You need to pay deposit for the towels, which is fine but you need to keep the voucher with the confirmation - if you lose it, you won’t get the deposit back. 2 of ours have vanished after cleaning and we have not received the deposit back when handing back the towels. Not a big deal, but it was a bit unpleasant and this system could be improved. Other than this everything was great and we can recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay close to beach, but also in the „center of action” in El Arenal 😀

Hotel Playa Golf – Adults Only is the perfect place for a relaxing and fun holiday by the sea. The hotel is modern, clean, and located right on the beachfront with beautiful sea views. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a great balcony overlooking the ocean. The pool area is lively but never overcrowded, and the beach is just steps away. The staff were friendly, professional, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The breakfast buffet was excellent — fresh, varied, and generous. Ideal for couples or friends looking to enjoy Mallorca in a vibrant yet relaxed atmosphere.

Very good hotel, with excellent breakfast and delicious dinner with many great specialties as seafood and Spanish paella… Pleasure stuff in hotel. Location hotel is good because it has direct access to the beach and there is also a bus stop to the city of Palma and airport, near the hotel.

Location good because direct access to the beach, but hasn’t sun-beds and umbrellas. You must to pay 60€ for set. The hotel is located between two nightclubs, so there is a lot of noise at night, almost until the morning

Housekeeping could definitely be better especially considering the price one pays for the junior suite rooms. It was noisy because of the location which is fine but neighbors in adjacent rooms were unbelievably loud, banging doors at 2 am, shouting and moving furniture. Not only were we traveling with a toddler but it's simply very very annoying. If only such guests would book an adults only hotel and not a family one where kids need to sleep and so do their very tired parents.

We got a room with side sea view, it was very nice! The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast very complete, and the staff was very polite and helpful. Easy access to the city of Palma and the airport by bus or taxi. We were very satisfied by our stay !

All good in general terms, just something that I didn't know about the location and that I would like to tell to others who might not know either is that apparently there is a German community in Mallorca. As a result, in Platja de Palma where the hotel is located everything around is in German. The street advertisments, the menus, the restaurants, the food, the music, the TV channels, everything! It is just that when you don't know about it, it comes as a bit of a shock, as this area doesn't feel like Spain anymore

The hotel was the peek of our 4 days vacay. Delicious breakfast (eggs in all forms, fruit, smoothies, sweet bar, mimosas) with very attending staff. The room was spotless, nice side view from a balcony, cleaned every day. You can chill by the pool, sunbathe or swim. The location is perfect depending on what you’re looking for - it does get very busy and noisy, it’s simply a party area but with plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, clubs and also near a bus stop leading to Palma centre (bus 25) or airport (A2), both about 20 minutes travel. I would recommend renting a car though and travel around the island which is way more beautiful than Palma itself. Overall, we can absolutely recommend this hotel.

Hotel is 10/10, I wouldn’t change a thing. Here are few points though which may surprise you about the area: 1. It’s a german neighbourhood, everyone speaks german, menu in restaurants are german along with music, TV, signs, etc. If you’re not german, you may feel overlooked 2. It really is expensive everywhere 3. Annoying sellers outside the hotel not taking no as an answer 4. Noises from AC from the other hotel, music from the clubs and people screaming and singing

Everything was great. We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The employees were friendly and helpful. The view was great. the bus station to the hotel was completely closed so we could get everywhere instantly. Beach, shops and good restaurants were around the hotel. We received massages which were wonderful. Breakfast was wonderful. I definitely recommend and if I come to Palma again, I will definitely book this hotel again.

The only thing I can say is that every time we took a shower, the water came out and the whole bathroom and toilet filled with water. The rest were really fantastic.

Junior suite was excellent and sea views perfect. Breakfast was very good with large variety of food on offer. Proximity to beach and promenade fantastic.

A bit close to main drinking and clubbing area made surrounding area feel a little intimidating at night. Hotel was safe and secure though - a haven of calm in the middle of drinking madness.

The view was great and the chair on the balcony comfy, also the breakfast and dinner buffee were delicious, there was a wide range of various dishes. The personal was very nice and friendly. There were also chairs for the babies in the restaurant and baby's bed was arranged in the room. The inner pool was warm and spacious. All in all, a nice hotel.

There was a sign on the door of the inner pool that children under 16 are not allowed, but the warm inner pool was actually one of the main reasons we chose this hotel (when travelling with a baby). Luckily, we were allowed to go there and were almost always the only guests there. The hotel room was very noisy due to the music and parties on the street (but obviously the hotel can not do much about it). Also, the bathroom could use a small renovation.

Everything well. Very clean, nice and cozy hotel. Perfect location. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff. Billions of cafes and restourants aroud with nice food for good prices. Wide beach with umbrellas.

Everything well except sound isolation in room from street side. A lot of noise because of people and clubs around so you'll need earplugs. highly recommended earplugs. they saved my sleeping
