Comfortable beds, spacious room and the balcony view. The staff members provided excellent customer service, we were early on check in time (3pm) we arrived around 12pm served with a glass of juice and was surprised that we were able to check in straightaway! Also the receptionist let us borrowed a towel without a deposit which we really appreciated. The housekeepers cleaned our room spotless and gave us fresh towels. The food was delicious and diverse food options. Bus stops are just few minutes away. Overall we have a pleasant stay.

Although it did not bother us much but the surrounding area is quite noisy. It’s near a beer garden both side of the road. We have to divert our walk to the bus stop because there’s a lot of drunk people outside. But you can’t hear it from the hotel. Just to warn if you’re not into noisy and busy surroundings this might not be suitable for you.

Staying at RIU Playa was amazing. First of all, I would really want to emphasise how nice and responsive people at reception are - they have always tried to help and whenever any issue emerged, they were here to assist. Also, food at the restaurant and the restaurant facilities are impeccable - the variety of options in hard to count. Breakfasts are traditional. As for Lunch and dinner There are always lots of fruit, veggies, pizzas, burgers, pastas (2-3 options), meat (4 maybe 5 options to choose from), fish (3-4). Honestly, it is hard to count. We never went hungry and also the restaurant is super clean and chefs and waiters are very polite and helpful - big thanks and thumbs up to restaurant and their team! Room: very modern, everything worked well, no issues with air conditioning or hairdryer, comfortable matress. Cleaning; hotel facilities and rooms are cleaned very conscientiously but I would also like to mention to management’a attention that probably it is worth hiring more cleaners as they seem to be extremely busy and delays in cleaning of rooms are possible as cleaners seem to be overwhelmed - this is a minor thing that didn’t have general impact on our trip. There is a big pool, pool bar, reception bar - everything you need. Somebody wrote in reviews that it was noisy - I can’t say we could feel it, it was pretty ok.

Nothing to mention about the hotel - we loved it. Someone mentioned about the street leading to the beach: well, yes, it is a bit noisy and not the best in the area but it doesn’t relate to hotel.

The staff, activities and ambiance was amazing.

Could the pool hours possibly be extended and a late night snack area.

Overall all great, just some small points to improve below. Sound proofing is great! We didnt hear a single sound in the room.

1) the system to get towels for the pool doesnt make sense, and we should be told at check in. Giving a deposit in cash for a towel is ridiculous. 2) dont know why they never put cuttlery on the tables at breakfast - they do for the other meals 3) we were told dinner in 2 days was sushi, but actually was generally asian with just 3 types of sushi that were actually really bad. Dont make people expect sushi when it's not sushi

The room was stunning - lovely shower comfy clean bed and lovely plunge pool outside - an absolute treat - really lovely to have your own space - food was good and plentiful whatever time of the day - staff were excellent and nothing too much trouble - the spices restaurant is great if you love spicy food

I really like this hotel - the clients are mainly German but no issue for us - the all inclusive is good for soft drinks and coffees etc. You are permitted three alcoholic drinks when you are sat in the restaurant for lunch and dinner which was fine - other drinks are cheap and can be added to the room - there is a very lively large bar area but you cannot hear it from the hotel

The breakfast was nice, a good enough selection of food in general. The lunch and the dinner also had a good selection of food with various types of salads, as well as hot food and deserts. The hotel was clean and the staff was always friendly and pleasant. The room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed every day as well.

The street that serves as access from the hotel to the beach is partially occupied by a very busy “German” bar where a lot of people during the whole day, drink and have loud music playing. We end up choosing another street, a side one, in order to avoid, with 5 year old child, to pass by that street everyday on our way to the beach and back. If we could leave a suggestion, it would be really nice if an access could be created using the gate that is located close to the small stage where the performances are held and the kids paint and play, to allow the ones who wish so, to use that main road in order to get to the beach.

The food was very delicious and the rooms were very nice and clean and the maids did a really good job of keeping things tidy. The customer services was excellent very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel itself was modern and well kept the outside pool areas were bright and in the sun with plenty of sun lounges and some really nice pools. There’s always something to do there as they had activities on thru the day and in the evening. The entertainment staff were great fun and always made us laugh. Overall a great experience and very pleasant stay.

The grounds & property were always very clean. Staff extremely helpful too! 🌟 🌟 Swim up room is a MUST! Catches the sun from 12:30 onwards perfect for a lazy day after breakfast. Food was lovely and lots to choose from! Late night sandwiches for those midnight cravings 🥪

Guests in the hotel can be very loud from 12am onwards talking loudly in the hallway after arriving back from the busy strip located near by.

Clean hotel; friendly staff; good selection of food; close to bus stops and shops;

Some guests smoked (outdoor eating area) while ate their food and the staff didn't intervene.

three pools to chose from, one with a swim up bar, one with water lounge chairs, every subbed had an option to cover it in shade and loads of self service options for food and drink all day, hotel is spotlessly clean and staff so nice and allow you to print anything you need and to hold luggage until you leave for the airport and you also get to use all facilities until leaving to go to the airport, checked out at 12 and stayed by the pool until 5 which was amazing x three different restaurants with amazing fresh food x gym is also amazing
