Beautiful hotel, luxurious feel with great facilities. Immaculately clean, with excellent maid service for the rooms. Pool areas perfect, Spa huge and very good

Some rooms a long distance from the foyer. An upgrade we had booked was not available when we checked in, and when we were shown to an upgraded room on the second morning it was so far from main areas that we decided not to take it. It also didn’t have the pool view that we had booked and we think it was a disabled room that was not if the standard on the website so we were very disappointed - we stayed in the room we were put in originally and it was a nice suite, just not what we had booked. We needed the services of the hotel doctor, who spoke very poor English and did not provide a good service for €150.

Location (near the bus stop that leads via lines 23 and A2 to the center of Palma or the airport), hygiene, friendliness, excellent breakfast...

One banal thing bothered me all the time. In order to get the pancakes, you have to break through the queue that exists for making omelettes. Really strange position of the pancake plate. Also, close to that location are churros or waffles, somewhere between sausages and boiled eggs. Again strange. However the sweet part of the breakfast is on the other side of the counter. Why aren't the mentioned items also there where they naturaly belong?

Staff were lovely, our room was great and we got upgraded. The three outdoor pools meant they were never too busy and the rooftop and higher pool were adult only. There were bars at each pool with food served at the bottom pool and the prices were reasonable. The hotel was quiet.

The area was a party spot and very German oriented, however there was easily accessible buses outside the hotel to Palma which took about 40 minutes. The double bed consisted of two single beds. You could hear everything from the hallways while in the room, but not from the rooms beside for the most part.

The spa was really good with lots of facilities inside. The staff were really friendly and always wanting to help and go the extra mile. The breakfast had an array of food with a great selection. The pools and grounds were well kept and the hotel was very clean. Near a supermarket which was really handy to get snacks from. The room attendants were fantastic and always paid attention to detail.

Could cater more for vegetarians in terms of hot food. We had a double bed booked where they put two single beds together which was a bit uncomfortable as gap kept on opening. We had dinner one night but it wasn’t great as we were rushed and they were tidying up 10 minutes after we sat down but we weren’t told the closing time when we were being seated, if so we would not have sat down and we were still charged full price.

Excellent hotel, highly recommended! The location is absolutely perfect—just 15 minutes from the city center and close to all amenities. The hotel offers every comfort you could need. Service in all areas was outstanding, with staff who were very welcoming and friendly. Both the hotel and the rooms were spotless, and the daily housekeeping was excellent. The swimming pool and spa area were stunning and complimentary, which was a wonderful bonus. Breakfast was also very good, with plenty of delicious choices. Overall, a fantastic stay and I would definitely return.

Traveling with a friend it worked well for us that there was a sofa bed, which was very comfortable and allowed us to have separate bedrooms. It was easy to return the bed to a sofa to give us room in the living area. As coeliacs who need gluten free it was great to have the kitchenette as it gave us the opportunity of eating in rather than constantly searching for gluten free restaurants. The suite was spacious and clean and the balcony looked out onto the pool and the sea in the distance. Little things that made a difference were a cloths drying rack on the balcony, complementary bottle of water and a fresh rose on the table. There was only a combination shower/hair wash in the shower but reception had conditioner, body lotion and other things you might need. The shower has both large head and smaller power head, with plenty of pressure and warmth. We really liked the spa area and this was our reason for choosing this hotel. There are two large outdoor pools and an indoor pool, three jacuzzies, a large jacuzzi pool with benches and fountain and different sauna's.

As a coeliac who needs gluten free, there were options available but as with all hotel buffet breakfasts we couldn't eat much of what was on offer. We also tried to book our spa treatment in advance as this was a special treat for my friend and myself. Unfortunately the spa staff said they couldn't book us in until the diary opened on 1st April. We tried booking two months in advance of this and I re emailed on 31st March to be told they only had appointments at 17.30 which was later than we wanted.

We were welcomed with flowers on our Room. The room and its equipment were very clean. The hotel has an elegant interior. The restaurant and reception staff were great. The food was very tasty. The outdoor pool was open even though it was December, New Year. There are new machines in the gym. We had a wonderful New Year's Eve here, many thanks to all the staff who were a part of it all. Special thanks to: Dipa, Kevin, Ahlam, Nerea, Adriana, you were all great!!

I recommend revitalizing the SPA and banning guests without swimsuits there. Coffee at breakfast would be better in a self-service machine, the staff is too busy to serve all the people. Late checkout would be more practical via the guest website. The key to the safe should be handed over as standard at check-in.

Nice hotel, good breakfast, quite spacious room, good beds and large bathroom. Room also had a small kitchenette and washing facilities, but for some reason there was no washing detergent or washing brush - a cleaning lady gave us those when we asked. Cleaning lady was very lovely person, thanks for her!

Gym, inside swimming pool and sauna were nice, but gym equipment was partly outdated and sauna and swimming pool instructions were... well, there was none. People did not wash themselves before swimming and sauna, meaning they were potentially spreading body odour, sweat and diseases like foot infection. And, hotel calls it "Finnish sauna", but that was not Finnish, since in Finland they have a heater where you throw water, and also sauna rules are strict, for example you must wash yourself before sauna - and no swimming suits in sauna. Also, for some reason hotel personnel did always speak german first to us, propably because the hotel had lots of german customers.

Great location - close to bus stop and the beach. Was about €20 taxi ride from the airport (€5 if you take the bus). Breakfast was amazing - great selection at the buffet and freshly cooked eggs etc. There are 2 big pools to swim in and a spa centre with additional facilities (€50 per person per day on weekends). There are bars around the pool (operated by hotel staff) to get a drink to relax. Didn't even need to leave the resort for the whole day! The Sky Restaurant offered great selection of food for dinner and great view. Very friendly and professional staff. I really enjoyed the stay and would definitely come again.

The rooms itself was a bit dated, but still comfortable. The bathroom appears to be newer which was good.

Property was great! Nice location away from the madness of the main strip. The hotel was great, breakfast was great and we got the junior suite which was so spacious and comfortable.

Housekeeping was terrible however. Room never got cleaned on the first day and had to phone to ensure it would be cleaned the following days. Our bed sheets were never changed or made properly and towels were often forgotten. For a 4 star hotel - it was not acceptable
