ally enjoyed the lunches, the breakfast, and the dinner — everything was very good. I liked the hotel itself a lot; it has a very relaxing, light, youthful, and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were also very friendly and made us feel truly welcome. It’s an amazing hotel — I honestly felt at home. When it was time to leave, even my son cried because we were already feeling so connected to the place.

The first was regarding the room cleaning, which was generally acceptable, but not done thoroughly — for example, there was a lot of dust under the bed, which I had to clean myself. The second issue was the lack of internet in the room. I went to the reception three times to complain, and although they promised to send someone to fix it and even mentioned changing the room, nothing was done. I ended up feeling uncomfortable, as if I was being a “difficult guest.” In the end, I had to buy a mobile data SIM card with 40 GB to be able to work and stay connected.

The rooms (room with sea view in the tower and a suite in the other complex)were clean and cozy, one of them with a gorgeous view of the sea(tower),the suit with the view on the pool. The food was great, there was a lot of variety and we especially loved the sushi night. The hotel complex surrounds a pair of pools with water of excellent temperature, so it's great for kids and adults and the staff was kind and always ready to help.Also they have a lot of deckchairs which were mostly free. We would especially mention Mrs Rosana from the guest experience team for helping us out if we had a problem or a question. We got a bottle of sparkling wine and a welcome drink for free.Also we got a farewell drink at the rooftop bar on top of the tower to say goodbye.By the way,the rooftopbar with great coctails has the best sunsets on Mallorca. The first night we missed our dinner, because our flight had a delay,so they gave us a lunch at the pool resturant for compensation for the whole family with drinks for free.Thank you very much for that again. On the last day, because our flight was in the late afternoon,we could use the pool area,the towels and deckchairs for free. The location is on the Schinken Strasse above Bierkönig abd Bamboleo where all the Germans are partying,but at night it is not to loud,so you can sleep well.

At the pool area or in front of the hotel there could be a shower.When you came from the beach(there also was no shower) you were ful of sand and you brought all the sand with you to the room.Just a recommendation.

I would start by saying the hotel is lovely and the food is very good and a nice variety. There is a lady called Antonia and she was like a mum, looking after us all the time and paying attention to details, lovely pool and room.

Location wise. A lot of drunk German people who can put you off by coming because of its location but the hotel itself is amazing

Amazing breakfast, a lot of delicious deserts for dinner; close to the beach. Hotel had car rentals, which is great; the room was nice and clean.

Food at dinner was a bit cold for some reason, although we came quite early. For me personally not enough fish and meat; I didn’t like the window in the shower that shows everything you’re doing there; for a couple this is romantic, but for group of friends - weird 😁

Nice location, close to the beach, shops, restaurants and bus stop. The food is varied and good. The rooms are cleaned every day and the staff is friendly and helpful.

There are restaurants nearby that are very noisy.

The hotel facilities are great, pool area and restaurants are lovely. Room was comfortable, with a nice balcony. Staff is helpful and friendly. Close to the beach.

The area around the hotel was not to my personal liking.
