are thin hence it is not sound proof. We can hear the people (child crying) from adjacent room especially at night.

The hotel is located close to the beach, and the room we got was very spacious and clean.

Maybe the food could have been better, with more variety and better taste. The soups were sometimes too salty.

Very nice rooms, facilities and restaurants. Had a nice relaxing stay.

Two things: first that noises travels easily through the walls, especially when the neighbors arrive late at night and talks very loudly. Secondly, the staff in the reception were really poor in communicating in English, despite the website saying they speak English.

Staff was helpful and welcoming. Great breakfast! Nice pool and located really close to the beach. Rooms clean and modern. The hotel also has a padel court and for 25€ we had a really fun time playing there for an hour. There is alot of good restaurants nearby. I recommend Levitas and Little Italy. It is easy to travel to Palma for shopping and sightseeing. We went two times to Palma. Once with the bus and it was cheap and eazy. Another time we rode bicycles along the coast and it was really great! Highly recommend it to any active people. Nice visit overall 👍

We were surprised to find out that this area was mostly german speaking because of all the tourists. There were alot of big groups of partying 20-30 year olds at the hotel and in the area of S'Arenal. They partied hard, but never bothered other people or us (other than some loud noise in the hotel at night).

I really loved this place. The room was super cute, I was staying on the 9th floor, room 902. The balcony had such a beautiful view. (Was awesome for sunset) Staff was super friendly and welcoming and the food was nice.

My only recommendation would be to have a few more different vegetarian options at dinner, but I’m general the food was good. I’m visiting Mallorca quite often and usually stayed in 6 other hotels but I think this place is my new favourite.
