The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is great. Just 3 mins away from the beach, 5 mins from the supermarket Mercadona, and many restaurants just around the place. Rooms were big. A/C worked great. They had a fridge and some kitchen utensils. They had a nice, moderately sized pool.

Unfortunately there was No kitchen towel or drying rack for the plates in the kitchen. No cutting board. It was also unfortunate that you could only use the pool until 8pm even in summer where the sun sets at 9pm. When taking a shower the floor got quite flooded and there is no drainage. Its obvious that it happened a lot of times in our room before because the wooden bathroom door got quite moldy from the previous guests already. Even though we hanged the sign on the door that our room „needed some love and cleaning“ no one came to the room. We didn’t say anything and just tried for 2 days. Still no one came. Which was not such a big problem so we just let it be. We just tidied it ourselves in our 5-day stay.

Nice, well equipped apartament. Building seems to be after renovation, reception is looking great. For a bike trip its was very good. Close to Mercadona and to the beach. Nearby are few places where you can rent road bike. Easy access to the airport with public bus.

Previous comments and reviews on Google Maps are correct regarding noise. We had apartment on 6th floor, there was a constant noise coming from AC, that could not be turned off. After few days we got used to that. Additionally, there is a strong smell coming from shower but with closing the bathroom door you don’t smell it in the apartment.

Very comfortable apartment, clean and safe, short distance from beach. Easy access, good communication. Parking on street right in front. Equipped kitchen, loved the electric orange squeezer for fresh juice. Enjoyed the powerful shower and quality shampoo & conditioner.

The kitchen sink plumbing was leaking, had to place a bucket in the cupboard below sink. We reported it to reception, but it was not fixed during the 3 day stay. The shower also leaked and should be resealed.

The hotel's location is superb, with the beach, supermarket, and restaurant options just steps away. The reception staff is exceptionally friendly and supportive, enhancing the overall experience. Highly recommended for a convenient and enjoyable stay.

During my week-long stay, I found out there was no washing machine or laundry service in the hotel, which I didn't know before booking. I had to find a nearby laundry place, which was inconvenient. It would be helpful to have laundry options for guests in the future.

Big rooms, super super clean. New furniture. Reception very friendly and very helpfull. Housekeeping very good and friendly.

Maybe went there off season. Island very quiet at that time, and everything closed around. Could only find 3 restaurant to eat, at walking distance.

For winter time, very calm and restful. Everything inside, what you need and very welcome and helpful personell. Enough place for our rental car in front of the Apartments, as all of the hotels in the near are closed during Christmas and New Year. Very close to the beach promenade for walks and a supermarket.

We were on the top (6th floor) with an impressive view to the beach, but unfortunately the compressors/HVAC on the roof (above us) were permanently noisy.

The rooms are good and clean. The kitchenette has enough stuff to prepare a meal. Mainly quiet even if some guests come drunk and happy towards the morning. The regular guests for this place are single party people aged 16 to 30. We were the odd ones out with kids, but that was fine.

The shower was oscilating every few seconds between Cold and very hot in every position so pretty dangerous especially with kids. We ended up having mainly cold showers ... For the rest no complaints!

Good service. Has the basics to have a good stay (kitchen, wifi etc). Cleaning service provided as required. Nice views out the window. Very close to the beach.

Amazing location, plenty of parking on the road outside, the lady at the reception provided us with exceptional customer service. The facilities were amazingly great. Nice view from balcony and spacious apartment. The cleaners are extremely good and their kindness goes beyond me. They go out of their own way to help us. Bless the hotel even offered a bottle of wine, but it's a shame as we done drink. Wasn't expecting that at all! Great service in a honesty.

The gentleman at the counter could have least smiled when we smiled at him, He seemed a little too busy to smile, but I like to point out constructive feedback. This is literally the only negative thing I have experienced in the entire stay.

Great hospitality. Cozy apartments and safe stay. As the location is in vicinity to Mega Park there are lots of drunk Germans, and not too nice to take an evening walk. Otherwise all is perfect - the sea is close, accomodation clean and tidy, bed is comfortable and pillows soft enough :)
